If you are looking for an amazing McDonald’s. I highly recommend the McDonald’s located in the center of Rhodes. The customer service is above board! They really care about their customers. The service was very fast and the food was cooked perfectly. The restaurant is very clean. Absolutely no complaints at all. The restaurant has security to keep everyone safe and obviously discourage anti social behavior. The Security Officer was very professional and good at his job. All the staff I encountered were all very professional, courteous and very helpful. It should be noted I am originally from Dublin, Ireland. Lived in the United States Of America for over thirty years and served with the United States Marines all over the world. I definitely know a great McDonalds due to all my Travels and Life Experiences. I definitely will return to this amazing establishment in the near future. You definitely won’t be disappointed.

Honestly the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Very unorganized, super slow and overall disappointing. They don’t have any order in and out system, they communicate only by voice shouting through the whole restaurant telling the kitchen what to make. I’ve waited 15 minutes for my order to get taken and I’ve been the only one in line. My order has been mistaken and after 20 minutes of waiting for 1 burger I got the wrong one. When it became crowded the ladies totally lost control on what’s going on. Please avoid going to McDonald’s on Rhodes. Go to restaurants or other fast food places. Not worth your nerves and time.

It is unacceptable that such a crowded store, doesn’t have automated kiosks for ordering!! The store manager must take action on this matter! The result: a very long queue at the cashier’s desk. The other time we waited 30min to place our order. Very disappointed! A massive respect though, to the personnel for its patience and politeness towards hungry customers, who waited too long before ordering!

One of the baddest McDonalds I have ever been. Ironic employees, bad dry hamburgers without the option to add extra (picked,onions etc) and really slow service. No self ordering machines available. I’m sure this could improve the service drastically.

too hot, don’t have touch screen ordering and always have long lines. Se teenagers vape inside and skip lines. The stuff is good, but the service could be better.

As McDonalds go, this was chaotic! Aircon was blowing warm and the queue was out the door. Not i suspect due its popularity, more as a result of the slow service. (There is no self service booths) The days of cheap fast food have clearly gone. It would have been relatively cheaper for a family of 4 to eat quality food from a local restaurant.

Well. You have to wait about 20 minutes just to order something. Kind of outdated, they work like in the polish mcdonals back in 2010. Nice food.

5 persons before me in the waiting line after 30 min still not orderd. And then they Know some People and let them pass the line so they van order first.... Sorry at that Point I Walked out with no food and 30 min time lost for nothing. This wasn't the first time either always you have to wait very long here ...

First of all I have to say that I like McDonald's.The food was standard, exactly what was expecting. But the service was bad. After half an hour waiting in the line I took an order, the girl in the cash desk accidentally deleted my order and forgot about it. I was waiting another 20 minutes until an other employee came to give me my order (I have to refer that I got food to eat there but also at home). After all I told her that I would like to get some of the burgers at home as I said when I ordered. She didn't package the food, instead she gave me a paper bag and told me "Do you mind If you do it yourself?"

Took half an hour from entering McDonald’s to order and receive one chicken nugget meal which was €8.85!!! No ice cream or milkshakes with the usual ‘broken’ machines. No air conditioning and very few shaded seats outside. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in.

Literally too much people always. Employees are so slow. Food is nice of course. But stull way too much people, the place needs to be bigger and have more cashiers

The salad in the burger was OK But not the leftover salad in the box ???? See for yourself in the picture. The fries could be a little bit more crispy

The food nothing like the photos advertising it, sloppy, tiny and very expensive! The restaurant dirty... service was good

They told me that they didnt have internet to accept any offers even though their card payments and their Wolt deliveries were working just fine.I should have opened hotspot to share internet with them because I paid 11 euros for 2 cheese,1 cola,1 fries like they are the cure for cancer or they have gold inside of them.And i did not get a receipt to see why it was so expensive.Tenta!

The best small of food I have ever had in my entire lifetime! I’m obsessed with this place!! I want to live inside the kitchen of this place and eat it all day & all night until I get fat!!! And I’m serious! The only place that I like more is IKEA
