When we booked this hotel everything seemed like it would be nice, we booked 10 nights ultra all inclusive in one of the private pool rooms. With it being 5 star we expected a 5 star worthy room, however when we arrived, we was checked into the wrong room and had to prove to them that we had booked the private pool room. Then when we arrived at the right room, the room was certainly below average. Cracks in the floor, door handle completely broken, worn out furniture and marks all over the ceiling and walls. As for service, certain members of staff are genuinely very nice and helpful, however, others are extremely rude. Towards the end of our stay our room had somehow become infested with ants as we was out on a boat trip for the day, when we got back we immediately called reception asking for them to come clean them up as you would. We waited 30 mins and then called and asked politely again to which we was shouted at by a man shouting someone will come “later” and him laughing saying “are you afraid of ants?” And we was left to deal with the problem on our own. Restaurants in the hotel are all terrible and very limited. The breakfast and dinner buffets were woeful and we was forced to eat out practically everyday, wasting the all inclusive that we had paid for. Cleaners were so irregular and only did half the job at best seemingly only mopping the floor, sheets and towels rarely got changed and the pool was cleaned once in our 10 night stay. All in all, this hotel is not worthy of its 5 star accolade, I’ve genuinely had better stays at 3 star hotels. I would recommend you save your money and book somewhere genuinely worth what you’re paying, even a 3 star nearby is likely better than this.

Catfish hotel! This hotel not even close to a 5 star hotel! I stayed in a room which i felt like in the ‘80s! The door did not opened with the card you had to try to open at least 2-3 times! When i walked down to ask the receptionist about the room,he was so rude and arrogant! He said this is the room i paid for! I said on the website the pictures does not look like what room i am in … He said, well this is what you paid for! I could not believe! My son was really upset than we decided to start to enjoy our holiday! Next morning we went down to the pools… On the pictures once again it looked amazing but its nothing like on a pictures! They have only 2 pools and very small… The sunbeds are always taken even if you go early morning! Most of the free sunbeds were all broken… So we decided to go to the beach which we enjoyed our time the most! Than the double bed is 2 separate bed pushed together which is annoying… Air conditional was not working correctly! I requested an iron i had to wait 2 days for it! They said they only have 3 spare as they offering the ironing service for extra charge! Only positive thing about our stay, that pool staff especially the boy at the towel station and the housekeepers were nice! I highly recommend everyone to read the reviews… Honestly this hotel is a big disappointment!

We stayed at the Rodos Palace for 3 nights while going around the island. The hotel is OK but definitely not meeting the 5-star, perhaps not even the 4-star criteria. The staff is outstandingly friendly and dedicated but certain parts of the hotel are quite outdated, feels like back in the 80s. Food is great and the buffet offers a reasonable variety of options (as long as you are not food-picky). The outdoor pools are quite small in size against the number of guests this hotel accommodates. Nice beach in front, reachable in walking distance but next to a major traffic artery. Overall nice location, Rhodes downtown could be approached in about 15 min.

I honestly don't really recommend this hotel, it was my worst holiday experience so far. Certainly the quality of the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, it is a maximum of 3. Our problem: we got an apartment that smelled extremely bad, it was not cleaned, there was mold and bugs everywhere (number 3405), when we came to the reception in the morning, the reaction was that they are used to these complaints and that we should come again at 9 a.m. and they change the room for us. However, when we arrived, they always sent us to wait, saying that either they didn't have a room or that we had to pay extra for a better room (even though we had a strong cough through the mold after a night in this apartment). This is how we were at the reception desk 12 times until they changed our room. From the attitude of the arrogant manager at the reception (I have never encountered such behavior towards a customer) it was clear that this happens often, and if we stopped asking for a new room, they would not change it for us. So we got a new room that was just checking out and it was much cleaner than the previous one. The only person who apologized for our problems was the man who helped us with our suitcases - thanks to this gentleman. Food: breakfast every day the same and very average, lunches sometimes changed and were a bit better, dinners were the best when there was a different meal every day. Staff: except for the reception, where they don't treat guests the best (especially the manager), all the staff were very nice Rooms: what we saw in others was quite similar. You have to be really lucky to get rooms like the ones in the photos - they are rooms from the 7th floor up Surroundings: I rate the surroundings of the hotel positively. Everywhere you will find shops with good prices, the beach is a short distance away - you will probably visit the beach more often, because there are not many people here and the pool at the hotel does not correspond to the capacity of the hotel, so it is always full. After the overall evaluation, I honestly can't give more than 2 stars. I recommend looking at hotels on the east coast, we have had better experiences there.

Stayed here for 7 nights with family, over all the experience was nice but there are downsides to the hotel. The room we stayed in was not as advertised, when booking we even paid to upgrade our rooms but arrived and were highly disappointed. I know it’s not the end of the world but it would be nice to be given what you are expecting. The reception area/lobby looks lovely but when you are walking through the halls to the rooms they need updating, they’re old and rather ugly. The pool area is great, only thing is for the first 4 days we were having to wake up at 6am if not earlier to be able to secure sunbeds. On day 5 they finally stopped people putting their towels out and it was a first come first serve basis which is 100% better as there were beds which had been saved for use but no one turning up to use them. The all inclusive food isn’t great but isn’t terrible either just very repetitive. The hotel offer an ‘ultra all inclusive’ package which means you are able to use all bars, this is ridiculous and should be scrapped, it’s just a way of them making more money. The all inclusive bar to use during the day the queues were long and drinks quite bad, the cocktails were awful. The dome bar in the evening was a lot better but only open from 8pm. The location is good, with restaurants, bars and shops all in walking distance. As well as only being a 10 euro taxi ride to the old&new town. Over all the stay was nice, it is what you make of it but I would highly recommend people look into the rooms etc before booking to avoid disappointment.

We had a pleasant stay at Rodos Palace. I have to agree with the majority of the reviews, this hotel is for a 5 star hotel. The food is average and unfortunately the all inclusive wasn’t very impressive. For such a big hotel with multiple restaurant the all inclusive can only be accessed by one bar and one restaurant which isn’t ideal for the amount of people. The room was comfortable alright lacked amenities iron / towels etc. Overall I would recommend but do not be fooled by the pictures / advertisement. Staff were pleasant but not helpful with directions to and from the hotel. Not a 5* hotel so overall were pretty disappointed.

We had the unfortunate opportunity to spend a night at this hotel due to flight problems. In short, avoid it completely. At first, we were impressed, the lobby area looks nice as you walk in and it claimed to be 5* however, once we got to our room we were thoroughly disappointed. The room was very dated, filthy, and run-down. The wallpaper was coming off the walls, and the shower and bath were filled with limescale. The shower head was disgusting and to top it off, there was a bug in the bath. The room had paint chippings all over the place. The room had a "lounge" area which was very depressing with ugly-looking furniture and a weird layout. The bed was comfy, the only good thing about the hotel, however, as I write this review it is the day after we stayed and I have bites all over me... I'm dreading thinking it's bed bugs. The food was horrible. The breakfast was bland mush. The lunch was a little better but still not great. Some of the waiters were extremely rude. We had been sat a while and I asked him if we could order some drinks and the waiter made a "money" hand gesture. Was he asking for a bribe or a pre-tip of some kind for a drink? I have no idea. You should avoid this hotel completely.. It made me wonder that if a hotel can suddenly accept hundreds of new guests from disrupted flights, they can't be that popular and this hotel evidently isn't.

This is the first day of staying in this hotel. The hotel staff are rude and not helpful. Checked in this evening and the room had a horrible smell and the fridge was leaking they could do nothing and just told me to speak to guest relations. The service is so bad I work in a hotel myself and there is no way we treat people like they do. Later on I found some hairs in the bath room some photos and went back to reception and he said he cannot do anything and I have no choice but to stay in that room so sorry or anything. The rooms are so out of date and not clean the bathroom is your worst so dirty looking. Even offer to upgrade and pay more not worrying how much ti pay they still can't help. When talking to the night staff he just walked off while I am still talking. When eating in the restaurant your staff are so rude you just about get to prefer a soft drink without your staff getting angry and are in a hurry to go home. Was told by a lady at 21.00 you should not come this time we need to go home the restaurant is still open I don't understand the rudeness of these people. This is not a five star hotel and staying in a low budget hotel you would even get treated better. Not a great start to the holiday on your first day. Also one day the air con started leaking and the floor was wet every where and it took them over a hour to come after 3 phone calls. The reception help with nothing they don't do anything to help they're guests. They false advertise the nice rooms but give you a rubbish room. The bathrooms are so disgusting you feel you cannot even go into them mould everywhere things are broken in the room. Would never stay here again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!! the worst place I've ever been. Most of the staff members were rude, and many of them had no understanding of English. There were some very nice people (Russian guy and red hair girl at the bar, cleaners and people standing at the entrance to the buffet) even the managers of the buffet were not nice and looked like coming to eat was a problem. I felt quite uncomfortable there. If you do not pay extra for ULTRA all inclusive, you can use only one buffet and snack bar, two bars that leave much to be desired when it comes to the quality of drinks. if you want to use the pool bar and you have ONLY all inclusive, you have to buy drinks or go to the bar inside the building ... the hotel looks nice in the pictures, but in real life you can see that it needs to be renovated and repaired a few things. Additionally, there are only 3 elevators and as many as 17 floors, which results in very long lines and odd elevator operation. It is quicker to take the stairs. All extras, such as beach sunbeds and pool tables, are chargeable... I didn't feel like a guest on vacation here, most of the time I felt uncomfortable and awkward. The only good thing there is location.

Unfortunately, I had the worst travel experience in this hotel. First, even though the reception staff was not busy at the time of arrival, they did not accept anyone until 2:00 PM. I asked them that I don't want the room before 14:00, just do the usual reception procedure and deliver the room at 14:00, but they refused. Finally, at 14:00, they started accepting the passengers with a crowd of dozens of people. I waited in line for almost 2 hours. I went in June 2022, which was the peak of travel. During my stay, I witnessed the inappropriate and disrespectful behavior of the staff with the passengers many times. Finally, on the day of departure, my luggage with all personal belongings was lost in the safe room, and no one from the staff was responsible. They didn't even give me the police number. Finally, the director of the hotel came 1 hour before the flight and said that you should go back to your country and we will compensate you for your loss. Unfortunately, they have not paid my damages and are not responsible. I do not recommend going to this hotel at all.

Hotel quite specious and in good location, however for sure not 5 star and not worth to spending more than 250£ per week per person. We been on all-inclusive, however most of the facilities was chargeable. Food, customer service, quality of cleaning services and room itself strongly below acceptable level. Definitely choose the different hotel for similar money, even 3 star.

This is not a 5* hotel (it needs reassessment and would drop to a 3). The hot buffet food is cold every meal time. We made an effort to get to the front of the queue for meal time one evening, expecting fresh hot food as it had just been put out - Oh no, cold again! The all inclusive “snack bar” is yesterdays buffet leftovers which have somewhat been reheated and left out all day. The drinks are only half filled and queues often long (as people re-queuing to get another drink). There are 4 bars on site and only ONE inclusive bar open during the day time with 2 people manning it? You can expect to wait a while for a drink. The maids will leave your room open after “cleaning”. So don’t leave anything valuable there as anyone can walk in. Some of the staff are friendly at the bars, but you can tell some really don’t enjoy their job / aren’t treated well. If you aren’t up at 8am, don’t expect to get a sun bed around the pool. Checkout time is always 11:30am and there is no option to extend your room, so you have to use the public showers by the swimming pool to freshen up before coaches come to pick you up from 5pm onwards. There are 5 showers in the gents and all 5 out of service! Males were having to use the female showers too (which doesn’t bother me as there is a curtain) but I can imagine be alarming for some ladies who aren’t expecting it.

Highly recommend visiting Rodos Palace Hotel. Stayed for a week in one of the standard rooms. The room was clean and functional with access to some English TV when needed and all amenities provided. All-inclusive food and drink was brilliant with a large amount of choice to be had. The staff were generally extremely friendly, and always willing to help. The games room had many different arcade machines, pool tables, checkers and chess boards to use. The pool area was great and generally there were loungers available at all points in the day. A stones throw (literally!) from the beach, with enough waves to facilitate wind surfing and other water sports (again facilities for this within a 5-minute walk). To top it off, on the final day checked out, with a late flight we have been offered continued use of the all inclusive (food and drink) for free. Would highly recommend, would be great for families or couples alike. 5/5

We stayed in the Rodos palace hotel for 4 nights during the last week of March. We had a great time in Rhodes and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel, more like 3/4 star hotel, but it was excellent value compared to other hotels when we booked. Ensure you book the premium rooms as they are the most modern. The all inclusive is okay, the food was decent. We were unfortunate enough to share the hotel with inner-city english scruffs, that lacked any class, respect or manners. These individuals roamed around the hotel being poor representatives of the UK. Completely embarrassing to be associated with whilst in a foreign country. To combat these degenerates, the Hotel should implement and enforce strict dress codes.

WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. the hotel claims to be 5* which is not true. i wouldn’t even pass it as a 2*. most of the staff are rude and unhelpful, some were ok but 80% were vile. the room that was advertised was nothing that we had. only floors 7 and above have been renovated, and anything below are dirty, old fashioned and just generally disgusting. we asked for a double room but just had 2 singles pushed together which me and my partner kept falling through. we must have complained about 20 times over a week. it’ was just awful. we had 2 nights of entertainment out of 7, because 2 of the nights it was raining and the dome and most of the lobby WAS FLOODED!!! leaking through ceilings, water everywhere and the staff gave no explanation or help at all. i could honestly go on for hours writing all the problems we had. also the hotel took €30 out of my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and i have had to go through the bank fraud team as the hotel kept putting the phone down on us when we requested it back! utter money grabbers

We had a very nice stay at the Rodos Palace Hotel and would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff. It is a very large hotel complex with 2 outdoor pools, several restaurants and bars - so it is difficult to orient yourself at the beginning. The best thing to do is to ask. We especially liked our rooms on the renovated / new floors - the view to the sea is absolutely breathtaking and the most beautiful sunsets take place right outside the window. In one of the main restaurants is a dress code ( men must wear long pants ). Due to the many guests it was also always very crowded at the buffet but the food was good and there was a large selection. Highly recommended are the Piano Bar and the Fine Dining Restaurant - a bit more pricey here but a great atmosphere. The drinks and food are fabulous. Live music and bands are there for entertainment. Especially nice for children and family are the daily changing programs that take place in the Dome - from karaoke to a Beatles cover, everything is there. In general, the hotel was very full, which is of course good because it was high season, but it was also very crowded in the corridors and everywhere there was waiting time (restaurant, reception). There are also only 2 elevators, so you have to plan time if you want to go up or down. All in all, I can absolutely recommend this hotel and would come again. The food, the location, the rooms and the staff are great.

The hotel itself was lovely - nice clean pool and communal areas. Breakfast good - good selection of foods - all fresh and nice. Room could do with updating - 2 small single beds, old furniture and furnishings , old and weak AC! If the rooms where refurbished it would be lovely. Rooms are nothing like on the photos - Staff friendly and helpful

Me and the Mrs had a great time at Rhodos Palace. We spent the majority of the time in the hotel except visiting the Old Town which was unreal and a few bars at night which was great fun. The entertainment during the day was great to watch and everyone got involved. The entertainment at night was bad, we didn’t entertain it at all. Cards on our balcony was the better option. The food was great in my opinion and I enjoyed it very much. Full variety and certain foods that was always available. 4/5 for the food. The service was good and quick. Never a queue at the bar to drink although there is only one during the day. Bartenders very friendly and funny - likeable people. On the other hand, the cleaners are moody and not friendly. Overall the hotel needs updating as it is very rundown, that didn’t stop us having a great time. Definitely a 4* hotel.

All inclusive not worth it, you will be limited to one buffet restaurant. Snacks are lefter over buffet food. Drinks are not premium. A additional charge for the other restaurant. Can not order drinks from pool bar with all inclusive. Pools are extremely cold, sea is warmer. Hotels has many private events so limited to main entertainment area. Can not use gym and spa facilities without additional cost. Gym is 5 euros a day and spa facilities 16 euros per hour. Location is 1hr 20 mins walk to city centre and port would have to pay 12euros each time to go by taxi

The hotel is actually not that bad. We stayed in a Family Garden Suite, which is probably 15-20 years old, but still in good shape. For the price paid (150€/night, breakfast included, 4 persons), it was great. Breakfast was decent. There are pine trees near the beach, and you can stay on the grass there, instead of paying for sunbeds on the beach (6€/sunbed).

Me and a friend visited here for 5 days all inclusive. We were worried seeing some other reviews but luckily our experience was mostly the opposite. Hotel was halfway between the airport and old town, so easy to get a taxi or bus to either. We just got a basic room, but the room had been refurbished and looked a lot better than photos on the website. Cleaned and new towels every day, only issue would’ve been the shower leaking due to glass window. As we were all inclusive we only went to the main restaurant and didn’t try the paid ones, but food was good for breakfast/lunch/dinner and the dinner had a different theme every night (Rhodesian, texmex, Italian etc). Did feel there was a long wait between lunch and dinner (2:30-7:00) but there is a snack bar which was essentially lunch leftovers. The shop/another bar selling snacks (crisps etc) would’ve been handy, although there are supermarkets near the hotel they did say you can’t bring food in, although not sure how strict they are with this as didn’t do it ourselves or see anyone else. The all inclusive bar had a good selection of cocktails and normal drinks, very quick service due to the cocktails being on draft. It is said the sun loungers can’t be reserved before 10am but they were anyway, I would get down early (8ish) to get a decent sun lounger as although you may get one most of them were in the shade till 1-2, sometimes 3-4 o’clock. Entertainment was okay, a few pool things during the day and night was live music, would’ve maybe liked the option of something more interactive entertainment wise. We also used the games room and spa which were fun and relaxing. Overall, very good hotel, not perfect but from our experience not as bad as some of the reviews say.

Am staying there right now. 1st night. Restaurant overcrowded and desert selection pathetic. Hope it improves for rest of the week. Continuing from previous review. Just had dinner . Very very poor considering we had paid for all inclusive . Went to the bar after for drinks 11.00 the lights were switched of and we had to finish drinks by light from I phone. Not impressed.End of week review.? Would classify as 2 star. All inclusive drinks ,wine, brandy beer served in paper cups.

Please don’t read all the bad reviews and don’t let them put you off from coming !!! I stayed with my boyfriend for a week I had one of the best holidays yet. The hotel is exactly what you pay for and I couldn’t of asked for more I was very satisfied with my room and my stay the room I booked as a standard and it was very spacious and clean. The People that work at the hotel are very kind and helpful. Also we rented a car for €30 at the car desk and we traveled round the whole island and it was so amazing I can’t explain how beautiful this island is and how wonderful the People are I would highly recommend Rhodes and this hotel for the deals you can get it’s very good value for money !!!!!

When you first arrive at the hotel you will be impressed. Smells gorgeous and really looks the part. You will be asked to pay a further €6.00 per night you are staying in tax’s. We paid no problem, the lady next to us however kicked off and got a upgraded room. When reached our room and was not what was shown on the website. The room was not modern, white or luxurious. Instead it looked like it hadn’t been touched since the beginning of the 80’s and had a bizarre smell to it. I called the reception that evening to say I wasn’t satisfied with the room and was told to go down to reception to speak to the manager at 10:00am the next morning and I did, i explained i wasn’t happy with the room and she said “you booked a standard room” I also said about the previous night with the other guests getting an upgrade where she insinuated I was lying as she is the only one that can upgrade. Lovely customer service… she also couldn’t offer me another room as they were fully booked. So we just sucked it up and stayed however we did hear this same conversation about 5 times during our stay with other guests! Considering the size of the hotel, the amount of sun loungers around the pool are sparse. If you are planning on going out in the morning and come back to lounge around the pool, id advise going to the beach where you can have somewhere to sit. Also regarding the size of the hotel, expect to wait forever and a day just to get the elevator. We found it quicker to take the stairs. The outside bar is not included in the all inclusive package, instead you have to go inside to another bar to get anything, including water or coke. Breakfast’s are okay but get VERY repetitive after about day 3, also prepare yourself for nothing but carnage in the dinner hall. The lady who checks you in during the morning breakfast could do with a bit more personality and maybe be a bit more friendlier. That also goes for the guy on the outside bar too. This is NOT a 5 star hotel, 3 at the best but has so much potential. Maybe some friendlier staff and better modern rooms. Perks were the location of the hotel being right on the beach and about a 30 minute walk into old town or a €9.00 taxi ride. We are not one’s to revisit many places once done but Rhodes was a great visit but unfortunately we wouldn’t re stay at Rodos Palace again.

Five stars is generous. The staff are lovely and helpful, the view from the sea side gorgeous (we were high up) but the breakfast, though abundant with choice, was lacking quality in all departments. It was also incredibly noisy at breakfast and therefore unrelaxing. Also for a five star, surely there should be fresh juice and more choice of coffee and drinks. Also had to wait ages to get a drink at the pool bar. Also it wasn't massively obvious what was what regarding restaurants etc, some of which seemed closed with no explanation given. The cleaning was irregular, had to request extra soap and loo roll twice. There was a really nice restaurant on site called 12 islands. Also disappointed that coffee and water in the room were charged. Beware there is no pricing on the mini bar!!!

  • 1/5 Sacha W. 10 months ago on Google
Beware! 1 bar open during the day the others you have to pay for! In the evening there are only 2 which after 12 you have to pay for.. The main bar is only for ultra inclusive. The beach is not included you have to pay for them. Poll sun loungers they all are reserved by 7:30am! Some staff are really nice apart from the people reception who look at you like you are dumb when you ask a question. The mini bar in the room is not free and has time sensors and charged to your card automatically! Coffee machine in the room is also not free. If you want all inclusive then do not book this place. It’s not worth your money. Even if you pay loads to get here they still expect you to pay even more.. Definitely not a 5 star more like a 2!! The photos on love holidays do not correspond to real life!

This was by far one of the best holidays i have been on. The hotel was amazing cant fault it one bit. The entertainment was my favourite something on every night and it was great. The food was great as well different things on each night which was great as sometimes you can feel at buffets they are repeating foods but not here. Cant recommend this please enough the staff were lovely and the room was nice and clean.

Arrived to find room was 2 twin beds when we had booked executive double room, was told fully booked so in the morning they would push beds together that didn’t happen so must of asked 20 times before they finally come and done the beds late the following night. Room was big with sea view but very outdated and beds were awful to sleep on! Staff were rude, was told weren’t allowed to drink a can of pop purchased from the on-site market in the out door seating area and we got moved on into the lobby. Most things were closed! Only one bar open in the day for all inclusive every other bar you had to pay. Al e carte restaurant closed. Both myself and partner got food poisoning from the buffet restaurant. Requested an iron one night as not included in rooms which never showed up. Dome on the evening leaked in and entertainment was cut short. Have to pay for use of gym, tennis courts ect not included no sun beds on beach like says. Only good thing was the location. Wouldn’t recommend never been away and faced such rude staff in hospitality sector. Wouldn’t stay again.

We arrived on 17th April and stayed for 8 nights, and can happily say that I actually really enjoyed my stay ! We and my girlfriend came here for our first holiday and after booking and seeing the reviews we weren’t to happy to go, I was very stressed that it would be awful. we arrived with low expectations but on arrival our room wasn’t ready yet but was told to have some lunch and it should be fine When finished, we headed up to our room and like most of the reviews say it isn’t like the photos on love holidays, this is Because love holidays mis advertised, there is standard, executive and premium if you want the room like the photos book premium room, we had executive room and yes it was old fashioned it was clean and I can’t fault the room in any way, our room was cleaned and made daily and fresh towels were given to us. We are even given a complementary bottle. We were super lucky with weather and was really hot ! Pools were cold but expected as it’s only April, once you were in it’s fine. There are 2 all inclusive bars which personally I didn’t mind as it didn’t take long to get drinks, food was different daily and was decent but I’m picky eater so I didn’t try everything. The entertainment was surprisingly good ! beach is seconds away and is really nice to walk along, the old town isn’t far away and taxis and buses take you there and aren’t expensive, we had a chess tournament, football kids and a wedding although it was annoying if you did research you’d know that the hotel was known for it, so if you have booked this hotel or looking to book and aren’t a fussy person I’d definitely book here! The reviews are nothing to stress over My and my girlfriend are interested in coming back despite a few issues: •a few of the staff are very stingy with the drinks and don’t fill them up much • the rooms weren’t as advertised but book premium and you’ll be fine • at dinner/lunch they tend to put you on a table for away and you walk past free tables • leave a bag in the table because we had our table taken half way through dinner

Our room was amazing but that was because of our luck any room above floor 7 has been newly renovated. For this i would warn anyone who has booked to watch out for as i witnessed several unhappy travellers. The pool was clean, we had the all inclusive packet but had to result to eating out after day 3 of our 1 week stay as the food gets repetetive and bland after a while, nothing amazing barely any desserts to eat. Staff were extermely helpful and friendly, very safe hotel. Overall good stay but the stay can be the opposite if you end up with the older rooms below floor 7

Absolutely wonderful experience, fantastic hotel, great staff and good location. The facilities are great. Food was delicious and good quality. The only drawback was that we were there just before the start of the season so the air con wasn't operational and this made the rooms very hot.

Only stayed one night due to flight delay. Service on arrival from the airport was superb we arrived middle of the night and the staff got us quickly checked in and off to our superb room. They served a super buffet breakfast. Followed by a further buffet lunch. The hotel is extremely clean has a number of pools and bars. I would certainly consider booking this hotel for a holiday break.

Hotel was stunning hotel staff amazing ! Although, hotel restaurants mainly the Italian/green/ Alexander’s was not good at all staff very slow and food not great, believe each restaurants food has been cooked by the same chef. We waited for 45mins in the Alexanders restaurant while others around us were being served and orders being taken so we simply left not good stay away from them. Hotel facilities amazing

So so many people we had to wait to do anything. Every day we waited at least 10 minutes to get in the breakfast room and espresso was not included in breakfast. The hotel didn’t provide conditioner for the hair and when I asked them about it they were rude and sent me to the nearest supermarket to buy some. The hotel doesn’t have a beach,( only some tables in the beach area ) and if u want to get a sunbed in the beach u need to pay extra. The pool was always crowned. On the whole the food was good and most of the staff friendly.

The room we had (overnight due to cancelled flight) was a smoking room, so stale smelling, but otherwise nice. Reasonable minibar. Beds were a little too firm, but OK. Main problem with our room was the air conditioner was rattling.. Wouldn't have put up with that for a week. Breakfast was nice, but go earlier or you may have to queue for a table.

We were in the old section (up to floor #6). Rooms are fine but the doors of the rooms are making a lot of noise when closed, so you hear the entire floor doors, day and night. Food is good and also the service in the dining room. The help desk was not nice and the service was not good. The pools are good, but not enough chairs. Location is good, 5km from city center

This is a nice hotel, but it is not 4 star. + Very professional and friendly staff + Nice hotel rooms + Nice pool area with a water park for kids (slides etc) - the breakfast is far from 4 stars. Stale bread every day, horrible scrambled eggs. Ham and cheese looks like something you would feed the dog. I am glad we did not go for the all inclusive. Overall a good hotel for the money - we payed around 180€/night for a new room at the 13th floor including breakfast.

Lovely hotel, no issues throughout our stay! Check-in is strictly 2:00pm which causes a bit of chaos and long queues when 2:00pm hits. We probably waited 30/40 minutes just in the queue with all of our luggage waiting to check-in. Hotel staff are very lovely and helpful and the cleaning staff are always making sure the hotel is clean and tidy! Perfect location 10 minutes from Rhodes Town with a bus stop outside the hotel. Alternatively, you can rent a motorbike and other vehicles on the hotel site which we did for €18 a day. The road on which the hotel is on hosts some lovely restaurants and supermarkets which makes life easier.

Facilities are good, the outdoor pool gets busy fast so have to be down by the pool at 10am if you want sun loungers. The indoor pool is much quieter, the buffet restaurant is pretty standard, pretty much the same food every day, I recommend the breakfast buffet more than the dinner( not sure about the lunch menu as I was only half board) some really nice restaurants along the street I recommend Romeo’s- lovely staff and amazing food, it gets really busy around 8:30- so try going a bit earlier if you want to go when it’s more relaxed and quiet. The staff that we spoke to at the hotel were helpful as it’s a 4 star hotel you’d think the tea and coffees in the room would be free but weren’t . Also wasn’t aware of the extra fee to sleep in the bed at €4 a night ( mainly my fault as I didn’t do research before). There’s an underground walkway to get to the beach outside the hotel which is very helpful as it’s hard to cross the main road. Overall enjoyed the stay
