Beautiful hotel, beautiful location. The beach is gorgeous which is right on the doorstep of the hotel. Sadly, the service is terrible. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly. However the staff in the restaurants make you feel like they are doing you a favour by serving you. They make you feel uncomfortable to ask for any service from them. It was understaffed and you could wait 30 minutes before anyone came to your table. There is a lack of activities at the hotel for both adults and children, and a general mismanagement amongst the facilities they offer. You pay an all-inclusive handsome fee to stay there and yet they can not even accommodate a space for you at any of the restaurants at the hotel. So most nights we had to resort to eating at the buffet rather than being able to enjoy all the restaurants that are included in the price you pay. We had to beg to get a table at the restaurants, and even though they say they are fully booked, by 8.30pm you can see the restaurant has emptied out and yet they still don’t want to serve you or give you a table! They were not accommodating, and frankly the lack of service at the hotel overshadowed the beauty of it.

Just returned from a weeks stay and from the moment we arrived at this stunning hotel all the staff from luggage attendant, delightful lady on reception, all waiters, bar staff etc we received excellent service. All staff are on the go all the time they never stop in ensuring the guests have everything they want or need. The various eateries are amazing, food is delicious and plenty of choice something for everybody. A thank you to the hidden staff in the kitchens and laundry as they definitely work extremely hard. We enjoyed the live entertainment every night on the terrace the ambiance was wonderful. The beach has many facilities and we were very well looked after by Vaggelis who always ensured that we had drinks. As the temperatures were extremely hot all the staff still worked extremely hard. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special and one to remember. We will definitely return to this amazing hotel.

Day 4 and it has been lovely. Beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea, not rowdy or noisy just simply relaxing even with families. The food is tasty probably the best we've tasted in all inclusive only improvement they need to do is to label all foods so people know what they are having and what's in it. There is plenty of choice when it comes to food, you will not be disappointed. Only one swimming pool the two in the front of the lobby is for show, but most guests sun lounge or swim in the sea. For kids there is a water flume at the kids pool. Entertainment mixture of musical performances and theatre, you have refer to the notices at reception to see what's happening on the day. Staff very hard working, hats off to them, without staff, your holiday experience will not live up to standards so I thank all the staff 🙏 Room we are staying in overlooks the resort and Mediterranean Sea just beautiful. If the room has a sofa bed, it's just about comfortable so it's not a problem if you don't like sofa beds the mattress topper works as a mattress so you will get a comfortable sleep. With all that has gone on last couple of days hearing of stories of evacuation due to the inferno, I feel for the people of Rhodes as a small island they rely on tourism so tourists who are contemplating to come or not, please visit Rhodes - this hotel is no where near the devestation and 6 miles from the airport is very convenient. Xx

It was hands down the best hotel I've ever been to in my life. Everything was perfect - the service, the rooms, the food. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a clean and minimalist aesthetic. The beach is stunning, with rocks and stones, so I'd recommend wearing comfortable shoes. The Asian restaurant was my absolute favorite. Everything was of a very high standard. Without a doubt, I will visit again!!

We arrived 2 days ago, and will be staying for another 6 days. The hotel is overall nice. The beach is rocky (beach shoes recommended) but the water is pristine. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the room spacious enough with a great seaview. Food is good with wide options for vegetarians.

I was fortunate enough to visit this resort for a 3 day work conference. I have to say that myself and all attendees found this to be absolute perfection in Rhodes! I cannot thank all the staff by name as every person was fantastic and it would be a very long list. Everyone was happy, smiling and super attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Having travelled to many countries in luxury hotels, this is a true 5* resort and you feel that every second of the day. I will definitely be back for a personal trip and would highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel to stay in Rhodes. The rooms and whole hotel itself were neat, everything kept in white/classic colours. Lots of nice restaurants with snacks and sweets open during the day. Bars and range of alcohol, cocktails was top class. Everything was great. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing experience at this Mitsis Alila Resort & Spa. Our room was not only spacious and clean but also well-equipped, and the view from our window was simply breathtaking. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring the comfort of all guests. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic and diverse food options. Whether you're a picky eater or an adventurous foodie, you'll find something to delight your taste buds. Moreover, the hotel offers a wide range of interesting activities, including live concerts, yoga sessions, and entertaining animations for children. Overall, our stay left us with wonderful memories, and we're already looking forward to the possibility of returning in the future. This hotel has truly set the bar high for our future travel experiences.

We had the best stay here for our honeymoon last week. The hotel looks palatial, the room was so clean and spacious with a great view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Loads of comfortable sunbeds to choose from beside the pool or on the beach. The food was incredible and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Pizza and icecream on the beach were amazing! Rhodes old town was just a 15 minute taxi ride away and definitely worth a trip.

This hotel is so amazing! From the welcome, to the food, the staff and views were all amazing even the cocktails were spot on! We thought the pictures weren't true but they were. I would recommend this hotel and our room had the most stunning sea view. This is a Hotel we would definitely come back too! They made a cake for our daughters birthday and also left us some fruit and a bottle of fizz for our honeymoon! Loved all the extras too especially the beach bag!!! No problem for sun beds or towels either !! All your staff in every bar and restaurant created a wonderful atmosphere! Thank you for creating a wonderful holiday for us!

Absolutely Amazing staff and service Spent a week there, food was really good, staff was very friendly. All of there restaurants are super good with good food quality and cleanliness We checked out at 12, and our flight was late night, so kids spent over 3 hrs in the pool, gave us the room again to take shower and change before we left the resort. It's definitely worth every penny.

Very good hotel and grounds. Staff were very friendly, but it took 2 days to sort out an issue with the air conditioning in our room. The food and drinks were very good quality. The beach and gardens were clean and tidy. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is amazing! In the evening we spend our time at the night bar. Calypso was an excellent waitress, with a smile on her face and very obliging. We loved being served by her. And also Kiki was very charming. In the main restaurant, a young waiter named George was particularly diligent and attentive. When the glass was empty, it never lasted long until George came and full it up. We were totally happy, thanks for your efforts!

I want to recommend the most perfect hotel in Rhodes in every way! Room service, reception, bar, pool. The highest level all inclusive hotel I have ever been to. I would especially like to mention Evi the restaurant manager who is responsible for determining the location of the restaurants in the hotel. I am from Israel and eat kosher food. She was alert to my every request, and made sure that in every restaurant I went to, I received food wrapped in foil. number 1! There is no doubt that I will return to this hotel thanks to her. In addition, I would like to recommend their Italian and Greek restaurant, you need to make a reservation in advance when you arrive at the hotel for your entire stay. Perfect food, clean and meticulous. And a stunning team that includes Evi Hostess, Roula, and Mikaela. Looking forward to my next vacation here

In the begging it looked like an amazing place with a lot of potential. It is a geat looking new building, with a direct access (50m) to an almost private beach. It is all included, means that there is are free bars with a good quality drinks (even a great beach bar), restaurants (require reservation), wine bar, champagne bar, ice cream place. In addition there are evening shows by a vary talented music performers. Enjoyed it a lot (although not enough sits for everyone). But.... In the dining room, water from air conditioner are leaked on the tables and on the food. This is unacceptable health risk! In addition the service is very slow (few hours response). The food in the dining room repeats itself every day, and it seems like it is variation of the same food in the restaurants as well... (except the Asian, maybe). The sport attractions (not many) are provided by external (rude) supplier, and are not free. The place is not nearby the city center, so take that into consideration (I would expect such a hotel to provide free guests shuttle, but no, there isn't). Bottom line, nice place rated 1 star less due to the health risk...

Totally the best staff and the best service ever. We've been traveling a lot and the people over here are welcoming and giving you the best feeling. The beach was amazing and the food was delicious. One small note is that it will be helpful to keep the beach towels at the beach and not in the reception two floors up from there... I wanna mention Kiki from the pita corner and Aphrodite the manager for their great service and the good feeling that they give to the guests. We will definitely come back

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed beautifully into this luxurious hotel! The staff are truly amazing! Nothing was too much to ask for and the food, amenities, activities fantastic! The restaurants were excellent, fine dining at its best. Will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay to all the staff and for making sure I was given Samos every night at dinner…the best sweet wine…my daughter cried when it was time to leave..we will definitely be back ❤️❤️

Had a fabulous week at the Alila. Lovely beach location and lots of space so it doesn't feel too busy (even when it is) Food is amazing at all the restaurants and so many different food options even for fussy eaters. Plenty of areas to chill and great service from the bars all day at the pool and beach and night in the lounge area. Champagne and wine bar is excellent. Has a spa (can't comment as didn't use but looked lovely) Tea, coffee, wine, beer and soft drinks in your room. The whole team work very hard to spoil you so you have a fab holiday.

Very beautiful 5 star beachfront hotel that we visited mid April. Our room was spacious overlooking the sea. We were treated wonderfully by the staff,  which was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was quite good particularly in the Ouzerie and the Greek restaurant. Highly recommended.

Best 5 star hotel we have visited. Staff are genuinely helpful and very kind. Direct access to the beach, Great choice of food, Greek, Mexican, Italian, Asian, Champagne/Wine/Cocktail/Spirits bars, Bar by the beach, freshly made Pizza by the beach, Gym, Arcade (kids games tables, including Pool table), beach volleyball, Darts, Yoga and HIIT sessions by the beach, couple of leisure swimming pools, 1 small water ride, ATM, plenty of beach beds, Car Hire desk.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing 5-star hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs, and Elena, the guest relations staff member, was simply outstanding – her assistance was truly invaluable. Make sure you book your restaurants in advance! The weather was great for October. I recommend getting room service at least once it was lovely! My partner surprised me with balloons and they were just gorgeous! The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, with a pristine level of cleanliness that left a lasting impression. The food was delicious, and the cocktails at the bar were top-notch. I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly. It's a true gem for anyone seeking a luxurious and welcoming stay. Five stars all the way! Will definitely be returning

Very nice hotel in Rhodes. Private beach. 3 mail pulls. Stayed in a room with a private pool and was very happy with my choice. All included with service at the pool for drinks. A wood oven for pizza on the beach next to the bar. Some marine activities with extra payment. The spa is wonderful! All female professionals if it bothers someone. I had to masseuses both very good, one of the best if not the best! Highly recommended

This hotel is the best I've ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly and professional. The food was absolutely delicious. Magda in the Champagne bar is a credit to the hotel. She is always very polite and friendly. The view of the sunrise is spectacular. We had an amazing holiday and we cannot wait to go back again.

The overall assets to this place is Service.A supposed 5 star hotel catered more for families with young children lots of them.Did not expect having the most expensive suite in the hotel to have young families lodging above with the appropriate noise level.General maintenance required, no locks on toilet doors in public areas,vent fans non existent even in our suite,No toilet freshener.No public toilets on ground floor where bars and food outlets are situated.Most of all a large group of Polish arrived and took over the bars,moving furniture and driving other clients out of the bar and likewise daily in the beach bar with no control Not 5star quality or standard or price, not really a 8k holiday for 3.

I was having wonderful time in Mitsis Alila. I stayed there on May 2022. My room was beyond my expectations: beautiful, practical with super comfy bed. Sport lessons i participated were good. Housekeeping was doing good job with my laundry (got it back faster than I expected) and room. People whom worked in the kids club really knew how to interact with kids and all week they organized cool activities. All staff members were always happy to help. Even before my staying they were ready to help and do some last minute changes for my booking without any kinda drama. Shout-out to Athena who was working at the reception and made me feel so welcome from the very first minute. Absolutely love the food!!

Amazing resort, brunch, seafood and burger staff and food outstanding. Restaurants manager highly accommodating and will always find you a slot in one of the restaurants. Only issue is pebbled beach would recommend bringing water shoes although doesn’t seem to bother the kids!!! On-site activities available at the beach. Great fun sorry to leave.

Our visit at the Alila Hotel was more than exquisite. It was an excellent experience receiving the services of the hotel and using its beautiful facilities. Food was really tasteful and our dinner at the Italian restaurant was way too good to be true. Its a MUST. Sure thing we are coming back for more

Very nice all-inclusive place to spend a week or two. Evening entertainment was mostly good and varied. Book restaurants before you arrive, so you’ll have more time choices. Everything was great.

I had lovely 5 nights staying there, what a beautiful hotel! Lovely people, delicious food, stunning beach and excellent location (20minutes from airport). Everything were great, highly recommend it. I will miss you Alila.

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The rooms had everything we needed, with a separate area for the children to sleep (family room), overlooking the beach/pool. Fresh beach towels each day if we wanted. Very clean. Restaurants were very good, and staff were very friendly and accommodating especially with the children. Marked down 1 star because service could be a bit slow in the restaurants, waited an hour for a burger one of the days. The buffet was good with lots of choice, just missing more vegetables but maybe personal preference!

Absolutely amazing! We were at Mitsis Alila for a week over Easter. It is a brilliant place for families and couples alike. It was our first experience with all-inclusive and we didn't know what to expect. But the hotel facilities and staff were amazing. Good stuff: Restaurants were excellent. Definitely reserve ahead of time. Staff were polite. Views were great. Can be better: Main restaurant with buffet can be chaotic. So perhaps streamlining it will be good. Can improve sensitivity to vegetarians and people with allergies so serving spoons etc aren't mixed up. Perhaps more can be done to manage noise for rooms near the staircase. Our room was very noisy but it was promptly changed.

I have really enjoyed my week here as: the staff are absolutely lovely, it is very clean and the food is decent! However, I came back from having my lunch today (there were big queue in restaurants and it was only possible to have pizza round pool area) and some people took our sunbeds and moved our stuff! They even through our little girls lilo in the pool and we don’t know even now if we have everything back. The hotel is overcrowded and although half term week it is just too busy. Good variety of restaurants but once again it’s too busy! The kids club is excellent! The pool is great as it isn’t too cold or hot and is even salt water! The slides are also very good for kids and has clearly been well thought out! I am just highly concerned that I am going to get my stuff stolen with how busy it is. We went into lindos and Rhodes town and it is fantastic with how close they are we had a lovely time there! But overall I don’t think I will come back due to how busy it can be and the lack of respect of some of the guests.

It is a very beautiful hotel with many restaurants. the food is delicious. it is worth booking a gazebo on the beach. the service at the gazebo is amazing. many thanks to all the waiters at the beach bar who work so hard in the sun to keep us getting our drinks.

The Alila is a fabulous place to to stay for your fully inclusive holiday, It's fully inclusive at It's very best. The service from the staff is absolutely excellent. It has eight restaurants to choose from which all serve first class food . The Champagne and wine bar is definitely worth a visit with some excellent wines on offer. There's waiter service on the beach plenty of sunbeds and freshly cooked pizza too. Plenty for the kids to with there own separate play area with a safe swimming pool and water slide etc. An absolutely fabulous place to enjoy a relaxing and fully inclusive holiday.
