What we loved about this place: - Beautiful rooms incl. private pool entrance (or private pool for villas) - Amazing pool and bar area - Scenic mountain view from dining and pool area - Very friendly and attentive staff - International guests (mainly Germans and British, but also Spanish, French, Dutch, Swedish) What we would have wanted to know before booking: - Casa cook is located in the middle of nowhere - Surrounding the hotel is a small village that feels like it has seen its best years. Many old budget hotels, low basic taverns and stores. Consider to book a rental car to take advantage of great dinner places in surrounding villages or book half board. - Activities are charged separately - Yoga classes start at 20€ per class and person and go up to 50€. Renting a bicycle costs 12€ for 24h. Guided tours through the surrounding mountains can be booked as well (we didn’t ask for the price) - The beaches on the island are not the best - There is one beach close by the resort, however it is really not a nice beach. Other beaches on the island are pretty basic, don‘t expect blue lagoons like on other greek islands. If you want to reach a decent beach, you will need a rental car/ taxi to get there. Santa Maria Beach close to Rhodes is quite cool, Tsampika beach is convenient to reach (~5 min drive across the mointain). Would we book again? Yes, it’s a great place for 3-4 days. For a week of time, we would probably prioritize the other greek islands.

A wonderful hotel on the outskirts of the village, 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. Our rooms had direct access to the shared pool and e loved sitting in the hammock on the veranda. The hotel is quiet and even though it was probably fully booked, it was very peaceful. The best thing about the hotel was the service. The staff seem completely focused on creating a relaxing, care free environment, always friendly and smiling. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast had a huge choice buffet.

Absolutely phenomenal. I stayed here in June and loved everything about the resort and staff. I did put together a list of all of the lovely staffs names however this has been lost. A big shout of to every single staff member who made my stay memorable. The food is delicious and portion sizes, very generous. The spa is also just beautiful. I have just booked again for July next year! Thank you! Rebecca Bradford

First of all: By evaluating this rating you have to take into account the price paid and also the expectation a 5 star hotel is creating. In this case I have paid 460€ per night in the executive suite. In a 5 star hotel and spending 4500 € in 9 days, I would expect only top class service. Also my expectations have been high, seeing the good reviews. Hotel is stylish, quiet, pool area is great, restaurant area is great. The private pools in the suites and the suites themselves are visually stunning. The negative sides: It was our honeymoon, I have asked for surprise for my wife, like decoration of suite, it was agreed by telephone, but nothing happened. First disappointment after Checkin. Second disappointment followed afterwards. The restaurant for dinner is bad. It is too expensive. 3-5 minutes away, you will get better food, for 30% less. We never came back for dinner to the hotel restaurant. The food was too salty and the taste was below average. I have ordered Gyros. No Gourmet cuisine… The breakfast was ok. Ok selection, ok quality. But is ok enough for 5 stars and this price? I had better breakfast in dozens of hotels. You pay a lot of money for the private pool. Looks nice. But it is way too cold! You won’t spend more than 5 minutes in it. I jumped in like 5 times and 9 days. Also the shared pools are the same temperature and too cold. The proof of that is that nearly no one was in it, and then never longer than 5 minutes. At 30 degrees heat outside. I asked for a late checkout, and they wanted to charge 12 Euros for the one additional hour. But this wasn’t charged, after I have told them how ridiculous it is. It is a hotel for great Instagram pictures. But not really for a great stay. Nice hotel? Yes! Worth the price: Never!

We’re 4 days into our stay at Casa Cook and already we feel the need to write a positive review… Yes the hotel is beautiful and the food / drinks delicious but its the service that’s blown us away! Since the day we arrived we’ve been made to feel so special by the whole team at Casa but especially Dimitrious! What a guy, every day he goes the extra mile to meet my partners dietary requirements (vegetarian), he always takes time to say hello (and have a bit of banter) and he creates a buzz around the place which we enjoy! We’ll definitely be recommending Casa Cook to our friends and family and we’ll definitely be returning! Thanks for everything, Ben and Jess!

Amazing hideaway, close enough to the beach (5‘ walk) with cosy private and semi-private pools, and lots of nature around. Appreciated the homey boho vibe of our split level suite, as well as the amenities from Korres. Rooms were very clean and well attended to. All staff went the extra mile to make you feel comfy and special. They were always super friendly and helpful, no exceptions. Special shoutout to Christoforos and Marius at the main Restaurant - you rock! The Spa was quite exceptional as well - the treatments were of high quality and the spa rooms cosy and quiet as they should. As an „adult only“ hotel, this place is perfect for some real quality time together, lazying around by the pool while enjoying the best Greek food and hospitality. Would be back anytime!!

We were there for 1 week, the hotel is beautiful but we expected way more. The room was not very clean, for example, the wine glasses were already dirty and it was very dusty. The food was good but always the same. We are not very happy, the price is too high for the quality that the hotel has.

One of the best hotels I have ever been! Amazing service! The concept of the rooms with pools is amazing! Cocktails were great with a fair price. Food was excellent. We had no reason to go out. Great vacation.

An absolutely fantastic relax! We went here for a week's break for our first anniversary, and it turned out to be a great choice. There was a very romantic atmosphere all around this beautiful hotel. They also very generously upgraded our room, which was extremely well received! We had the most relaxing time and all the staff were delightful, which contributed greatly to the wonderful atmosphere. On the day of our anniversary, we hiked up the mountain to Tsambika Monastery to watch the sunrise, which was beautiful. We've recommended Casa Cook Rhodes to all our friends and very much hope to return one day.

We had a great time. We've booked the split-level room which was amazing, and very spacious. The private-shared pool was clean and so much fun. Although the room was on the other side of the resort, it was a nice short walk and you can always call for a ride. We spent time at the quiet pool where the Olive Restaurant is. The service there was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed so much that we didn’t leave the resort at all. Half board plan was enough for us and the quality of food was very good. The service level of the staff was excellent. It was our first time in Casa Cook and we will definitely go back.

The hotel was perfect. Super friendly staff, amazing pools and the hotel is just stunning. Food was excellent and we loved the DJ and music vibes everyday. We really felt relaxed after this stay. Furnitures, colors, etc. matches just perfectly. Would 100% recommend!

It’s such a lovely hotel, lovely scenery. It’s so peaceful. The food was hit and miss depending on who was in the kitchen I guess, sometimes food was served cold and sometimes lacked the ingredients stated on the menu. Same with cocktails it was a bit of hit and miss again. The restaraunt and pool bar staff were so lovely and helpful, top notch customer service. Reception staff, some were nice, some could be nicer, also speaking in Greek and laughing when guests have asked you a question is not professional. They don’t seem to be flexible with late checkout even if you are willing to pay. The pools were freezing cold both the main pool and private pool. Twice we Saw the housekeeping sweeping dirt from other guests verandahs into the private pools.

Stayed here 2 years ago and had the best experience ever! Totally worth it!!! We were a little worried about what it would be like given it was in the midst of covid but it was exceptional. Food was great, the staff were amazing... so hospitable and accommodating. Even helped me plan a cute birthday surprise dinner in our room for my fiancé. We loved it so much that we're going back this summer! Cannot wait! Highly recommend.

This hotel was a relaxing oasis! We loved everything and the staff was very sweet and helpful. It is totally worth it to get the dinner package, some of the best meals on the island we had were at the hotel. I also want to mention the great attention to detail such as providing us with a cold platter when we checked in after dinner or the welcome bottle of wine and fresh fruit!

After all the good reviews I thought the hotel must be great. Unfortunately, it didn't quite turn out that way. The grounds were beautifully laid out and well maintained and we loved the concept that every room had direct access to the pool. Unfortunately, you could see that the rooms were not well maintained, so that here and there paint was chipping off and stains were visible on the walls. The restaurant has a nice menu, but the prices are way too expensive for the quality you get, plus the service is very poor. Waiting times up to 45 minutes for a burger. In conclusion, I have to say that I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Let's start from the general level: A place with a good atmosphere. Amazing view. tasty food. Delicious cocktails. Option for rooms with a private pool. very clean Excellent service. recommended. In more detail: At the entrance a pleasant welcome with courteous staff. The hotel has two complexes of large swimming pools with an adjacent bar. The main pool includes a bar area with seating and also an adjacent restaurant area. In the evening it is very nice to sit there because there is a DJ and catering services and a bar. The other pool is a secondary pool in a relatively modern area. A pleasant pool with a bar in the evening only. In the evening it's dark and you can't sit there. The hotel rooms are also divided into two parts. One part is in a more central area and the other part in the area of the second pool is more distant. The advantage is that it is quieter and nicer. The disadvantage is that each reservation for this room or area of room service costs €6, which is a bit unfair in my opinion. The hotel includes a variety of rooms with a standard equipment level. There are rooms with a shared private pool and there are rooms without a pool. Excellent level of cleanliness and service.

Beautifully designed hotel, with well maintained pools & grounds. Stylish bar with a great drinks menu and friendly staff. This hotel is perfect if you are looking to relax, we stayed in a loft suite and found it spacious although it needed more hangers for a couple staying 1 week. Other reviews mention the noisy fridge, ours was noisy but I turned it down which helped. I would really recommend a stay here however I would like the hotel to add more vegan options to the menu, I found the menu very limiting and the lunch options weren't any different to the evening. It would also be helpful to label up the breakfast buffet for people with dietary requirements, although the staff go out of their way to help such a simple thing could really help guests & staff. I would advise if you plan to stay here & have dietary requirements email ahead as I am sure the hotel will accommodate, I wished I had done this. The spa is fantastic and worth a visit. Based on previous experience as great as this hotel is, I don't think it is 5 star the hotel needs to improve the standard of the rooms and also the service for a true 5* rating.

The design of the hotel is awesome but we have found so many spiders and bugs in our room so it isn’t possible to leave a better review!!!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, it would be a 4 or 5 star review if the restaurant service was better. They operate under a terrible system in which only a handful of waiters can take orders (even drinks) and hence it results in the majority of the staff not being able to do anything and a couple of waiters completely overworked

The hotel is stunning, it was a lovely stay with the beautiful settings. The breakfast and coffees were really good too. Disappointing part was that the service wasn't up to scratch, the toilet flush kept breaking and rooms weren't made when requested.

Instagram vibes with semi private pools at each room. Very cool place to relaxed on site. It is semi resort like and not near anything but kind of central to everything. Beach is nice in town but better around the rock to the south. No coffee in the room. No iron in the room. Split level rooms have the mattress on a concrete floor and you can tell. You can see and hear the adorable goats on the hill. It’s also adult only which was great because the other resorts in town are full of kids and kid friendly activities.
