To begin with, there is great signage and it is easy to find. Look for the bright red door just as you turn the corner, following the signs. 💯💯💯 To say Savvas was hospitable would be a real understatement. He helped us so much when our ferry was canceled. He made calls for us and even met us at the dock to ask on our behalf. He went way over the top! Additionally, he makes a delicious breakfast with fresh ingredients each morning! On top of everything, the property is beautiful, with incredible history and is in a very central Old Town location. There are delicious restaurants and bakeries only steps out the front door! You would be doing a disservice to yourself if you came to Rhodes and didn't stay here

Loved it. A fully renovated residence dating back to the 14th century. The sense of history is fantastic, very comfortable rooms, modern fixtures and fittings, great a/c, shared lounge/common area, great breakfast utilising top level home cooking by the host. Great location near the main shopping strip, great advice and service from the host

Great, quiet location near everything. Savas appeared to genuinely love hosting and the 'house' option was great for our 3 generations of family (3 adults, 2 young kids). He gives solid recommendations for the island. The breakfast alone was worth half the bill. Do it.

After being evacuated twice from Lindo’s because of the fires, we came to Rhodes old town to this amazing, traditionally quaint hotel for 1 night. We couldn’t go back to the hotel after that and didn’t want to possibly be evacuated a 3rd time, so Savvas was able to let us stay for another 2 nights. Savvas and his partner are more than brilliant. Savvas went above and beyond from the start. Offered to pick us up from Lindo’s to bring us here. We were already getting a coach to just outside of Rhodes old town and as soon as the coach arrived he was pulled up behind us in his car to collect us. He is now after 3 days of staying here taking us back to our Hotel in Lindo’s for our last 3 days, as the smoke from the fire has passed. If we come to Rhodes again, we would come here and highly recommend to others if you want a chilled and traditional stay with plenty to do. You are also fed very well in the mornings with Ommlettes, meats and cheeses, homemade jams, and then get offered even more and have to say no or else won’t be able to move. Can not fault anything. SUPERB. THANK YOU GEM AND MARC XX

I stayed there for my last night in Rhodes. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The owner and staff are very hospitable. The atmosphere is just as friendly as it is professional. My breakfast was one fit for a queen! A large omelette, bread, butter, crepes, cheese, you name it! I sincerely hope there will be a next time for me.

Came with a few members of my study abroad group on a free weekend. Savvas picked us up from the airport and told us all about the history of Rhodes on the way to the hotel. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has a lot of history of its own. Rooms are small but you won’t be in there much anyways. Savvas cooked us breakfast the next morning and it was phenomenal. Meat and cheese platter, bread with homemade jams, Greek pancakes, omelettes. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, Savvas and the staff are wonderful people!

700 year old building with quaint rooms. Great vibe, air conditioned, firm but cozy mattress, small but very well thought out bathroom with rain shower head and (ladies!) handheld sprayer. Clean, welcoming, with complementing decorations throughout. Savvas has a very welcoming and also professional personality! He prepared the breakfast omelette himself while keeping guests entertained with his positive attitude. I highly recommend this place!

Definitely book this hotel if available. It is right in the middle of the old town. Very convenient for shopping, visiting the main historical spots in Rhodes and close to the port. Stavvas was a fantastic host with recommendations and helped booking a car. Breakfast was included and delicious. Was able to sit with other couples during breakfast and strike up conversations with people from other countries which just added to the excellent stay. Suggest booking the top room with patio, see attached pic. If/when my wife and I are back in Rhodes we will be booking this place again. A highlight of our trip to Greece for sure.

Rustic but pleasant little house in the absolute center of the old town, yet tucked away in a silent street. The owner or manager was so nice and welcoming!

Located in the middle of medieval Rhodes, right next to all of the shopping and food you could want. Host was extremely accomadating and helpful. Served us breakfast an hour earlier than scheduled, just so we could make it to our ferry by 8am. Bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Savvas was an amazing host and went above and beyond to accomodate us. The breakfast was particularly outstanding - his omelettes were delicious. The hotel itself is quaint and picturesque, in the heart of the old town.

Evdokia boutique hotel is in a heritage listed building, noted for its historic accommodation of the knights. The rooms are knights quarters, and hence could not be modified due to the heritage listing. However the lounge and dining areas have been beautifully restored. The place has such a wonderful ambience of history which makes it so special to stay there. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the hospitality of the owner, Savvas. He provided the best breakfasts, with jams made by his Mum from her own produce, wonderful selection of breads, his own Rhodian bread, and his amazing omelettes which were different every day. He helped us with our transport and much more. Thank you Savvas for looking after us and making our stay in Rhodes one to remember.

I stayed for the 1st time in mid-September 2023, and was blown away by the location, quietness and quality of rooms and assistance from my hosts, as this is more than a Boutique Hotel, its a unique experience, with a very friendly Greek welcome and wonderful hospitality. You would not know you were right in the centre of Rhodes Old Town with main drag only 60 metres away down a quiet alley. Already decided I'll be returning and recommended it to others already, as there is so much to do, all within walking distance and its old 20 minutes from the airport.

In March 2020, my wife and I went to Rhodes as part of our honeymoon, and we stayed here. When we arrived, Savvas gave us good tips on things to do here. This was the low season, so the city was relatively empty and a lot of places, especially small shops and restaurants, were closed for the time being. It is very well-located in the middle of the beautiful Old City, and a short walk from the nearest bus stop. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Savvas drove us back to the airport for our flight the morning we left; along the way we talked about the city and the interesting history of the hotel. If we get the opportunity to go back to Rhodes, we would likely stay here again.

Usually, I do not write many reviews for hotels, but the hardworking staff definitely deserve to be acknowledged. My stay at this place must have been the most hassle-free experience I have ever had at a hotel. From check-in to check out, the staff were able to execute any requests I had and did so in an extremely timely and professional manner.
