    UPDATE: this is the assistant manager doing this. The manager and other lady in middle office try to help as much as possible….They really don’t fix anything that breaks. Then blame you. Last year water came in bedroom from outside. They said they “repaired” it. They said it was a “minor repair” Fast forward to now. It floods again. (Ours was only apartment in my neighborhood) this time in our whole bedroom flooded while we were sleeping. Our furniture has water damage and was broke when THEY moved it to dry the carpet. My solid oak bed frame is now bowing and warped on the bottom. And now it’s squeaks real bad just leaning on it. The old woman in the office has hung up on us. Refused to acknowledge my wife when we come up to the office. We pay for rent plus. We are new to OK so when they offered it we said ok. They said it was insurance. We even pay for it each month. The old lady now says it’s not real insurance. And they aren’t paying for anything even though it’s because of their negligence. she won’t even listen to us about the damage. 2 emails have been sent. Our freezer has been broke and fixed 4 times now. It’s broke again and they still haven’t fixed it. They refuse to buy another one. Dishwasher leaked and was repaired 3 times before it flooded our kitchen in the middle of the night. Repair guy was actually upset because the dishwasher was more than 20 yrs old!! We had to have our carpet “repaired” numerous times as nails were sticking up and hurting us. Only when we asked how old the carpet was did we get new carpet. But then our room flooded so do we really have new carpet? We have tried to reach out to office but all they say is they're not liable. Even though their poor repairs caused it. If you live here be ready for poor repairs. And personal items getting ruined. I left message with corporate to hopefully resolve this voluntarily. Wish us luck.

    As a resident who’s lived here for 4 years, I’m very disappointed. First year went great but slowly went downhill from there. What really did it for us though was when we ended our lease. First off, I’m a family of three (myself, husband, and our toddler). Like any typical toddler, she destroys stuff around the house in which we expected to not receive our deposit back and even anticipated to pay extra out of pocket. What threw me off, however, was the charge of $195 for bed bugs treatment. Excuse me? My family and I DO NOT have bed bugs! If that were true, I would have treated it first thing and not let my toddler sleep with bed bugs! I’m just so shocked they’d pull this card on me. I really thought my family and I had a good relationship with these people and we’ve tried our best to be good and understanding residents. I’m very tempted to only give one star but I’m trying my best to not be bias based on this one matter alone versus my entire 4 years experience here.

    I’ve really enjoyed my time as a resident and look forward to creating great memories. It’s more younger family oriented residents and is a quiet and safe place to live I really enjoy the 24hr gym they have on property and you could not ask for a better staff they go above and beyond for any resident.

    Great location and friendly staff. Tony does a damn good job. Maintenance request usually gets done in 24hrs. The ladies in the office are always super friendly and helpful. Look forward to renewing our lease.

    Overall over the 6 years or so I've lived here has been good. My apartment is located on the outskirts of the complex and it is VERY quiet. I can't say much about the interior of the complex. For the monthly rates I would expect more updated counters and fixtures but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. Parking sucks if you work regular people hours. Maintenance is usually Johnny on the spot with most things.

    The service requested was great. I have noticed a much larger safety issue. When it’s raining I can’t set on my porch, water drips thru the porch from the apartment above me. The worst issue is a very hazardous one, water puddles on my porch which I have to walk thru it coming and leaving my apartment tracking water into my apartment. When it freezes it could be an insurance claim. It looks like someone attempted to repair it. Please let me know what can be done. Thanks, and I really love my apartment. Richard Oder

    Overall good experience. Staff are very nice and the maintenance team are helpful. Only negative I have is the the bugs that pop up. The do have an exterminator that will spray once a week around the property but the bugs will still show up. Didn't bother me a whole.
