As
a
resident
who’s
lived
here
for
4
years,
I’m
very
disappointed.
First
year
went
great
but
slowly
went
downhill
from
there.
What
really
did
it
for
us
though
was
when
we
ended
our
lease.
First
off,
I’m
a
family
of
three
(myself,
husband,
and
our
toddler).
Like
any
typical
toddler,
she
destroys
stuff
around
the
house
in
which
we
expected
to
not
receive
our
deposit
back
and
even
anticipated
to
pay
extra
out
of
pocket.
What
threw
me
off,
however,
was
the
charge
of
$195
for
bed
bugs
treatment.
Excuse
me?
My
family
and
I
DO
NOT
have
bed
bugs!
If
that
were
true,
I
would
have
treated
it
first
thing
and
not
let
my
toddler
sleep
with
bed
bugs!
I’m
just
so
shocked
they’d
pull
this
card
on
me.
I
really
thought
my
family
and
I
had
a
good
relationship
with
these
people
and
we’ve
tried
our
best
to
be
good
and
understanding
residents.
I’m
very
tempted
to
only
give
one
star
but
I’m
trying
my
best
to
not
be
bias
based
on
this
one
matter
alone
versus
my
entire
4
years
experience
here.
