I purchased in bulk..each piece was having some defects..stones were missing and in some pairs stones were not original and of cheap quality. They didn’t even provide extra push backs and stones. If you are a wholesaler then u must fulfil basic requirements of the customer.

I had a great experience with General Shingar House. They were quick to respond and spent two hours on video call helping me select different items. They have a very big collection and so many different varieties of jewelry with great quality. They were very patient with me, had clear communication and the whole process from ordering to shipping and receiving was very organized. They even packaged extra strings and earring backings in case of damage. I am looking forward to working with them again.

Prices are high but good collection, huge variety available. Found the pieces which i had been looking for since long. I also bought two pieces of maharashtrian nath from here, and when i opened it ag home one immediately broke. When i visited them again amd ask for exchange, he refused and behaved very arrogantly.

As the shop is in Delhi Sadar bazaar Pratap market so it is always crowded. The shop got lot of collections and variety,quality is good but I found it bit expensive.The price is fixed no bargaining for the retailers. The shopkeeper girl was very polite to me and shown different variety as per my requirement.

Im a foreigner. It was noticed. I bought 9sets. I had also been in a rush. Since it was getting late. I also purchased an imitation Kiara set which was around 6000INR. My entire bill was around 24000INR. Only to be told I was taken for a ride. There is another review at the bottom having the same issue. You can't rob people and sleep. We come there and support your store and you people take advantage of us. Please don't you dare call me a liar like you did in the other review. Hope foreigners do not visit this store and get caught. I hope the money you guys got was also given to the girls as extra tips who worked hard to sell me the jewelry. Disgusting! I Was also coerced into giving a review whilst I was there. They took me onto their page and so on. At that point I didn't know better. The more you tip people in chandini chowk the more they try to take from you. Distasteful experience!

Very good quality and very good service. Usually you have to keep on asking for tracking number but from general shingar house just next day they provide you the tracking number without asking. Also they also provide extra dories for necklace and extra huks for the earing which is no one care for it .Most importantly they always pickup the calls for regular communication.

Very bad in behavior...he doesn't know how to behave with a lady.He is a bluff master.What he said to me a couple of days before regarding pricing n lifting of products now as per his consent when I am calling him today he behaved very very bad with me. I wanna start my business with this guy...But never I will do that...Very unprofessional n rude person.

I purchased the jewelry a couple of months back from this place. The shop guy is a cheat and a thug, he took 12000 rs for a jewellery piece that costed 6000-7000 in reality, same quality, same design, same everything. It was not even real kundan, I saw same design at so many places and no one selling it at the rate that he sold to me. I wanted to write this review for a long time, it was taxing to go to overly crowded sadar bazar in COVID times and then being looted by this shop. Please go to Chandni chowk or any known shops in sadar bazar but not here.

I was exploring the market for my sister wedding jewellery,found this shop called GSH JEWELLERY. The prices here are very affordable,you can expect a cut short of around 50 to 60% in prices compared to other shops in the same line . Staffs are very friendly. Rest all I can say is PEHLE ISTMAL KARE FIR VISWAS KARE.
