I take my godkids and nieces and nephews here, the place smells and looks clean and the kids never want to leave. They do fun skating games and there's always a bunch of other kids the right age for ours to play with. It's great for birthdays, escaping the heat or rain, and the price is just right for a few hours of fun. 👍

My first roller rink was the Yuba City location all the way back in the early 80's, but since around 2001, the Chico location has been my "go to" spot for an outing filled with good, wholesome fun that can be shared with anyone of any age. When I was pregnant in 2006, I went...when my son was born, I took him in his stroller...he just turned 17 and we went out for a mommy/son date...it's perfect for such things. 😊🙃 I'd recommend Chico Cal Skate to anyone who's interested in having fun.

Always a good time with family! Socks for two bucks if you forgot some like me! The Snack bar is expensive so come with full bellies and some dollars to get a drink or some popcorn. The arcade is a favorite in my family. It is coin operated and you must pay for them. Skate mates for littles are an extra charge as well but very helpful.

My daughter is here for her rolling skeiting competition, and we love it! Very friendly and family enjoyable

Wonderful place for family fun! Great place to get your skate on! Not too high tech which is a huge bonus for us. No TV screens in your face is the best!!! Love the skating for me and my kids. They get their exercise and the DJs play fun games.

My 10-year old niece loved the skating. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite being short-staffed. It was very inexpensive and I was very pleasantly surprised when I didn't have to pay to get in since I was not skating. Very enjoyable outing!

DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE. We got a table right by air hockey with noise and kids literally crawling on our benches. A flying puck HIT my elderly mom. And the "Tiki room" which isn't even a room. No walls and right by the restroom. A disgrace for $300! And the manager just argued. Didn't care. MANGER told us we could just take our kids and leave! Then specifically told our server not to allow any discounts. They held my card hostage and charged it the full amount. Worst fraudulent experience ever in a run down old rink w skates wo laces falling apart. Save your money. These people are awful.
