My 14 year old son has been a patient of Dr Sam since he was 3. Now, Dr Sam is my 6 years old daughter's pediatrician as well. Dr Sam is very sweet to my 2 kids, he is knowledgeable, and very caring. His Medical Assistant, Anne is very sweet and friendly. Angelina at the front desk was very helpful- easy check-in! 5 starts for great service!

Dr Sam, is one of the best and professional pediatrician!I have ever seen, very caring, knowledgeable and my 2 year old son is going to him since he was born. Dr Sam is thorough, attentive, listens carefully and has been taking great care of our son. Tri-valley is incredible! My little one is 10 months old and we’ve been coming here since birth. The staff is so kind and patient. The office has such a calm vibe.I also love that they have a separate sick side entry. Nurse Amy is absolutely fantastic and she truly cares about my baby and me! I never feel rushed and she answers all of my questions. 10/10 would recommend this place!

My daughter and son have been with Trivalley since we moved to Pleasanton in 2017. We have had great experiences with the doctors, nurses, and staff. They are compassionate, supportive, and knowledgeable. They remember kids, and give practical advices to support their growth. Dr Sam, Dr Lionel, and Anne are super helpful and friendly. During COVID time, the doctor was super fast in responding to my messages and supporting kids’ safe return back to school. When we raise a concern on my kids’ physicals, the doctors were very carefully vetting through the screenings and gave us practical advices and good referrals. Both my daughter and son love them!

We really like Dr. Sam and Anne for our 1 yr old. Anne loves kids and can keep them engaged ( especially during vaccines). Dr Sam is very knowledgeable and always makes sure to answer all our questions during visits. We are very comfortable with the team.

We had a wonderful visit here, and the whole experience was smooth and effortless. Starting with the checking in even though it was lunchtime, they welcomed us and already started the paperwork. The nurse have everything to prepare for the blood sample, which is usually unpleasant. The doctor came in later on and spent enough time to ask and answer any questions that we have. Very knowledgeable and flexible as well! We will surely return in six months. Thank you very much!
