    I've never had luck at this location. There's been the same older Indian man working, I don't know if he's the owner of this location but he's definitely the most non-helpful and least communicating person I've ever had to deal with for a car rental. I definitely would not recommend going to this rental car location! There's so many other ones around, choose them I promise!

    If I could rate less I would. This was the worst service and experience with a rental company I have ever had. David is very rude I called fee days before my scheduled return to see if I turned in earlier. He screams there is no way to look that up and hangs up on me. When I know they can use the keys ID. So I returned it that day due to his ignorance. Later that day I realized my wallet must have fallen out in the rental. I called a rep answered told me to call back at 330 when David would be there. I'm annoyed because wanting to make sure the car didn't get rented out before I have a chance to speak with someone. I call back to back from 330om to 540pm.. a rep answered at like 4pm asked to put me on hold @540 the phone hung up on me. I called the next day to hear they claim not to have seen it but have two other wallets they found but none had my name they say. I literally only been from the rental to the rental center and my ex car. We searched his car not there. So my wallet had to be in that rental. But the way this was handles with this business is by far horrible. Customer service skills need improvement. Especially for David whom I later found out has had issues with other customers and is a manager

    Rented a car from here on 09/03/2021 and was being helped by Jeremy. Jeremy was very rude and professional and has horrible customer service. Pick up time was 1030 got there right at 10:30 and there were no cars ready to go. Had to sit around and wait for 30 minutes for one to be cleaned and and when they were finished cleaning it and passed the vehicle off to me I get in it and there's no key fob. No one seemed to know where the fob went so I sat there another 30min as they looked for it. Jeremy wasn't the only rude one there. There were 2 other employees that were there and didn't even acknowledge me as I walked in They just looked down and answered the phone no eye contact no hello please give us a second nothing I will never rent from budget car again I will stick to the great customer service at at enterprise rental car

    Highly unprofessional. They hide their fees and their staff lies. Continually declined a card that had money. They refused cash. They are so rude. Waste of time and money. This is what I got to deal with the day after my wedding. Thanks budget. Next time I'll use uhaul

    Was required to overfill the gas tank to not be charged a 35 dollar fee. Basically on my way back to dropping off the truck, I filled the tank till the handled clicked and stopped pumping. I was informed that was not enough I had to make the needle not touch the F line. Ended up putting 4 more gallons in the full tank... talk about a hazzard and bad for the environment. When I got back I walked around the office and couldn't find anyone. No one on the side. No one in the front. No one in the managers office. No one in the back area. Took about 10 minutes for anyone to come out. First and last time for me rent from this establishment.

    Wow!! Great business and special thanks to Jeremy associate who goes out his way to make my day or week better. The cars I rented have been great product quality and some have super drive just do super turbo on the freeway not the street we want to play it safe always. 5 stars Jeremy 👍👍

    Only use this location if your OK with your reservation being canceled less than 24 hours in advance. Then when they call you all they do is say "call customer service, they may be able to help you"

    Poor customer service. They charge you double for the insurance good try. But I caught them. Make sure you look at your receipt.

    Let me start out by saying I should have read the reviews before we rented our truck from this location. We reserved a 16' truck the day before for a 9am pick-up. I walk in the next day at 9 am only to be told they do not have any 16' trucks available. There was no "I'm sorry," or "sometimes this happens, but we can discount a bigger truck for you." I said to them, but we reserved a 16'. They said "well we have 26', but you will have to pay for the bigger truck." Really, we should pay for a bigger truck because you made a mistake and don't have the truck we reserved the day before? This is a definite bait and switch! We had no choice because we had people waiting to help us with our project, so we rented the 26' truck. When doing the walk around, the guy tells me the fuel tank is full and that when we fill it, make sure we overfill it or we will be charged $35 fee plus the amount for the fuel to fill it. This means that when the gas pump stops, we must over pump it to make it full. So I did what they said, and some spilled out, but I didn't want the $35 fill fee. Is this common practice? We also asked about a 20% LEO discount that was on their website. They said yes, they will add the discount. The final paperwork showed no type of discount. Another bait and switch! After reading over some of the one-star reviews. We found two out of three of the same types of issues. We definitely would give them negative stars if possible. We will never use this location again!!! We also will contact their corporate office about their practices!
