We had an amazing experience with Armadale park cafe. As we walked in, one of their friendly staff came and helped us and we were soon seated with fresh water to await our food. We decided to sit out by the park as it was refreshing ambience and a very nice morning. We didn't have to wait too long for our heart starter coffees which tasted delicious and then shortly after followed our food. Without doubt, one of the nicest cooked breakfasts we ever had. Eggs Benedict with ham was just the Bees knees and my Breakfast, Pancakes were cooked to perfection. All in all, a very delightful brekky! We'll be definitely going back to them.

Ordered a chai latte and snitzel and fetta long roll whilst customer service was good the kitchen staff member was very rude and let the customers know that she wasn't going to speed her self up even though the cafe was barely empty. When I received my roll it was soggy inside when I divided the roll there was a huge gross wet clear moisture that dropped from the roll very slowly onto the take away bag it seriously looked like the kitchen staff had spit inside the roll it completely un eatable I had to throw it out never experienced anything like this before bad food and rude kitchen staff won't be back

We dined here for lunch. I ordered the barramundi, and my boyfriend ordered the beef burger. Both meals were delicious but I especially enjoyed my barramundi. I didn't expect such a lovely texture and taste. Even our chips were light and crunchy. The service was really friendly and welcoming. We sat outside in the sun, it was a nice day. We had a table next to us bring their dogs along and the staff quickly came over with a dog bowl of water for them. It was a great atmosphere. If I'm ever back in this area, I'll dine here again.

Recently rediscovered this place. Great food, best hollandaise sauce I've had in a while, always consistent with the poached eggs, and cook their bacon to perfection!

Being from Adelaide it's important to find quality coffee & dining. I ordered the muesli & a lactose free coffee. They gave me lactose free milk with my muesli even though I didn't ask. This is very thoughtful & quality service. Took my brother back (a local) later that day & had the best omelette of his life. I will be back!!!

A lovely little cafe with great selections of breakfast menu items. Foods all cooked well and the spinach and feta was delicious. Staff are lovely and friendly here. Coffee did take very long to come out, we had almost finished our meals and I had to ask when the drinks will be ready. There’s indoor and outdoor seatings which is pet friendly if you are out with your cuties. There’s a park right next to it, go for a walk with family or pets after meals and just enjoy the greenery.

I have been to Park cafe for over a year now and always found it good. I haven’t been there for a while but went there Thursday what a disappointment. Ordered New York burger with chips for $17.95 coffee and drink total amount $29.95. The burger was small and sloppy and we only had 10 chips and they were burnt. ☹️

Hard to accurately comment on food as my family have never managed to eat here. 3 times over a period of months, each time we left because they refused to sell us chips on its own, we were ordering meals also so it makes no sense...do you have a tiny budget for chips? Judging by other reviews you are literally killing your sales by never having adequate stock. Call yourself a premade snack bar and be done with it.

Thank you for the great service and patience in taking our order. The food was ready really quickly within what seemed like 5mins of sitting down. We ordered the All day breakfast, Eggs benie with bacon, mocha, mango/banana smoothie and iced coffee. I couldn't eat all my Eggs benie it wasn't cos I didn't like it but it was too much for me. I can't remember our Waiters name but he was very accommodating when we asked if he'd take our photo. When next I'm in Armadale I will come back. The alfresco dining was great, being shaded by the trees with a nice breeze keeping us cool. Thanks again.

Dog friendly little cafe in the heart of Armadale CBD, vast menu choice, great and attentive customer service. Surprisingly excellent coffee! Had a smashed avo, huuuge portion size.. the meal wasn’t too bad, wasn’t great either, as it came completely plain, I mean no salt/pepper, not a single trace of any spice. Two slices of the toast were super thin, it only took a few minutes for them to get completely soaked in salsa. Oh btw, the salsa was mainly red onion, so be aware. Overall fantastic value. I will be back for the coffee for sure.

Great little Cafe, very popular. Good coffee and food. Come here often. The coffee cake deal I had today was great and the hummingbird cake was amazing! Only $8.50. My grandmother was happy with her coffee and cake also. Have had food previously and always been great, never disappointed.

Ordered from here for delivery plenty of times. The food quality was always great. They have always gotten the order notes right. As for dine in it is an enjoyable location right next to the well maintained park to relax and enjoy some good food and drink.

First, both things we ordered from the menu were unavailable. then our order of fish and chips and a serve of chips seemed to get lost!!! the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. cob weens full of insects on the wall. venue full of flies on a cool spring day. very unimpressed and will not be back. .

Food is delicious, drinks are good BUT everything takes forever as they prioritise UBER EATS orders over in house orders. Some of the staff seem to be under trained but are very polite and respectful.

Food was average, but overall experience was worse. Long wait time when the cafe was not very busy, half of the drinks were only brought out after reminding the staff and long after the food had been brought out. The waitress was quite unprofessional as well.

Seriously customer service is not on the menu at this cafe . There was so much arguing between management and staff over a customers order all of $1.This in turn made my time longer . Don’t be surprised if you get sugar in your coffee when you don’t want it , or no milk in the tea when you ask for it . Ask yourself should you wait 20 minutes for a sausage roll to be heated ?. Rest of meal ok . We are so lucky we have a choice of other coffee places inArmadale .

Came here with the fiancee for a lunch date when kids were at school, have some down time. Decided to grab chicken parmy's each as the wife has been here before for a lunch date with the mother in law :). really good serving of parmy and chips, decided not to have salad this day. really tasty and the staff made went out of their way to put some BBQ sauce in a dipping cup for me as requested :) Great prices, perfect little Cafe next to the Memorial Park. cant find something to fault them on :)

Perhaps a few more peices of salt and pepper squid would be nice, a very tiny portion in a tiny bowl. Iced coffee nothing special. However, the service was 100%

The Cafe is on the perimeter of a large shopping centre, and overlooks a very green well kept park. The shopping centre is totally different to centres such as the functional but souless centres as the Innaloo and Whitfords malls. The Cafe food was great, as were the coffee and service.

Best breakfast ever bought added with a brilliant mango smoothie and delicious coffee. My remaining Sunday breakfasts are booked in here for my lifetime

Went today for breakfast and was great. Eggs were cooked perfectly and they had huge servings and friendly service!

Me and my friend with three kids visited this cafe yesterday, It was hot and we expected obviously an aircon running, But neither of the staff informed about the malfunction or anything else, We sat down and realised it was muggy. With three kids it was hard to move and get around that time of the day. When I mentioned it to the lady at the counter and to my shock she said" Can you see my sweat, I am working here from 6 hours but you are here only for an hour or half,and also suggested people should stay home in this heat under their aircon". Well I did my order and sat down, My friend who took me there was quite devasted with the quality of food as well, We are never going to risk our special day lunches at this place, and will never ever go back again, Although we are local of the area and want to support local business but if this is quality we are going to get, unfortunately everyone should think twice before investing here,

Terrible! They don't listen and try to rip you off. Make sure you clarify your order before paying (ideally use cash, not a card).

Great service, very friendly& happy to help. Very reasonable prices. Store is clean& intimate. Was disappointed when I ordered all breakfast& pancakes for my daughter. Lady who took our order repeated it back to me. Received my breakfast& our drinks, ate very slowly while we talked& waited, finally went up to counter & she had not gone through with my daughter's pancakes. We had to leave so my daughter didn't want to reorder, then I have to eat superfast& I felt terrible.

Absolutely disgusting, we were served off meat in a cheeseburger today. The meat even smelt putrid and should never have been cooked, let alone served to a customer. This was served to us, a table with 2 children and myself who is visibly pregnant. Will never return.

Hello all. So below this update you will see my original review from last year. Now, I know it's difficult to get good help that are concerned about customer service. And apparently that has happened here. Sadly we went here this morning for a family breakfast on my birthday. It was a bit busy as normal and I went up and ordered coffee and drinks and muffins and said I would come back up later and order our food. I paid and sat for a few minutes and then went back up and placed another order for our food items. When doing so, I was very clear in requesting that our coffee and drinks be brought first and not at the same time as our food order. She acknowledged this and I went back to the table. A few minutes later the food arrived but the coffee and drinks had still no been brought. I went up and asked and was told "Oh well the kitchen is just faster than the barista". Then after another 15 minutes, the coffee and drinks finally show up. My daughter had ordered a Green Apple juice. She drank some and said it didn't taste right and sure enough it was another drink they make that has as one of it's ingredients, green apples. My wife went to the counter and they said they thought that's what I wanted. How can "Green Apple juice" be confused with anything but that? They then made the correct drink and never apologised or offered to refund the difference in price we were charged for the more expensive one. Armadale Park Cafe, is such a nice place with really great food and coffees, but they seriously need to assess their attitudes toward customer service. Here is my original review from last year... WOW!!! Awesome place. Really, really great Coffee. I drink long black so you cannot hide bad coffee with milk etc. One of the best coffees I've had in a long time. Their Tea is from loose tea on a strainer pot. Very good too. The outside seating by the park is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was offered choice of kind of toast at ordering instead of having to ask like most places. And finally, the breakfast was top quality and very generous portion sizes. We will be back for sure!

I've been coming here for over a year for their amazing BLTs. I always get my favorite coffee at the coffee club. I came on a date here and was denied a seat because I had a coffee from somewhere else. We had to sit on a park bench instead of a seat and table. 0/10 star customer service.
