The best bubble tea shop in aramdale. The staff were very friendly and I got my order very fast. It's always yummy whenever I go there. I highly recommend you to go there!

My sister works here therfore its good. But in all seriousness the bubble tea here is amazing (also mango green tea with lychee jelly always)

Love this place, as a hard of hearing person it’s amazing that Armadale has the self order thing it makes it so much easier to order. Lovely staff and overall delicious tea. :)

The service was really nice and polite. It was easy to order and they patiently waited when I didn’t know what to get.

Putting our order together on the screen infront of the shop and the girl waited till exactly 5pm when we had almost finished putting our order together to tell us they were closed. Didn’t give any prior warning before when we were using the electronic menu. Terrible service

Absolutely love bubble tea and I can guarantee Armadale Chatime has such high quality drinks. The staff are so lovely and I didn't need to wait long for my drinks. Highly recommend!

I order the same bubble tea every time I go there and it’s usually good. Came there to buy one again today with my son and the bubble tea tasted terrible, couldn’t come back because my baby was crying. But it’s just disappointing, I pay a lot and the bubble tea isn’t drinkable. I will make my own from now on.

I’ve been their fan for ages but this Armadale shop is probably the worst I’ve gone too. I waited 35mins for a Thai tea whilst every other person after me got their order first. Was not happy and would not recommend them.

Love this place. It has great customer service. My favourite is lychee oolong with pearls. 100% recommend.

Love my peach bubble tea with peach poppers full sugar full ice and black tea it's a great treat in summer time
