I had the pleasure of working with Tommy on crafting the perfect ring for the occasion. The specific Tacori ring I saw online was not on display in store, SO he got one DELIVERED from a local dealer to show me in person. Even with the several options on display already for my comparison, he insisted I needed to see the one I was to order! He always followed up on several occasions to ensure that everything was meeting my expectations and that I was happy with the outcome. His expertise, patience, and genuine care for this big purchase helped make all the difference during the process. This store is immaculate and just a great overall experience. I spent some time with other staff(Igor) drinking Turkish Coffee(spectacular) and talking about the Schuamburg area. Everyone there is lovely and helpful to figure out what works for you and your budget. I would recommend this business to ALL of my friends and family when needing OPTIONS. Diamond Direct in Schaumburg is superb.

I saw Diamonds Direct and came in because I lost my wedding band in Mexico. Igor helped me find a perfect match for my band and my taste. He even picked out an amazing right hand ring that I would have never thought of. He took care of all of the details, ensuring the right fit and protection for my ring. Additionally, they had a Children’s room where my kids could play PS5. While it doesn’t sound like a big deal, it meant that I could shop in peace! All maintenance is included in your purchase price as well. Overall, I’d highly recommend this jeweler.

Wonderful experience. I came here looking for a wedding band. I've been to many jewelers looking for the right one and by far this place had the biggest selection. Customer service was phenomenal and you can tell the employees have a passion for what they do. They even offered to resize my engagement ring for free even though I did not buy from them. Had a wonderful experience getting my earrings appraised here! I was gifted a pair from my MIL that were 30+ years old. They were able to appraise the earrings and shorten the posts for me in less than 30 mins! Beautiful store as well and very friendly staff
