This place is so strange. I will not go back. I left there feeling so strange. Came in and the guy in the front desk was friendly. He insisted on a payment and we don’t have a copay. I paid it figured it would balance. He gets up and takes us to the room. He is wearing a tshirt, shorts and beach sandals. The nurse practitioner comes in and asks what was wrong. My son had a fever and his face was swollen. I had him wear a mask as I thought that was the policy when sick at doctors offices. She checked his tummy and said he is fine. Just to hydrate. She never even removed the mask to look at his face. She was not wearing a mask or gloves. No one ever took his weight, temperature or blood pressure. I asked her if it could be influenza. Her response was I can test him if you want to. Do you want me to test him? I was in and out in 10 min including the paperwork completed at the front desk. Something is definitely off with this place. I felt so strange when I left. Like no guidance was given.

The staff at this place has no concept of how insurance works. I went in and started to register. The front desk staff informed it would be $100 charge because my insurance copay is that much for emergency. I informed them I was already at out of pocket Max for this year. The individual informs me he will need to check with the manager. After 5 minutes the manager informs him that I will have to pay the $100 copay because they are an emergency place and that is what my insurance requires. I told them to shred my forms and I left. Insurance does NOT work like this. Out of pocket Max means exactly that... I have reached the maximum out of pocket required by my insurance for the year and my insurance is contractually obligated to cover all my costs for the remaining time of the contract. Avoid this place.

Made an appointment for 9pm the day before. Showed up for my appointment and doors were locked with no one on site. Finally while I was calling someone showed up in there car that worked there. Was told on the phone the internet was out and thats why they left. Had me put them on speaker phone… told me internet was out. Went inside with staff and they were using the computer just fine to enter my info. Then was informed the info I got when I called was not true and that my results would not come back for a while, not next day. I will never be back. It was like an episode of Punk’d.

😬…This place is questionable. They insisted there was a copay even though my insurance card blatantly states that there isn’t. I have a chat with who I assume is the dr and the young man at the front desk. I try to insure that they can do something to actually help with my situation and I’m told repeatedly by the dr that he’s not sure if xyz will work, he can’t seem to think of possible solutions, he just seemed incredibly unsure about my treatment options and that was not a comforting feeling. If you have a choice, don’t choose this place, it doesn’t seem to be very professional.

This clinic is very hygienic and welcoming. There was accommodated water for costumers and welcoming service. The man at the front desk was very patient, nice, and friendly. It is also very effiecent.

If I could do a review without giving stars I would! People working there (lets call them doctors) so they do not get offended, need to re-question their working position and stop healing people using app (like 1st time they did when I was there) Thank you, and I will make sure I don't come ever again!!!

Quick and fast served. I was out in 20 mins with the perception highly recommended and open till 10pm late night. :)

Probably the best immediate care experience I’ve had! Called to check if they took my insurance & spoke with Sunny, whom was very pleasant & professional. I was seen immediately which doesn’t happen much at “immediate care centers”. I saw one of the physicians, Dr. Umar and was very detailed and showed concern with what I was going through. Sent my prescription to my pharmacy & was out in less than an hour. Definitely recommend!

Lisette, Tina, and Ginger are awesome. They were so friendly and welcoming and provided excellent care. They are truly an asset to the facility. Thank you for everything you all did.

HAS the NP there did a phenomenal job! I was light headed - got treated right away without filling the paperwork! Excellent team of professional! 100 Pc recommended-!

Dr Bhatti is absolutely amazing. I had an embedded earring in my ear and I was in pain, couldn't find any urgent care that thought that they could do it & didn't want to wait hours at the ER. I originally called and the staff didn't think he could remove it but he personally called me back and waited for me to come AFTER they were already closed. He took his time and was patient and was able to remove the embedded earring carefully and virtually painless. Thank you Dr Bhatti for your amazing and professional service. I feel so much better and I appreciate the time and care you took. Things like this matter to me so thank you once again.
