I can’t recommend this place enough! The location is the most ideal for downtown Chicago. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners (Reagan & his lovely mother) who were so knowledgeable on all of the procedures and new machines on the market. I did emsculpt for the first and I couldn’t believe the results from just one session! I had heard mixed reviews on whether it worked or not, but I was so pleased with my results. I could notice that my stomach was much flatter, toned and my core was stronger when working out. Reagan helped me with my second session, and he made me feel so comfortable and confident with my emsculpt journey! I put all my trust in this small local business and will definitely be back for more emsculpt. I’m excited to try the facials next time!

I absolutely love Optimal Wellness. I finally got to try Emsculpt Neo! The treatment was comfortable and relaxing, and I noticed a difference in my body after finishing my sessions! The team is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The med spa itself was also very clean and inviting.

I've been going to Regan and Jillian for abut two months now and continuously doing emsculpt neo. I have noticed a complete change in my workouts. Its been a long time since I've felt like I had a strong core and struggled with any type of core workout but since doing emsculpt neo, I finally feel like I've got a strong core.

The guy Regan that owns the business is very shady and gives off a very uncomfortable vibe. It was not a place I felt comfortable going to alone. I only accepted a session because his mother was the one conducting it. Regan would publicly make remarks about my appearance that were unwanted.

I've been going to Optimal Wellness for my emscuplt sessions for almost a year now. I feel they offer the best service and treatment plans in the area. Regan and his team are very accommodating and knowledgeable when it comes to achieving your goals. I am very happy with my results and will continue to go there for maintenance. Regan and Jillian are amazing people! I can’t say enough good things about them. At Optimal Wellness you will immediately feel welcome. To add to that they have a very informative and impressive amount of health and wellness knowledge and experience. They do their very best to help you achieve the results you are looking for. I have disc problems which has made my back and core workouts a lot more challenging and therefore I’ve lost a lot of strength and definition in both areas. A combination of EmSculpt Neo on my abdomen and buttocks relieved a lot of my pain and had me feeling much stronger after just 1 treatment. I have done multiple treatments and am recently returning for my second round. If you are having trouble with unwanted fat, strengthening up your midsection or both I highly suggest you try this. If you are already strong and you want to feel and look even stronger with some more definition you won’t be disappointed.

I've only had some of the best experiences here at Optimal Wellness. I first went with a HydraFacial that really had me glowing for days. I also did an EmSculpt Neo package with multiple thirty minute sessions. The first time trying the machine I was nervous, but shortly after starting I got used to the feeling. After my experiences here I can truly say that my performance has improved while working out. I feel that I look great and my core is a lot stronger than before. EmSculpt Neo has made it a lot easier while doing certain exercises as well. The team is super easy to work with and left me feeling positive about my time here.
