Just started my third lease here at The Hudson. The property is beautiful but the friendly and helpful staff is what keeps me here. Kenny, Chakib, and Lionel are true professionals and always make me feel welcome. Cassandra and George in the leasing office are very responsive and helpful with anything I need. The amenities are top notch and of course the location and sunset views are great! ❤️🌇

This building has the best views of Chicago...I moved in earlier this year and absolutely love it here! All of the shared amenity spaces are beautiful and well maintained. The maintenance team answers/fixes all requests within 24/48 hours and all of the staff are extremely nice. The leasing office and property manager were also so helpful during move in! I've lived in 4 different high rises over the last 7 years and this is by far my favorite!

The facility and staff here are phenomenal. I groom dogs and have a couple clients in the building, so I have been here a many number of times. The amenities for dog owners are wonderful: a groom room with equipment that is better than some salons I've worked in and a cute dog park overlooking Chicago Ave. The staff is flawless and I enjoy interacting with all of them, always very kind and helpful whenever I need it, and that's meant a lot over the years!

I've lived at the Hudson for over 3 years! I love this place! Whenever I have an issue (Which is rare) the maintenance individuals are super quick to come fix anything I need fixed especially Amir and Ancho! They are both incredibly efficient, nice and helpful! They've made my experience living at the Hudson really great! The building is very clean and well kept up.

I recently received a modular couch delivery at The Hudson. Lionel, the front door man, and a member of the maintenance team made the process effortless. They delivered the 7-box couch to my door and later took away all the empty boxes for recycling. Being alone during the deliver, their help was invaluable. I'm grateful for their exceptional service and helpfulness.

Amir, Ancho, and Cortez on maintenance team run a tight ship and keep this building running at full speed! We've enjoyed living here for years. Lionel, Chakib, Cassandra, and the rest of the front desk team make this place feel like home.

I have been a resident at The Hudson, and I absolutely love it! When I first moved in, a gentlemen who has been living here for multiple year said to me in the elevator: "Welcome to the best building in Chicago. It is like you are living at a ultra-luxury, 5-star hotel each day of your life - you cannot beat it." He was not wrong! The units are all wonderful, the amenities are clean and top-notch (especially the pool and outdoor hot tub), the front desk is super friendly and helpful, and the residents are all welcoming and respectful. I would recommend this building to anyone in Chicago! Living in the building the last year, I think another truly unique thing about the building is the Maintenance Staff! Amir and his team are amazing! You submit a request, and it is shockingly fast how quickly they show up to your unit and fix whatever needs to be done. Any job is not too big or too small for them to help with and resolve in minutes. I truly appreciate all their help and support! The Hudson is the best!

We’ve lived here for a couple of years and have really enjoyed our experience. Front desk staff are friendly, and go above and beyond helping bring large packages up or calling for any time sensitive deliveries. Leasing staff have been extremely responsive with any questions or concerns, and accommodating with requests. Everything is run very well. All maintenance requests have been addressed promptly and the building is kept up very well. This is a lovely place to live. Edit: We’ve since moved out of the area (would have renewed the lease here if we were staying in Chicago). The move out process was transparent and smooth. They repainted our walls due to lack of time on our end, and it was a very reasonable fee. No surprises at move out as some other reviewers noted. The pool has been a great amenity - no crowds and very nice. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Overall incredibly happy with our living experience at The Hudson and highly recommend!

I've been living at The Hudson for 6 months now, and I have to echo what a fellow resident told me when I moved in - it truly is like living in a luxury top tier residence. From the stunning units and high-quality amenities (the gym, pool, outdoor hot tub and dog park are top-notch) to the friendly front desk staff, this building offers so much more than just a place to live, it's a lifestyle. I've lived in about 5 different buildings in River North the last 13 years and the Hudson has been my favorite by far. Lionel, the door man is such an awesome guy. The amenities are top notch. The people are so nice. Every little detail is great. So great that I'll be renewing for another term and came on here to give a good review. The place is awesome. I would recommend to anyone. Life at The Hudson is the absolute best! I've lived at many other apartment buildings in Chicago and none compare to this gem. The front desk staff (Shout out Lionel, Chakib & Sumayya!) always greet you with a smile and are always eager to help in any way possible. I truly enjoy coming home to this amazing place everyday. Also, the views are STUNNING along with the top-notch amenities The Hudson has to offer. The Hudson maintenance staff is also best in class. They respond to requests quickly and always fix/solve issues in a timely matter (no matter how big the issue is!). I can't recommend this place enough!

I've lived in the Hudson for a year and a half now and have had the best experience. Lionel at the front desk is extremely helpful and such accommodating. Maintenance is always prompt. The building itself is great and the amenities are top notch. I appreciate all the care the entire staff provides residents.

I guess this is a smoking friendly building. In this building, you won't get caught smoking or using marijuana; instead, you'll receive a reminder. (Thank you, management team for handling this).Thanks to my neighbor who taught me patience and breathing fresh air through the window screens. Even at eleven in the night, we can smell the comforting scent of smoke/marijuana, so we don't feel lonely. It also adds excitement to our wilderness survival challenge; opening windows for ventilation in the snow exercises our physical endurance! Thank you!
