Terrible experience. The front desk ladies unprofessional and not willing to fix their own mistakes. Heard them exchanging sarcastic comment about patients calling over the phone, while waiting in waiting area.... Doctor herself spend 5 min with my son, seemed nice but in a hurry. Would not recommend

First time visit was excellent. Receptionist was personable. Patient care was, efficient, informative and thorough. Great communication from staff and Dr. My visit was twofold and was resolved. I found my new ENT Doctor.

My visit at Chicago ENT from beginning to end was a great experience. The receptionist was courteous and efficient, there was essentially no wait to to see the doctor. Dr Levy is pleasant, knowledgeable and takes the time needed for my care. I highly recommend their practice for excellent care.

Dr. Kenneally listens well and works to help me achieve my sleep goals. Her suggestions are helpful and often ones I would not have thought of. She is also kind and encouraging.

Staff was friendly and Dr Kenneally explained everything well. Only disappointment was the home sleep apnea study did not work properly. I had to return it, no readings. Had to wait a week for appointment for a different machine.

Chicago Ent is the absolute best. Dr. Friedman changed my life with a balloon plasty and diagnosed severe sleep apnea. I'm back to get the Inspire Implant for Sleep Apnea to become free of the apnea machine. Also to get testing for extreme rhinitisis/sinusitis. I trust Chicago Ent with my health and my life.

Dr. Kathryn Colman did the tubes insertion for my toddler. She's been following up with him after some concerns and he does really great with her. She's gentle and patient.
