My partner and I walked into this Le Creuset store with some items to be returned, as soon as the associates saw us the look on their face told me I wouldn't be exchanging these items today. The associate got her manager, Muriel to help us once we told her that we would like to exchange some items. The manager addressed us by stating that we have to contact customer service to initiate an exchange and that they don't even sell the items we were wanting to exchange (after not even looking at any of our items which were completely sealed inside cardboard boxes). She didn't give my partner even a moment to explain that we did contact customer service and we did have a ticket number and that they instructed us to go to the outlet store to exchange. She just kept repeating that they didn't sell the items (without looking at them), that we need an invoice and need to contact customer service. After this experience neither of us are returning to this store, that is for certain.

Horrible experience with sale associate Muriel (US128010). She was condescending and arrogant. Came in to exchange a defective product for another color but ended up returning it because of her behavior. i felt disrespected and discriminated by her. She is doing a big disservice for the store and the brand. I will not recommend this store. I will shop on-line or other retailers like Bed Bath and Beyond. Or i will just buy an alternative brand like Staub.

Pity on these companies with excellent products but terrible employees. I was excited to purchase a set of Le Crusets last week but after how rude and unprofessional Muriel was, I decided to look into other products instead. Le crusets are not cheap, which is why I was taking my time making sure that my investment in this product will be worth my while. Muriel did not appreciate that. I felt hurried, and was questioned if I actually had the intention of buying instead of just browsing through. I didnt think asking for available colors was that of a big deal, or if they offer set discount. I spent about 15-20 mins in that store and it was a big waste of my time.

I popped in to Le Creuset just to browse and met the most helpful associate: John. He walked me through some of the excellent sales (but there was no pressure!) and I ended up getting a few things I actually needed at an incredible price. We chatted about cooking and he seemed to really know his stuff so I asked about knives. It had nothing to do with Le Creuset products and I already made my purchase but John walked me through the basics of the best knives and wrote some notes down for me as well as a specialty knife store in the mall. I love Le creuset products and the service I receive. This is another example of an employee going the extra mile and one of the reasons I’m loyal to the brand. Thanks again, John!

I started my Le Creuset collection this year and I have purchased everything from this store. I had to take a moment to let you know that I can't say enough about the staff there. Not only are they super friendly and welcoming but they really know the product. Everyone there can answer any question I have, from examples of how to best use each piece I purchase to really great cooking tips. In fact I just had a fantastic conversation today with Muriel about my grill pan. Because they are all so great I make sure to stop in at least once a week. Thank you to Muriel, Carmella, Alise,John, Briana and Deb for helping grow my collection!! I won't shop for Le Creuset anywhere else!! EDIT: It has been over 2 years since I left this review and I just want to say - my collection has grown and I still have the best experience at this Le Creuset outlet. Everyone is always friendly and informative! It makes my day when my husband and I stop in!! Thank you!

I collect Le Creuset and have been buying for years. I make a point out of not purchasing cast iron from an outlet store, but I do visit this outlet once every year to see what they have. I have bought accessories on occasion from this store. The only thing that sticks out in my mind is that the staff is on top of you the second you walk in the door and try to talk at you the entire time. Seriously, leave people alone and let them approach you if they have a question. It is very annoying to have a sales associate trying to constantly engage in a conversation the entire time. Plus, they seem to act like every customer knows nothing about the Le Creuset brand. Positives are that the store is clean and just steps away from the parking garage. I get that the staff members want to be helpful, but please take a hint and mind your own business. I don't need them to follow me around and hold my hand when all I really want to do is take a quick glance at what's on the shelves. Most of the time I don't end up buying anything from here because I already own what they are carrying.

This place was great, I got some high quality pieces at great prices. The sales associates were so helpful and friendly! They clearly love and use the products - just tell them what you usually cook or what you are trying to replace, and they'll recommend the perfect items. Le Creuset cookware is actually more versatile than I expected, so you may not need as many pieces as you think. Just FYI if you are looking for a specific color you may want to call first.

Customer service was good prices were reasonable. The store was clean and sanitized.
