Recently had a somewhat time sensitive order. Got word that the order was done well ahead of schedule. When I picked it up, there was a hiccup and it wasn’t quite to spec. The service and response to making it right were above and beyond. I was genuinely surprised by how far the team went - on a fairly small order! I’m always happy to support local, but this team blew me away.

Logo Factory has amazing customer service! I had a last minute request that they immediately took in and fulfilled. My daughters jersey arrived without a number on it (jersey ordered through another company not Logo Factory) and I was panicking to get her number on it for her next day tourney. Yes I said NEXT DAY. Brock and his associate were so attentive and helpful. I can’t thank them enough for taking this order and getting it done! Super accommodating for my busy sports life! I’ll definitely be going here again.

Haven't picked up items but ordered small order then eventually placing larger order later. Newer girl there that helped me. Been few other places walk in door and they give me websites to find a shirt. She took time and looked up found one very similar they had on hand showed me 5 minutes later done. Couldn't have made any easier and if she hadn't told me she was new never would have known professional friendly get it done person even for small order but that is what will get you any my business from now on.

I called and requested to have a custom T-shirt made last minute and Dennis told me he’d make sure I’d get it within just a few hours, even though they were swamped! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for designs made! Great quality print and I can tell it will last for a long time! 10/10!

I called inquiring about getting some T-shirt designs for my band and Haley was very helpful with bringing my ideas for the shirts to life! Haley was patient and took the time to listen to all of my ideas for the design. I couldn't be happier with how they turned out!

All my hats that were custom ordered and brought to them were destroyed. Nothing like our logo. Shirts aren’t much better. Never again. Placed order 7 weeks ago. Brought up my issue to the owner and was told they would take care of me on the next order. What next order??? Nope nope nope. The only person that had their head on straight and was professional, no longer works there. So much for the looking professional at the trade show...

Don’t use!!! Came with shirts that were already made up and wanted to add to it. THE OWNER GUARANTEED IT would be done right. Unfortunately when picked up colors from previous job have ran on to 3 out of the 12 shirts.Owners response “ I knew I should have not done this work” “ what do you want me to do”!! They used a sharpie to fill in the white bleed over. WITH SO MUCH YEARS IN BUSINESS YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD FIX IT PROPERLY
