My
roommates
and
I
have
lived
with
ICM
in
their
Pine
Grove
Building
for
two
years.
It
was
not
well
spent.
Here
are
our
stories.
When
we
moved
in,
our
apartment
was
not
clean.
There
was
hair
in
the
sinks,
the
blinds
were
all
broken
and
covered
in
thick
dirt,
the
floors
were
stained
and
scratched,
lightbulbs
broken
in
their
sockets,
ants
coming
in
everywhere.
Maintenance
was
called
out
due
to
a
supposed
gas
leak
in
one
of
the
units.
They
tore
out
our
oven,
microwave,
and
cabinets
to
access
the
wall
behind
it.
Thankfully
there
was
no
leak,
but
they
decided
to
leave
our
kitchen
gutted
like
that
for
about
a
week.
My
roommate’s
bathroom
was
leaking
water
through
the
light.
When
she
contacted
maintenance,
they
said
“just
don’t
turn
it
on.”
Finally
they
came
and
cut
a
hole
in
her
ceiling
to
take
a
look,
and
left
it.
Chunks
of
wall
and
plaster
and
whatever
else
would
fall
out,
covering
her
sink
and
floor.
The
bathroom
my
roommate
and
I
shared
had
water
damage
on
the
ceiling.
It
started
leaking.
We
called
maintenance,
and
they
simply
painted
over
it.
It
continued
to
leak,
so
finally
they
sent
someone
to
patch
it.
Water
damage
is
forming
again.
The
radiator
in
my
room
is
absolutely
terrible.
Despite
me
keeping
it
off,
or
only
slightly
open,
once
the
heat
kicks
on
it
clangs
so
loud
that
you
can
hear
it
from
the
downstairs
lobby.
It
goes
off
like
this
every
few
hours.
Water
was
pouring
from
one
of
the
lights
in
our
kitchen.
We
called
emergency
maintenance
and
they
said
they
would
send
someone
out
in
a
few
days.
Packages
were
being
stolen
or
ripped
into
and
left
in
the
lobby.
The
opposing
unit
even
had
the
glass
of
their
door
smashed
in.
When
we
emailed
management,
they
sent
out
an
email
basically
saying
“don’t
do
that
😡”.
When
I
inquired
further
(the
problem
continued,
shocker),
they
said
they
would
evict
whoever
was
doing
it,
but
they
had
no
way
of
following
through,
because
the
security
cameras
in
the
lobby
don’t
even
work.
Mail
continues
to
be
stolen.
They
do
not
send
notice
within
24hrs
of
construction
being
done,
as
we
have
woken
up
multiple
times
to
drilling
and
hammering,
and
then
we
receive
an
email.
It
is
very
hard
to
work
from
home.
They
then
decided
to
raise
rent.
I
get
it,
the
market
moves
like
this.
But
do
not
waste
your
money
with
them.
I
understand
if
your
maintenance
team
is
short
staffed.
I
know
they
have
a
lot
of
units
to
go
to.
But
maybe
instead
of
painting
over
a
problem,
we
fix
it
so
that
it
doesn’t
get
worse.
Then
maybe
you’ll
receive
less
requests.
I
cannot
stress
enough
how
much
better
off
you’ll
be
with
any
other
management
company.
