There was no entrance fee when I visited. The staff there were really friendly. There is a dark little passageway leading to the baptism room which gives you a little Indiana Jones vibe whilst walking through it. Definitely worth a visit.

Worth visiting if only for the Baptiserium, which is absolutely breathtaking. You can see it has been recently restored, although the quality might have been a bit better, especially since this is an underground museum(they seemed to have some water leaking). Other than that, the experience has been great, I especially enjoyed having the entire place to myself and exploring it on my own.
