😠 Terrible experience, it is true they have almost everything but quality is worse than BAD, tools brake in one use, when you go to complain they say it's due to bad use and that's it, no replacement no refund, chines quality is better than what they sell it's a shame that they have monopoly over hard...

👍👍 It is a very good hotel from almost every point of view except the air conditioning in the rooms. It doesn't really work. I will definitely be back and I will update the review according to the status of A.C.
