I don't want to downgrade anyone and if you're happy I'll give you 1000 stars of positive publicity (I haven't stayed with you but I asked for a quote on the phone and I spoke directly about prices with the manager)... I don't know many things, I may be ignorant, I'm nothing and nobody but I'm free to express my thoughts and opinions on the places I've known. Whoever answered me so angry perhaps doesn't know that maps is not just advertising but a useful service. Then... can't you win Ferraris with points? That's why, now I understand everything in life... and in any case, thanks for updating me on how you would like to use Google Maps.

Abbiamo soggiornato alla villetta Mezzogiorno l'ultima settimana di luglio. Abbiamo trovato una casa accogliente, pulita, ordinata e moderna. Matteo si è confermato super disponibile come già aveva dimostrato via telefono. La gente del posto è veramente molto cordiale. Sicuramente un luogo dove ti senti a casa. Grazie

We traveled as a group of 8, 5 adults, 3 children. There was enough space for everyone. Also it was very comfortable to have 2 bathrooms. The locations are all in the heart of the town, everything can be easily reached on foot. We are happy to recommend La Rosa dei Venti to all future holidaymakers. We will be back.. Beautiful holiday in Libeccio apartment, comfortable for 4 people, the convenience of a home with the advantage of being in the center and at the same time very close to the sea. Nice terrace and...no mosquitoes 😃 we had a good time. Thanks to Matteo and Monica, cheerful and very kind hosts.

A small but nice holiday apartment in a residential building in the pedestrian zone of Cattolica. It was totally suitable for us. Right in the middle and yet a little away from the hustle and bustle. The large balcony with sun in the morning was just right. We were quickly at Malù 93 beach and it was also a great environment for our children. Matteo and Monica are great hosts. We would like to thank the Simoncelli family for this uncomplicated, relaxed reception and booking and for allowing us to be their guests.

You can go on holiday in a relaxed manner because you know that things will be taken care of properly. The apartments are very clean and well furnished. Everything you need is there. Villetta Meravigliosa! Sicuramente ci lascerà un bel ricordo… la ”villetta mezzogiorno” disposta su due piani e completo di comodo parcheggio assegnato. Comodissima alla spiaggia ed immersa nel cuore di cattolica! Cucina ben accessoriata (non sempre è scontato!), lavatrice, stendino, ferro da stiro e cassaforte. Ringraziamo il proprietario Matteo che è stato molto disponibile.

La Rosa dei Venti, very nice and helpful landlord. Lovingly furnished holiday home. Everything you needed for a relaxing holiday was there. The location was great. The beautiful beach just a few meters away and right on the promenade :-) We really liked it and enjoyed it very much. A great holiday with children, we will definitely come back :-)

Matteo is the nicest guy ever and your welcome to your holiday house starts right after you leave the highway because he will come and pick you up to show you how to get to your destination so you don't have to worry about one way streets and such. He will help you park inside (the entrance is a little narrow but I have a very long car and with his help I had no problems). He will come inside the apartment with you and show how all works, try everything with you to make sure you got all you need to be comfortable. You will be right in the middle of the town where all night life is and super close to the beach that you can easily use just slippers for the whole stay, but it's not too noisy at night if you like to sleep early (we have a 2yrs old and we had no problems at all to make him sleep early). He provided for the small back for our child at no extra cost and has been flexible with departure hours since the room was free the day we left. The rooms was sanitised very nicely considering the COVID situation and the room is modern and clean. I am definitely going back and you should definitely try it too!

Contact was made via email. Then it's very easy to do via WhatsApp. The host is very nice and speaks German quite well. He is very friendly and explains everything to you at the beginning and also shows important places on the city map. He is always available. The apartment is in the center and just a few meters from the beach and town center. Everything is within walking distance. Completely sufficient and very tidy for two people. We had a very nice stay in Cattolica.

We booked the accommodation with 6 adults + 6 children aged 4-17. The house was big enough for each of us to find our own space. Parking wasn't a problem even with the 3 cars. Two were able to park directly at the holiday home and the other was located in a private parking space within walking distance. The location of the accommodation was simply great. We were able to reach everything easily on foot (beach/city center). There was no need to use the car to do a little shopping because there was a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. All in all, I can really recommend the accommodation. From A to Z everything was great. Catollica is really a very beautiful place where you never get bored (you can stroll around, have a delicious cocktail in the evening, there is a lot to see, bike tours to the surrounding towns...) and you can spend the day on the beach You can relax and unwind (Matteo booked us loungers at Stella Marina in advance) Matteo & Monika are the landlords of the accommodation. I have to say that we have never had such great contact with the landlords before. Since the day we contacted us, Matteo has always provided us with extensive information and answered our countless questions, which he has always answered very promptly. If I could have given more stars then I definitely would have. You can tell that the Simoncelli family really works with passion and really cares about the well-being of their guests. Since we liked it so much, we will definitely book this accommodation again 😊👍

The house is in a prime location and is very clean and comfortable. The landlord is extremely helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable and we didn't have to pay anything extra for our two dogs. It is highly recommended if you want to vacation with dogs.

We were in Cattolica for the first time this year and what can I say: A small but nice holiday apartment (apartment/apartment Levante) Everything is well equipped, very clean and super centrally located. Simply perfect for us as a family with a child (4 years old). The car could remain stationary the entire time. The landlord Matteo really tries hard and speaks very good German. The initial contact was made via email and then very easily via WhatsApp. We were contacted again the day before arrival to simplify our journey with precise details. We received a very friendly welcome at the exit from Cattolica and Matteo drove with us to the holiday apartment. Great service and never experienced it in this form before. We were in Cattolica for a week. We felt very comfortable in the holiday home. The house is very well maintained and well equipped. We liked its central location and the short walk to the beach. The host Matteo is very friendly and committed. We'd love to come back!

I stayed in the Libeccio two-room apartment with my grandchildren and the dog, I had a great time, a stone's throw from the sea and on the central street of Cattolica. Very well kept apartment, equipped with everything you need for a holiday, and despite being in the central street, very quiet. Matteo and Monica were very kind and extremely available for every need. I hope to return next year.

We had a very good time and stayed in the MEZZOGIORNO villa. Spacious, bright, clean, comfortable house and equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The house is located a few meters from the sea. Matteo and his wife Monica were very helpful, friendly and welcomed us very well!!
