All very beautiful and relaxing. I gave this route as a gift for a friend's 30th birthday. We were welcomed with great kindness and courtesy. We were provided with bathrobes, slippers and disposable briefs (the briefs because I added the massage to the basic program) and towels. The journey lasted about two and a quarter hours and we had the spa practically to ourselves. Turkish bath, sauna, emotional showers and hydromassage and chromotherapy. We moved onto the sunbeds and they brought us herbal tea with dried fruit. In another room they made us lie down on the beds with relaxing music, and they began the massage. A panacea. I highly recommend it. I give 4 stars only because I would have preferred cleaner hydromassage water.

Un paradiso a portata di mano! Ho ricevuto questo massaggio come regalo di compleanno ed è stata una vera scoperta! Appena entrata nella spa ho percepito subito un’aria di relax e tranquillità e soprattutto pulizia. Mi hanno fatta accomodare nella saletta per massaggi, candele profumate e una melodia molto leggera. Il massaggio è durato circa 40-50 min di puro relax, mi sono sentita rinvigorita e molto rilassata ed è stata un esperienza unica! Ci ritornerò sicuramente per provare gli altri trattamenti. Complimenti per il posto magico e soprattutto per la professionalità. Lo consiglio vivamente

Luogo davvero molto elegante, accogliente e con l'atmosfera giusta per potersi rilassare. I trattamenti sono fantastici ed i prodotti che utilizzano, oltre ad avere un ottimo odore che resta per tutto il giorno, rendono la pelle morbida e liscia al tatto anche nei giorni successivi. Consiglio, soprattutto il percorso spa.

Ci siamo stati per un trattamento di coppia io e la mia ragazza , appena entrati ci hanno accolto con il sorriso e molta “calma” , in quel posto risuonava un aria di serenitá e relax incredibile sembrava di non essere più nel centro storico di Santa Maria Capua Vetere. Abbiamo iniziato il percorso durato circa 2 ore e 20 , la grande pulizia , organizzazione e professionalità sono stati i loro punti forti che hanno reso l’esperienza magnifica. Poi abbiamo concluso con un massaggio e quello ci ha davvero rimessi al mondo o meglio dire fuori dal mondo da quanto è stato rilassante . Insomma e stata un bellissima esperienza ed è stupendo sapere di avere un struttura così nel proprio paese , mancava proprio. Complimenti a Celeste ed Elisa per la loro professionalità e cordialità e complimenti a Giusy che con il suo massaggio ci ha fatto finire fuori dal mondo ! Grazie mille !

We stayed (me+wife+12 year old daughter) in this SPA on 30 December 2023. Hospitality that makes you immediately feel "at home" with education, courtesy and availability. The structure is located inside an old Ducal Palace, modernized inside without distorting its history. Order, cleanliness and modern equipment, extreme care and professionalism regarding treatments/massages, are all elements that lead to a safe return to this splendid structure, a real added value for the two girls who have always shown courtesy, competence and availability. Prices are more than adequate, the only flaw is the staircase without the possibility of a stairlift or lift, which precludes this wonder from a large segment of users. It's a shame we can only give 5 stars, they deserve more!

I was at this property for the first time taking advantage of the Christmas promotion and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is extremely courteous and professional and introduces the customer to a relaxing and peaceful environment. The customer is provided with a spa bag (kit with towel, bathrobes and flip-flops), instructed on how to use the services available (sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage, emotional showers and scrubs) and remains immersed in an intimate environment with a sublime scent. In the relaxation room you can enjoy dried fruit, ginger and lemon flavored water and green tea herbal tea. You can store your personal effects in special lockers with a personal key and use the bathrooms equipped with shower, hairdryer and ghd straightener. I also had a total body massage and it was super relaxing. The environment and services are welcoming and spotlessly clean. Super recommended, I will definitely return, especially because it is not a given to find this kind of service in a provincial city.

I discovered this SPA on the occasion of my daughter's birthday party, she celebrated with her class friends in an original, fun and relaxing way. And for me too it was a magnificent discovery, which allowed me to spend a relaxing, peaceful morning in a place I will definitely return to. I highly recommend it

Small premise: UNEXPECTED events are around the corner, but when they are remedied with professionalism you earn even more points! My wife and I went to this SPA today for a couple's treatment + massage. BOOKING: easy on their website and assistance via WhatsApp always present and friendly. POSITION: central, in an ancient and elegant building. There is no internal parking available, but there is a convenient paid paid parking 50m away (we paid €4.50 for our entire stay). WELCOME: it felt like being in the hall of a 5 star, attention to detail and care of the guest. CHANGING ROOM: obsessive cleanliness, tidy environments, spacious lockers, large showers and the possibility of using hairdryers, straighteners, make-up removing products and much more. SPA PATH: very clean, spacious environments with the right atmosphere (lights and sounds). Snack corner with prosecco and herbal teas, very welcome! I recommend you watch the virtual tour on their website because it faithfully reflects reality! A small inconvenience occurred here. The temperature of the hydromassage, too cold, unfortunately did not allow us to stay in the water and relax. They informed us that it was not possible to intervene in real time on the fault and that to make up for it they would leave us a gift upon leaving (have the patience to read everything else :) MASSAGE: they made us sit in a room with a fantastic atmosphere, soft lights and relaxing music... and here began, not a couple's massage, but a real sensorial journey. We were speechless! After the shower we had a chat with the masseuses (and I believe also the owners) and we noticed all the passion they put into their work. "To make up for the inconvenience" they left us a voucher for a free SPA program :) We would have returned anyway for everything written above, but now we will do so even more willingly. Keep up the good work!

Surprised by this spa which is located in the town where I live and which I didn't know about. Fabulous place.. small and welcoming, clean and with attention to detail.. I was alone and they welcomed me very well since my arrival. When I was welcomed I immediately felt at ease, very helpful and courteous. It was all very satisfying, I took advantage of the basic spa program with sauna, steam bath, hydromassage, emotional showers and a stop in the relaxation room with dried and fresh fruit, herbal tea and flavored water. As well as having the opportunity to scrub with Himalayan salts and mud. Thank you for the wonderful experience, I will definitely return.

It was me and my partner for a break and we really had a "break"! As soon as we entered we were flooded with a fantastic scent and a relaxing light, in short a very comfortable environment. The private spa program was very satisfying, and afterwards the truly relaxing massage, the girls were excellent and very professional. I fully recommend The Urban spa ❤️

I went to Urban spa in Santa Maria Capua Vetere. Having arrived tired, I am leaving after spending over three hours, light and happy. I was pampered by Genny, a serious, reliable and courteous beautician who truly gave me a beautiful and unique sensorial experience. It is a beautiful place that I recommend to everyone for the atmosphere and high professionalism.

My partner and I were there to celebrate our anniversary, we were overwhelmed by a truly relaxing atmosphere, very kind and professional staff, everything was wonderful in every little detail, fabulous massage, everything was perfect, we are very happy and satisfied, we will be back as soon as possible
