I went to this jewelry store because it had a brand of jewelry that I was interested in. The girl who followed me at the beginning (in July she sent me photos of the ring, had it delivered, took the measurements) has always been nice and professional. It's a shame that today I came back to collect the ring, the lady present seemed to be selling costume jewelery (white gold and sapphire ring): I was told that they would explain the type of diamonds and sapphires (purity, colour, natural or not), zero of everything that is. To top it off he gave me a box sized for a necklace or bracelet, not the small ring box. Really bad, she almost seemed annoyed. I don't think I will return
