because
my
family
has
been
coming
there
for
years.
Thank
you
for
the
care
given
by
that
group
of
employees
who
have
since
retired.
They
were
replaced
by
the
epitome
of
rudeness
and
the
lack
of
understanding
that
they
didn't
perform
their
services
free.
Our
insurance
paid
you
and
we
paid
our
out
of
pocket
if
there
was
a
balance.
Therefore,
we
don't
owe
you
anything.,
but
you
do
owe
us
patient
respect.
I
am
a
chemotherapy
patient
who
needed
attention
because
of
bloodwork
results.
I
took
my
results
to
the
clinic
for
the
doctor
to
review.
I
was.never
allowed
to
speak
to
the
doctor,
but
the
rude
lady
in
the
discharge
office
made
sure
the
lab
results
didn't
go
to
the
doctor
until
the
afternoon.
That
was
my
third
trip
to
the
clinic
with
the
lab
results.
Next,
I
received
a
call
from
the
nurse
stating
that
she
had
made
an
appointment
with
the
endocrinologist
for
me.
The
issue:
The
appointment
is
in
six
weeks.
Really
??
IWhere
does
this
leave
me??
