    I had a generally positive experience at Best Buy, warranting a 4-star rating. The store offered a wide selection of products and helpful staff, but my only concern was with the Geek Squad service, which took longer than expected to address my needs. Despite this, the overall shopping experience was satisfactory and I would recommend it for its variety and customer service

    Worst customer service. We visited this best buy store for 50 mm Nikkor lens replacement. At the front desk, they got our name and they told that associate will be with us shortly but no one showed up after we waited for almost 25 mins at the camera lens section. We ended up returning the defective camera lens.

    Ordered new dish washer on August 14th , installed on Sep 2nd with broken rails after calling multiple times to get appointment. I am Best Buy customer for last many years but this time it’s Worst experience. I don’t recommend others.

    I love the curbside service! I ordered my new router online and it was available for pickup at my local location within a couple of minutes. All details of the order were communicated to me via text message. When I arrived I clicked the link that corresponded with my parking spot and the item was brought to me in the parking lot. Super convenient!

    So, I recently went into Best Buy (again) and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed (again). It seems like they rarely have the items you're looking for in stock. I mean, it's kinda frustrating to go in there with something specific in mind, only to leave empty-handed because they don't have it. And don't even get me started on trying to get assistance. It's like finding a needle in a haystack to actually get someone to help you. You end up walking around the store aimlessly, desperately looking for an employee who can answer your questions or guide you to the right product. It's a real struggle. Overall, my experience at Best Buy was disappointing, to say the least. It's such a letdown when a store that claims to be a go-to for electronics and technology doesn't have what you need and fails to provide helpful assistance. Just my two cents.

    Great customer service from beginning to end with our visit and Adin was so informative about the products we were looking to buy. He genuinely enjoyed showing us the benefits and wow factors of the electronics we were interested in. We are so excited to enjoy the new products we purchased! Thankyou!!

    I had an issue with an order never getting delivered and David Laird worked diligently to solve it. We ordered a new GE washer and dryer on Nov 12 with a selected delivery date of the 17th. Delivery day came, I received a text stating that the delivery would arrive from 3-7pm. Well, that time came and went. Never arrived. Called customer service 800 number and they were useless and lead me on and transferred me for 2hrs promising the world. The final statement from them was that they converted my order to pick up at the local store. Next morning I arrive just after opening only to find that my order wasn’t there and was still listed as truck load, meaning it was on a truck and no one could find it. David not only fixed everything but took great care of me for all the headaches I endured. I really appreciate him thinking outside the box and solving the issue, so we could wash clothes again! A+ top customer service! Thank you

    Typical Best Buy. As far as the electronics go, out of stock items, low selection of car audio, was not greeted by a single employee the whole time I was at this location.

    BEWARE! Before you buy a Best Buy service membership you should consider my experience. I bought a $179.99 membership as part of a promotion back in September. After the initial transaction, I was unable to access the membership benefits when ordering online. Over a period of 3 weeks, I spent hours on the phone with “customer service“ (most could barely speak English) but they were never able or willing to fix the problem. I ultimately got so frustrated that I ask them to simply refund my $179.99. Even though I bought the membership less than two months ago, they offered me $32.00 as a “prorated” refund. No thank you. Lesson learned.

    My son and I had the best customer service experience EVER! The manager at this store is phenomenal! He went over and above to help us with a new phone. He priced matches our item and went above and beyond our expectations. I would give more stars if I could! Thanks again for being awesome 😎
