We had a lovely time! Our guide Carson was the most knowledgeable and easy going guide we have had. The restaurants we went to were really nice. All the food and wine selected was excellent. Carson was really the key to enjoyable tour.

What an amazing experience! From the most amazing mozzarella made fresh from water buffalo milk to 3-year aged ham fed nothing but acorns, the tour was a journey of the senses. Domenico was our favorite tour guide of our 8 day Italy vacation. He was witty, knowledgeable, passionate about the food, and never in a rush. It was a relaxing and fun way to end our vacation. We even made some quick stops to shops that weren’t officially part of the tour to meet some very friendly locals and learn more about the food including a cheese and meat store to joke with the owner and experience the smells and a butcher shop where we smelled the mint they use for cooking meats, saw the unique cuts and meats locals use, and the shop owners gave candy to the 4-year-old in our group. I can’t say enough! Thanks, Domenico, for an unforgettable tour!

We had the most amazing experience on the Prati food tour. Our guide, Francesca, was so knowledgeable and friendly, and she speaks excellent English. The food we had was some of the best I’ve ever had in my life, and I’m a cook and a foodie. The number of stops and walking distance was perfect. I appreciate the attention to detail this company and our guide showed. Truly a one of a kind experience!

We absolutely loved the Prati Food Tour with our guide Giada! It was the highlight of our trip to Rome in April. Giada was incredibly helpful in providing us with information ahead of the tour by text message so we could find the starting location without issue. We started at La Nicchia Cafe and then walked to the other food locations as a small group. The quality of the food and wine served was above and beyond what we expected. We also met a few friends on the tour who we joined for drinks locally after we had finished! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for non-tourist food in a more traditional area of Rome!

We got this food tour as an gift for the wedding from a friend. This was the best gift ever. We had Chiara as the hostess and she was amazing. The tour for organized for four hours in four different location. The first place was for some appetizers with different cheeses and toppings. There were some special truffles and balsamic vinegar shared with the guest which is very exotic. The second place was the most amazing pizza place ever in Rome by Bonci Pizzarium. The pizza from here is directly from the heaven. The toppings are very creative and dough is very tasty and crunchy. For the main course we were taken to Il Segreto Roma, the wine and the carbonara was the perfect match made in heaven. The chef hosted us very well and explained the food culture / wine like a perfect expert. The final stop was for dessert at Lemongrass for some amazing gelato. The best finish to the amazing long food tour. You end the tour exactly at the metro so you can easily go back home in the metro. The best part of the whole tour was the hostess, she did an amazing job keep the guests very eager and enthusiastic for every bite of the amazing Italian cuisine. I will do this tour again for sure.

My husband and I had an amazing experience while on this tour. Tatiana was our tour guide and she was espectacular! Right away she memorized the names of everyone in our group, she asked questions to start a conversation, and was overall such a happy and welcoming person. She explained everything so well and went above and beyond to make everyone feel included and comfortable. Also, thanks Tatiana for giving us suggestions on how to get to our hotel fast and safely when the metro was closed. The food that we tasted was delicious, great quality and had amazing flavor. The people working at every stop were kind, we received great service. Best tour so far on our vacation, can’t recommend then enough.

We did the trastevere food and wine tour and we cannot reccomend it highly enough. Our guide was Leila and she was excellent and so passionate about it that you knew you were really getting the best of the best. I want to come back and do more tours with the roman food tour and try a cooking class the next time. Something not to miss when in Rome.

This cooking class was a wonderful experience for my first night in Florence. Sarah was fantastic and made the entire experience extremely easy to follow. We made two types of pasta and tiramisu. With free flowing Pressco and wine throughout the entire evening.

We had a blast! The appetizers were amazing, we tried different cheeses, spreads and learned a little history. The cooking class was lead by Carlo, it was so easy to follow and we had so much fun. We were all beginners, we didn’t feel overwhelmed by it. They were there every step of the way and answered all of our questions. The food was so good. We were very proud of our work and ate so much! Would definitely do this again!

Me and my friend thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Our guide was Luca , he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Roman cuisine, ingredients and food culture. He explained every detail behind making of Roman food and made sure our wine glasses were always full! It was so fun! Make sure you come with an empty stomach!

Highly recommend this tour. We had chosen to do this in the evening . Held in a really quaint and vibrant part of the city it was a very pretty tour the old buildings looking spectacular in the evening light. Visited 3 Restraunts and a Gelataria where our taste buds tingled at all the lovely food served to us. We ate authentic Italian cuisine of a very high standard in good portions accompanied by some lovely wines. A great opportunity to try a few new flavours that we would not normally have attempted and were very pleasantly surprised. Battered deep fried Sage leaves ,delicious pesto on bread, caprese salad with Burrato mozarello .Pasta anbd pizza. Our guide was lovely and explained a bit of foody info re origin and labelling of foods. How to pair some foods like Gorgonzola with grated dark chocolate and Pecorino with honey. Yum . Use of truffle grated over Pepe cheese pasta . Yum . All ended with a wonderful Gelato. Also a great social event engaging in some lively conversation with lovely people. Great value event.

We learned lots and the food was great! A great way to spend 4hrs leisurely in a new area! Thanks for Jane (truffle) and Bill from Canada.

My husband and I have taken two tours with The Roman Food Tour; the Trionfale and Trastevere Tours. Both were amazing! Our guides were so knowledgeable and passionate about the food, and also made it a lot of fun! From sampling meats and cheeses in Trionfale Market to pizza at Bonci to Pizza pockets at Il Trapizzino, all of the food we sampled was delicious and we went back to our hotel absolutely stuffed after both tours. I definitely consider a tour with The Roman Food Tour a "must-do" while in Rome!

We did "Prati by sunset" with Luisa as a guide and it was truly amazing! Worth every penny! Well chosen variety of food for tasting - covering both delicate pieces, like prosciutto aged in Barolo wine, balsamico from Reggio Emilia, truffle paste, but there was also some pasta and pizza to make it for a proper meal and not leave us hungry. There was also a lot of good accompanying wine. What's more, Luisa was a super nice and really entertaining guide!

Such a good tour, premium quality food and Celeste our tour guide was so welcoming and knowledgeable, left absolutely so full and so much wine and inspired to find food just as good! Would highly recommend. Did heaps of research of other food tours in Rome and I'm glad I went with this one really thought it was not overly rushed but still amazing quality and heaps of different places to try. 10/10

It was amazing. Probably best tour I’ve been on. Tatyana had the right energy, knowledge, and genuinely seemed to enjoy the explaining and experiencing the tour as much as us. The food and wine were delicious as well.

We did the Florence Food Tour with Clare & now looking back on our 12 day trip in Italy, I can honestly say that this evening tour with Clare was an absolute highlight of ours! What a treat this night was & excellent value for money. There are no short-cuts whatsoever, so much effort & thought was put into each & every stop to make it a memorable experience. Clare shared so much insight in such a fun way and pairing each meal (all equally delicious) with an excellent wine/drinks (the best we had tried in Italy!) that perfectly matched the food & always expanded with the interesting history/story of the food experience we were having. She was genuinely engaged with the whole group at all times & made the us all feel so comfortable from the get-go that by the end of the tour we ALL felt like we had been friends for ages! We have the fondest memories of this evening & highly recommend this tour when in Florence!

The best food tour with Lana today in Rome. Highly recommend this tour and Lana was a fantastic guide. Really enjoyed it and the best tour we have done so far this trip. The restaurants are high quality and delicious food with plenty to eat and drink. Wine to match the food. Ending with delicious gelato!

What an amazing and unique experience in Rome-The Roman Food Tour in Trastevere. Cannot recommend this tour enough! This was recommended by my best friend as a must do and she was 100% correct. We did this tour on our first full day in Rome and we have been bragging to other travelers that this is a MUST DO if they have room in their itinerary! Lana was our wonderful, friendly and informative guide. She filled our tour with history, amazing food and some humor a long the way. We hope to be back in the future very soon and will share this amazing experience with our friends and family back at home. 10/10 a MUST DO in Rome!

This was a wonderful food tour! Our guide Francesca was top notch! She was enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable and funny. The food we tried was divine! From pesto, aged balsamic, truffle cream, pizza, Prosecco, amazing red wines, gourmet meats and cheeses...and the best gnocchi I have ever had, this food tour has everything and it is all truly delicious. Don't miss this tour if you are in Rome, it is worth every penny and then some. Probably the best food tour I have been on!!

My parents and I signed up for the Trastevere food tour in Rome. Tatyana was our guide and she was amazing. Attentive, kind, humorous, and knowledgeable, Tatyana was everything you could ask for in a guide. A consummate professional. She led her gaggle of wayward American ducklings through a weekend mob with poise and grace. The food was wonderful and the company was great. If I could give Tatyana 6 stars I'd give her 8.

Wow, what an amazing experience! The food was fantastic, our tour guide, Monica was just incredible - so knowledgeable and a joy to be around - we could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Rome, you must try the food on this tour - I promise it is much better than the “touristy” spots you may run into without any knowledge of the city and its cuisine.

Such an amazing experience 10/10 reccomend! LU was our tour guide for the day through this pasta making course and she was fantastic!!! We started off with a small food tasting, which was delicious and then we walked over to the kitchen nearby where we’d create our own pasta dishes. Everyone was extremely patient and helpful. If you’re looking for the best pasta making tour this is it! Thank you LU!

This was absolutely the experience of a lifetime and made our trip to Rome one to remember. We can’t stop talking about it and the highlights at each tasting. The food was phenomenal and brought us to places we never would have known about otherwise, and our host, Emma, played a huge part in making the experience what it was. She was patient, funny, and genuinely made each person feel welcomed. The background information she provided and her true willingness to ensure that everyone had a perfect time highlighted the tour. Thank you, Emma, for welcoming us and providing an absolutely fantastic experience!

I did a number of food tours in Rome, and this one was by far the one with the BEST food. Every single stop had unbelievable flavor. It's hard to pick a spot to highlight, but I'll go with the second stop, which was a charcuterie board with wine - Our guide, Celese, masterfully guided us through the board - every item on there was described with so much history and context, and it was all so delicious!

Our tour guide was Carolina and the whole experience could not have been better! Every place we stopped at had a different style of delicious food. Types of places ranged from a casual pizzeria where we ate samples on the street to sit down restaurants. Carolina was very knowledgeable about Roman food and culture. We learned and ate a lot! Definitely recommend this for any trip.

We arrived early at the meeting point for the Prayi by sunset tour and even though the shop was essentially closed, they let us stay and wait inside where there was nice A/C and seating. As soon as our tour guide, Carolina, arrived, she greeted us warmly and started getting to know us. A great start! Our first tasting involved quite a few different foods, and Carolina explained them all and guided us as we enjoyed each one. We then moved on to other stops, walking around the Vatican area in the process. Carolina was so knowledgeable and friendly and we had a great time with her! The food choices we got were varied and all delicious. I highly recommend this tour!!

😠 Awful expirience at the bus stop. We’ve been waiting an hour for it to arrive. Haven’t seen the full bus yet, but even if it was a private luxury bus, it wouldnt be worth this long of a wait. And if the other reviews are anything to go off of, it sure isn’t.
