I
had
a
similar
experience
as
others
here.
FedEx
updated
my
tracking
information
to
say
that
they
attempted
a
delivery
yesterday
and
noted
that
my
package
was
available
for
pickup
at
the
Lithia
Springs
location.
First,
I
know
for
certain
a
delivery
was
not
attempted
so
that
was
inaccurate.
Second,
it
was
an
important
package
so
I
called
fedex
support
and
asked
them
to
confirm
if
my
package
was
truly
at
the
location.
Customer
support
confirmed
it
was,
so
I
decided
to
drive
30min
to
the
location.
Lo
and
behold,
I
arrive
at
FedEx
and
I
was
told
that
my
package
was
not
available.
The
representative
gave
no
attempt
at
a
satisfactory
reply,
instead
she
was
combative
and
said
“this
happens
all
the
time”
and
quickly
moved
to
the
next
person,
essentially
flicking
me
away.
I
called
customer
support
and
they
confirmed
that
my
package
was
“definitely
there”
and
I
should
be
able
to
get
it.
FedEx
put
me
in
an
odd
position
here
with
one
support
rep
saying
I
could
get
my
package
and
another
saying
I
couldn’t.
Unfortunately
I
wasted
my
time
driving
to
the
facility
and
FedEx
couldn’t
support
me.
Really
disappointing
to
see
that
this
happens
often
to
other
people.
Clearly
there
is
a
bug
in
the
tracking
system
and
the
employees
are
aware
of
it.
I
hope
the
leadership
team
at
this
facility
can
raise
this
issue
to
prevent
this
from
happening
to
other
customers.
