    Waited all day for a delivery only to have it rescheduled at the end of the day and I am right up the street. This has happened multiple times and I would gladly pay for another carrier to handle my deliveries if it were possible. This branch is the worst!!!

    This is by far the worst FedEx location I have ever dealt with. The manager could care less about complaints or doing anything to make them right. The driver from this location that handles Villa Rica is BEYOND lazy. It takes me anywhere from 3-7 days to get a package past the delivery date. He continues to scan packages “attempted” when a delivery was never attempted and my video surveillance shows such. I have to close my business and drive all the way out to the center just to get my packages because he has a hard time making deliveries in a timely manner. This has been an issue way before the back up from the pandemic. He constantly leaves packages out in the elements instead of walking a few feet and place them on a covered porch. And forget calling or making a complaint at the center because nothing gets done about it.

    I had a similar experience as others here. FedEx updated my tracking information to say that they attempted a delivery yesterday and noted that my package was available for pickup at the Lithia Springs location. First, I know for certain a delivery was not attempted so that was inaccurate. Second, it was an important package so I called fedex support and asked them to confirm if my package was truly at the location. Customer support confirmed it was, so I decided to drive 30min to the location. Lo and behold, I arrive at FedEx and I was told that my package was not available. The representative gave no attempt at a satisfactory reply, instead she was combative and said “this happens all the time” and quickly moved to the next person, essentially flicking me away. I called customer support and they confirmed that my package was “definitely there” and I should be able to get it. FedEx put me in an odd position here with one support rep saying I could get my package and another saying I couldn’t. Unfortunately I wasted my time driving to the facility and FedEx couldn’t support me. Really disappointing to see that this happens often to other people. Clearly there is a bug in the tracking system and the employees are aware of it. I hope the leadership team at this facility can raise this issue to prevent this from happening to other customers.

    What is happening to the quality of Fedex? When I order a product I get confirmation of when my package is picked up from the seller and when it will be delivered. This is the 4th time I've received a delivery date (different packages) I can see in the history that my packages are loaded on the truck for delivery. Yet they don't deliver. Instead they ride around with my product on the truck for days and days. If you aren't going to deliver my package on the date you say, don't send me an email telling me it will be delivered. I change my plans to be home for my deliveries only for them not to be delivered. You just can't get good service anymore! The first email said delivery would be Aug. 1st now, with my package on the delivery truck, it will be Aug. 4th.

    Went into FedEx on Bob Arnold no greeting just a blue hair lady came out like a biting dog “SYSTEM DOWN, WE CANT HELP YOU.” She yelled at the top of her lungs. Then I asked her to borrow piece of tape. “HOW DO YOU BORROW PIECE OF TAPE?” She yelled at the top of her lungs like she was angry at the world. If she is so angry and filled with self hate or hates her job there is a word called QUIT! She has no customer service skills what so ever and yelled while other customers was inside She never even tried the compute, or to accommodate. Came to the airport location they tried and it went through. Centers customer service was like night and day.

    So, FedEx literally handed me my package empty. They apologized and said the contents were stolen during transit but they still had to deliver it. I had to order again and subsequently requested to pick it up from this location and after waiting for almost an hour, was told I couldn't pick it up because there wasnt anyone to go look for it. Kenneth appeared to be the manager but was contradicting himself the entire time we spoke. While waiting, I watched the front staff tell people they couldn't take packages because they were too large and to just request a pickup. Once the other customer left, they said they just didn't want to pick up that big package. Horrible customer service and they truly do not care about their jobs or being helpful.

    They did not deliver my package as scheduled and stated "no one was home". I was home all morning with the blinds open and no one knocked or came up to my door or rang a doorbell. No one ever came. They didn't leave a note saying I missed my package. Just changed my status from out for delivery to delayed because no one was home. Called to get assistance and 2 different agents were just as baffled as me. I had to change my work schedule and entire plans for the day just to ensure this didn't happen and it happened anyway. So annoyed with their unprofessionalism.

    I was supposed to receive my package on Friday 06/19. I ordered my product from a place called man crate a month in advance to make sure the package arrived ontime for fathers day. Not only did they not deliver the package on that Friday, they didn't deliver the package to my residence the next day either, but marked it as delivered. When I tried to get there mistake fix and see what was going on with my package they had closed already. I was told that the situation would not get resolved until 24 hours from now (Monday). So this means my gift which I tried to prevent from being late will not be coming on fathers day or at all for that matter. Needless to say I think FedEx is trash and they need to be put out of their missary. This is only one bad exsperience out of several.

    Horrible incompetent driver and telephone service. Package was not delivered by 10:30 am. I called 5x. They said package was on the truck ..I asked to pick up the box at the center the following day since it didnt arrive as promised.My box was taken to another address and needs to be found. Sharonita at the center refuse to give me a phone number or her last name. Mr Nichols 5he mgr has not bothered to respond

    One of the worst locations. NEVER deliver your packages in time and will lie to you about where your package is at. Even though you can see it’s been scanned and supposed to be out for delivery. My package was out for delivery Week ago and I still have not received it. NEW MANAGEMENT IMMEDIATELY

    Terrible customer service, Ordered a phone and they said it. Says it has to be picked up tomorrow. They ship it back the Next day?? The lady the front needs to be replaced. Was not professional at all and not cooperative. If your stuff gets sent here. Might as well order again

    My concern is the carelessness of the clerk who was helping me. After creating my label, he offered to put it on the overnight envelope. He set it to the side and called the next customer to the counter. I asked him to close it because I didn't want the contents, which was a letter sized envelope, to fall out and get separated. He folded the top down, but did not seal it. Then put it back to the side as I was walking away. I had to INSIST that he seal it while I watched. Part of me began to question his motives. Why not just seal it the first time I asked, instead of making me believe he did. Now I'm paranoid. There were very important PERSONAL documents in there.

    This place needs to be investigated. It seems very shady in there. They place your packages on hold for weeks, lose them, or will claim fraud on it to “investigate it”. I literally had to ship the exact items through usps because they claimed my package was fraudulent. I even made several calls to FedEx to make a case bc my package was just sitting there and they never mentioned fraud but told me my package could be picked up at the facility. Its interesting how my FedEx package made it all the way from ny with no problem but gets to this FedEx I lithia and suddenly it’s marked fraud. Girl bye. They couldn’t provide any further details on why or even help me, only that they couldn’t release it to me. Then they told me to call the police for help. They were very ghetto, rude, and making jokes about it like I was some criminal instead of making calls to resolve it. The black man with dreads was too busy switching around to actually help anyone and the blk woman w blue hair was too busy flirting with the male customers about going on hotel trips together. Anyways I had to resend the SAME exact items through usps and it got to me the next day with no problem. Fraudulent my a$$. Avoid this location like the plague. It’s giving fraudulent!

    For the past 3 days they said they’ve been “attempting” to deliver via online tracking. I’m a stay at home mom so I know I’ve been home during all the times they claim to have attempted delivery of my package. No door tags were even left. Now I’m supposed to go pick it up or it’ll be sent back to the shipper. Awesome.

    One worker was slammed when I arrived at 6:30 and none of her co-workers were helping. Finally after waiting about 20 minutes, someone came to help. He took my ticket and told me my package wasn't there without explanation or any further comment. I had driven an hour to get there and had to get my package that night. I asked him when it would be there and he said about 40 minutes. I checked online earlier that day and FedEx said it would be available for pickup at 6pm. This was 6:50 at this point. I ended up waiting in the lobby and the woman took my ticket and was very kind, checking periodically for my driver to return. Around 7:45 I got my package and was finally able to head home. I would have given 1 star but the woman working there was clearly working hard and was incredibly nice and helpful.

    COVID-19 test sent by PRIORITY OVERNIGHT to a person who desperately needs it. Tracking info keeps saying estimated delivery by 1030 today. At 1031, estimated delivery changes to just today. We waited here all morning to receive this package, while it sits in Lithia Springs being mishandled. Thanks FedEx! You are really doing your part to help us out during the COVID pandemic.

    FedEx stated they stop delivering at 8pm and the driver said they tried to deliver it at my house at 830 pm. I paid for 2day shipping and it's been 4 days and the driver lied about attempting delivery. I found out about the lie about 840 as I was on the phone with FedEx asking about my shipment they told me it had just been attempted for delivery. The lady with FedEx was all too quick in an attempt to settle my complaint about the attempted after hours delivery. Don't lie to your customers and don't over promise. I knew not to use FedEx but it was already too late once I paid for expedited shipping and I received my confirmation I cringed. They caught me lagging and I got lazy not confirming the shipping, I literally would choose anyone but FedEx for everything I do. It's this way every time.

    Paid for express shipping, here a month later no package. But the problem is when I call I expect customer service to know what they are doing. I was told by 6 different people, oh it’s customs clearance delay( even though I cleared that days ago) then I’m told it’s clear then I’m told it’s delivered now I’m told clearance delay again. As of now it’s been over a month and I still don’t even know what is going on. $3000 order UPDATE MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED. Left in the rain sideways in my driveway. No knock or nothing. $3000 crate handled this way after months of no delivery. Great job fedex of bob arnold.

    This LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I WAS A VICTIM OF AN EMPLOYEE...A DELIVERY DRIVER WITH WHOM MY LAWYER TRUSTED WITH MY FINANCIAL PAPERS BEING MAILED THROUGH. Without checking and verifying the names on my documents the delivery driver allowed a neighbor who stays across the street from me sign for my legal documents that required a signature from me and me only. To make things even worse me and the neighbor do not have a good relationship and trying to retrieve my documents was a pain and FEDEX did nothing to the employee nor nothing to fix the issue but offer to go back to the neighbors residence to obtain my documents. This should be illegal and the driver should have been written up or fired.

    Hello, I came into Fedex and was greeted by a fedex employee name Lanette I had never been to a ship center and had no knowledge of how to ship . She was very knowledgeable and taught me so much about the Purple Promise. I couldn't ask for anyone else to help me. Lanette continue to be the amazing young lady you are.     If I could leave zero stars I would. We have had so many problems with this FedEx and after what I just experienced I will avoid using FedEx at all costs. I ordered a meat box (shipped with dry ice) and the company used express 2 day shipping to make sure the meat got to me still frozen. I followed the tracking and everything was moving quickly until the box arrived to this location. The box was out for delivery 10 days ago, it obviously never got delivered, then the tracking said “delayed” and it was back at this facility. So, either someone decided to take this box home for themselves or it got thrown to the side for the meat to ruin. This is not the first time this has happened. I have had FedEx deliver two other meat boxes completely thawed to my door. A careless facility this is. If I lived somewhere else I’m sure my box would arrive without a problem.

    Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with! I have diabetes and one of the companies that I use for supplies ships FedEx! They post "No One Home" and delay shipments, and I have say there watching and waiting all day! If I had the power I would shut them down and fire everyone on the property before leveling the facility and putting in a sewage dump! Oh Wait, that is what it is already! FedEx you Suck!

    If there's a possibility to ship your item through literally any other FedEx location, do it. I would honestly not be shocked if this was the worst rated location in the country. You pay extra for expedited shipping and it still takes a week. And don't bother going up there for help, the wait is longer than the shipping process and even less helpful.

    I was supposed to receive a package today before 12:00p. I received a notification that an attempted delivery was made at 10:54a - when I was home waiting. Called the customer service number and of course I got directed to someone who could not speak English fluently and could not efficiently help me with what I had requested. Now I am awaiting the same delivery for 12:00p and/or having to go to the main facility at/after 2:00p-5:00p to literally pickup my package. So all the events I had cancelled to receive my package I could have actually went to. Update: My package was delivered at 12:20p.

    If I can give no stars I would. The driver came to my house just to leave a note on the door. I was sitting in the house and didn’t hear not one doorbell. Luckily something said go open the door and they left a sticker for missed delivery. Terrible customer service if you not going to a least attempt to deliver, please find another job, and not just fill out a paper, but actually do physical work that includes knocking on the door or maybe even ringing a doorbell to deliver a package.

    I hate using FedEx because it's a company that clearly doesn't care about their customers. Everyone in this facility was extremely rude, and it seems like they didn't even know what they were doing. Not to mention none of the employees had masks on.

    Lied at every turn about my package and delivery. Absolutly disgusting behaviour. The people who work here should be ashamed of themselves.     The driver posts he attempted delivery but says he couldn't because business was closed and customer controlled access and I live in a residential home! For 3 days it was out for delivery then back to the facility with no delivery made! I know that it's sloppy and lazy drivers at this facility because when a package comes from Austell it gets delivered on time. Fed ex in Lithia Springs is the worst!!!!!!!!!!

    Claimed to not be able to deliver package due to weather 3x- it’s been sunny and a high of 70 all week. No one here answering the phone at 9am Thursday for package pickup when it say open 8-10a m- f for pickup. Security guards are rude.

    There is no sign stating 'maximum occupancy' for the drop off office. The employee that finally came up front when there were more than 3 people waiting in line kept telling saying there is a maximum of 3 people in the office when there were 5 including himself in the room with only 3 in line and one person copying and 2 more people had just pulled up. No one was wearing a mask, so what is the point of having a maximum occupancy that has no signage? I went somewhere else to get packages taken care of, I suggest you do the same.

    They have continued to wrongly deliver my items to the wrong address. I have not received my package and the manager told me I did. I have spent money to get next day shipping and it's 3 days later and I still do not have my items. I will not use FedEx ever again and I will notify the business I bought my items from of there mishandling of my items.
