They advertise as being an urgent care and accepting walk ins but if you need immediate care I would recommend saving time and going somewhere else. I tried going here at 8:15 Saturday morning, right after they opened with a broken ankle. I was told they were booked for the day and would not be able to help me. Fortunately for me there is a Piedmont Urgent Care across the street and they were able to see me right away and make the diagnosis. To save time with your response, no you will not show my name as a patient since I was turned away before we could get that far.

Arrived at 7:10p, location closes at 8p. No one greeted myself and another potential patient once we entered. Once the front desk girl came out, we were told that they were not accepting any more patients due to the doctor doing procedures. There was more than 50 minutes left for them to be open. I would have thought they would properly staff to ensure the ability to attend to the needs of the community, even when the doctor is required to do multiple procedures at once. Ended up going to another Urgent Care and was seen immediately.

I had a terrible experience at the new location in Dunwoody today. I made an appointment the day before, showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and still had to wait 40 minutes. I arrived and there was no one in the lobby waiting which was confusing. I had to remind the staff I was there and was told that is "how clinics" work. Once I reminded them a man came in to take my vitals and ask about any medications I took. He wrote them on his GLOVE (he did not have a chart or computer with him) and asked how those were working for me. After he administered the rapid test for COVID-19 and the flu he left. The nurse practitioner came in and told me my results were negative. No one ever took my temperature even though I told them I've had a fever. The nurse, Tamara, the same woman who told me waiting at clinics is how they work, told me to sip tea anytime I was feeling feverish. Overall it was very unprofessional and I would not recommend the Dunwoody location to anyone.

Update - this is now a train wreck. They order tests just to bill insurance, even though they make no sense. There is a hierarchy of stupidity from technician to PA to NP to "practice leader" - basically they run the show on the cheap, and no one has a clue what they're doing. I won't be back. === Excellent, new, clean clinic. Went for a flu-type thing and was in and out quickly. Staff was excellent, facilities modern, and self-check in worked great.

Walked in a little after 6 and was called back to a room before 7. The dr was very considerate of the fact that I was self pay so he made sure nothing unnecessary was done to save as much as possible. Got my results and thankfully they had medicine there for me too so I didn't have to try to find a pharmacy that was still open. The entire staff was so nice and helpful.

My daughter needed a sports physical at the last minute for tryouts and we walked in and got this done for $40. It was so convenient and we are so thankful this office offered this service and was very affordable. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive and thorough. It was 2 hours start to finish, which it was so quiet and didn’t seem like it should have taken so long, but in the end, I was very grateful for this service and kind people in the office.

My provider listened patiently and intently despite a busy day at the clinic. She offered an initial Rx for my immediate needs. She also offered a just in case Rx in case of increasing severity and limited hours during the holidays. This forward thinking saved me a second trip and no delays in receiving proper medication.

My visit was great. I scheduled an appointment and was seen immediately. The doctor was friendly and was able to prescribe me medication needed for my sickness. I would highly recommend and will be back in the future when needed!

I was happy they got me in so quickly and got X-rays done. It was great to get answers. The nurse and doctor were friendly, personable and answered all my questions and the doctor prescribed me meds that I was able to get quickly thanks to him being able to switch it to the only pharmacy that was still open after I discovered my pharmacy was closed. This is a great location, super convenient for me in Dunwoody with great people. I’ll be back when I need “immediate care”, especially since it takes forever to get a doctors appointment scheduled these days.

Got in pretty quick with an on line appointment. Very attentive staff especially the nurse and Physicians assistant. Certainly will be my go to in the event I need urgent care. Peachtree Immediate actually did more for me than my primary did that I saw days before.

I had gone to my regular general practitioner who had not resolved my issue, so I decided to go to peachtree immediate care. I was seen quickly, they ran a few tests and were able to give me a much better diagnosis. They gave me the right medications and I’m feeling a little better already. Great, friendly people too!

Outstanding staff, from front desk to assistant to physician, provided thoughtful assistance up to & beyond closing time last Friday evening! My expectations were exceeded at every step of the visit, and Peachtree Immediate Care will definitely be my go-to for any future urgent care needs.

If you are an Emory patient know that Peachtree Immediate Care Emory Healthcare Network does NOT communicate with the Emory My Chart patient portal. It makes no sense because across the street the Piedmont Urgent Care interfaces with the Emory My Chart patient portal. Peachtree Immediate Care has other issues with their computer network. I had a 2-hr wait because there was a glitch in their system. They would not see me until they figured out why my info was not matching with another visit I had 2-days prior. I was made to wait 2-hours for a follow up visit to receive test results. Follow up visit took no more than 5 minutes. Ridiculous.

Good staff. Very competent doctor. As an Emory Health Care patient I was disappointed he could not access my medical and Rx records. Yet his notes are accessible to EHC.

I had been trying to get in to an urgent care for about 24 hours with no luck. Either they didn't have any slots (even though they said they did) or they had no electricity! This was the fourth one I tried and they were fantastic. The app was easy, the place is brand-new and very clean. Everyone was pleasant and professional. What a relief after the other three! I will never go anywhere else.

This was my first visit to this urgent care and I will come back here when I need care again. It was such a great experience. Love the online appointment scheduling. Made an 8:00 am appointment on a Sunday and was seen at 8:10. The online check in process was very helpful and saved time not having to complete forms at the facility. Super clean. Dewayne took vitals, was very kind and compassionate. And Dr.Pharris was very thorough and not rushed. Told my husband I wish the staff there could be our regular doctors.😀 Really. Fabulous experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wait in my opinion was a little long, although I was a walk-in. There was only one person there when I arrived and one person who arrived with an appointment while I was waiting. I believe I waited to an hour or two before being seen. I went around 5:30-6pm on a monday night. The doctors and nurses were thorough, explained everything, and followed up with me. The doctor Kevin, I believe his name was, went above and beyond honestly. He gave me a referral to get help at the Grady dental clinic to help with another issue I am having. He cares and enjoys helping people, you can tell. They didnt rush anything and definitely eased my mind. I will definitely recommend 10/10.

My experience at the Dunwoody location was very pleasant. The facility was clean and tidy. The employees were friendly and showed genuine concern. The receptionist apologized about the wait, which does not always happen in medical facilities. The med tech that assisted me showed genuine care and concern, as did Dr. Pharris. I put off going to urgent care for a few days because I haven’t had very good experiences. I’m glad I gave Peachtree Immediate Care a chance.

The care I received from Dr. Pharris and his team was excellent. I went on a Sunday morning for flu symptoms and it was quite busy so I expected a bit of a wait. My husband ended up going the following day and he was in and out within an hour. This isn't the closest urgent care to my house, but I will gladly drive farther for the better quality of care.

I had an excellent experience at Peachtree Intermediate Care. I made an appointment online and had a very short wait upon arrival. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Everyone was very caring and made my experience seem less, I felt horrible and before I left they all including the receptionist made sure I was good to go. The doctor showed a grand amount of care and I felt at ease. The nurse took great care of me as well.

The staff was extremely friendly. The Dr was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. One of my better urgent care experiences in Dunwoody. The only downside was it took almost 2 hours.

5 stars for the doctor, she was kind and knowledgeable!! Diagnosed me in less than a min, put me on right meds and took the time answer all my questions! Thanks to her I’m on the mend! Had to wait long to see her but it was worth it! The staff can be a bit quicker on their feet, pay attention to what the patient is explaining and be more empathetic!

My experience was pleasant. This is a very efficient facility. The thoroughness of the staff and the PA, Bradley Bowser, made me feel comfortable.

I was seen very quickly within half hour. The triage person was efficient yet concerned and empathetic. The appropriate test was quickly ordered with timely initial results. The Dr was professional and also seemed empathetic to my concerns. I was given the appropriate RX and told that test was sent out for further analysis. If RX needed to be changed based on results, I would be contacted. I was contacted by an actual person several days later and advised about my issue and that the RX was appropriate. The entire experience was efficient, timely, and conveniently. I would use this particular Immediate Care facility again with no qualms.

Super easy to schedule a same day appointment and the staff and doctor were super nice and relatable. The facility is really clean and the check in process was very easy. I was in and out in an hour. Highly recommend.

Came here for urine collection for a drug test for school — quick & easy process. Staff was very friendly, and I was in and out in 15 minutes (walked in around lunch time on a Friday). The staff member at the front desk was diligent about making sure people are wearing their masks properly and was very kind to everyone during the check-in process. Anyone presenting for COVID testing/exposure was quickly placed in a private room and kept away from healthy patients. Office was very clean and modern!

I went in the early morning, no appointment made, with some type of eye allergy - something scary that I’d never experienced before. All staff members were kind, clear in time frame, and made me feel comfortable despite my urgent feeling issue. They were well informed and made sure to ask lots of questions to explore my issue. I never once felt rushed out. They prescribed many things to cover my issue, and just hours later I was feeling better. Thank you all for making such a hard situation for me as pleasant as possible. I will be returning or any future needs and I will be recommending to people I know in the area!

Both the nurse and doctor that treated me were incredible. Each was fully present and focused, giving me the impression they really cared about me and my well-being. I was so impressed how sincere everyone came across. This was my first visit having just moved into town. I will definitely return if I need medical care again.

Staff was fabulous here. The doctor was knowledgeable, with great "bedside manner", and willingness to talk through the different procedures, possible diagnoses, assessment, and plan. There is an option to make an appointment online to limit the wait - I waited less than 5 minutes. This site will definitely be the urgent care I go back to if I need their services!

Front desk staff was very helpful and professional. Dr. Pharris was very good at listening to my concerns and I left feeling that he provided me with a plan for treatment. I would go back to this facility again if needed. Also the nurse tech was also very attentive. kudos to all that helped me during my visit.

I had a great experience when I recently visited to get glass out of my foot. I reserved a time online and when I arrived, I did not have to wait. The MA and NP were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job helping me. I was impressed by how smoothly the visit went!

Had a great experience at this Urgent Care. Called late on Sunday due to facial pressure right before they closed. They said come on in asap. Took me in, got diagnosed with a sinus infection and got antibiotics all within 30 minutes. Love this place! It’s my new spot!

Getting an online appointment was easy. Upon arrival I was taken back promptly and checked in. All of the staff were very professional. The provider was personable and professional . I did have to wait just under an hour but other people were getting care ahead of me. Highly recommend!

The nursing staff was very kind to my son who is disabled. The caring physician was loving and caring as well. We didn’t know what to expect because he is disabled they still helped him and he received the care he needed on his was to feeling better. Thank again for helping our son Terrance.

Loves the staff and providers at this location. Location is brand new, clean and comfortable. They saw me with minimal wait and were able to help me kick a sinus infection I’d been struggling with for weeks! Highly recommend their care.

Personable and professional!! Especially Lani at the check in desk. She did all the due diligence to be sure she got insurance squared away. The triage nurse was amazing too! She was patient and careful since my 83 yr mom had never had a strep swab! All around I could not be more happy! Great team!! My mother is doing better, we really appreciate the great service!
