got
ROBBED,
stay
away
from
this
company!!!
I
was
traveling
with
3
other
people
trough
Europe
for
6
weeks
and
we
had
a
flight
home
to
Reykjavik
on
the
21.
of
August
at
22:30
pm
local
time.
We
arrived
at
19:15
pm
to
the
Termini
train
station
to
take
the
shuttle
bus
to
Fiumicino
airport
and
had
scheduled
to
take
the
bus
at
19:20
but
when
we
arrived
at
the
bus
stop
there
was
an
massive
line
in
front
of
the
bus
so
we
figured
the
19:20
trip
was
full
booked
so
we
ordered
the
bus
that
left
at
19:50.
We
got
a
strange
coupon
looking
ticket
which
said
nothing
about
seats
or
detail
about
our
trip
and
a
plastic
laminated
carbon
car
which
was
our
boarding
pass
so
we
figured
out
that
there
were
no
booked
seats
and
they
really
just
oversold
tickets
and
there
was
no
way
of
reserving
anything
so
we
got
in
line
early
and
were
among
the
first
people
in
line.
When
the
bus
arrived
there
was
a
guy
in
a
vest
collecting
boarding
passes
and
ripping
tickets
in
the
entrance
of
the
bus
and
then
he
opened
the
luggage
room
in
the
bus
and
it
was
demanded
that
we
left
our
luggage
there
but
there
was
no
employee
of
Terrevision
how
put
the
bags
in
we
had
to
do
it
ourselves
which
was
very
strange
to
me
regarding
safety
of
the
luggage
and
peoples
belongings.
After
we
had
put
our
luggage
in
the
storage
room
in
the
bus
we
went
into
the
bus,
the
trip
took
about
40
min
and
we
arrived
two
and
a
half
hours
before
our
flight.
When
we
arrived
at
the
airport
my
friend
was
among
the
first
people
out
and
went
immediately
to
the
luggage
and
collected
our
luggage
but
to
our
surprise
my
bag
was
missing
with
all
my
belongings
but
thankfully
not
my
passport.
We
immediately
started
to
look
around
to
see
if
we
could
spot
my
bag
anywhere
and
my
girlfriend
climbed
into
the
bus
luggage
room
to
see
if
it
was
there
somewhere
but
my
bag
was
nowhere
to
be
found
i
figured
that
it
had
been
stolen.
I
immediately
went
to
talk
to
the
bus
driver
but
in
all
my
20
years
of
living
on
this
earth
i
have
never
seen
a
man
who
could
cared
less
as
I
explained
to
him
my
situation
he
just
shrugged
and
lit
himself
a
cigarette.
Soon
afterwords
there
came
a
lady
in
a
vest
from
the
company
and
asked
what
was
the
issue
I
explained
to
her
and
she
replied
that
I
could
leave
my
number
and
she
would
call
her
colleague
and
if
they
would
find
my
bicycle
they
would
call
me
I
kindly
corrected
that
misunderstanding
to
which
she
replied
the
same
thing.
I
pushed
that
see
called
her
colleague
right
then
and
there
but
she
seamed
the
least
interested
and
I
explained
that
i
was
missing
a
flight
and
she
then
replied
to
me
"
This
is
not
my
problem,
i
was
not
here"
and
smiled
in
my
face.
I
went
inside
the
airport
for
a
brief
moment
and
came
back
outside
to
talk
to
the
lady
if
she
had
contacted
her
colleague
but
she
was
gone
with
the
bus.
I
am
so
speechless
to
the
rudeness
and
inhumanity
this
companies
showed
me,
they
just
did
not
care
at
all.
They
demand
you
to
leave
your
luggage
in
the
storage
room
and
refuse
to
put
it
there
for
you
and
when
i
called
their
office
they
said
that
on
my
ticket
there
should
say
that
they
don't
take
any
responsibility
for
your
luggage.
This
is
so
absurd.
Do
not
do
business
with
this
company
i
have
heard
of
peoples
bad
experience
with
this
company
take
a
taxi
instead.
If
you
choose
to
take
this
company
your
truly
doing
it
at
your
OWN
RISK!!
