If you love a stressful start of your vacation, this is the organisation where to book your airport transfer! Busses are cancelled for no (given) reason, lines are getting longer and longer and they still sell tickets at the kiosk for a bus that doesn’t show up. A reservation for a certain departure time is totally worthless. Just queue. Better take the train (what we did instead of waiting for hours) or share a taxi with some other passengers.

Normally I don't write negative reviews but this company is an absolute nightmare. When I arrived at the stop, the bus to Ciampino was already leaving (5 minutes early) and although I had the valid ticket in my hand the driver refused to let me take my place, he wanted me to wait 35 minutes until the next one. I explained to him that I needed to take this bus to get to my plane but he didn't care: He shouted at me in the rudest way "Get out! Fast! Fast!" and virtually threw me out of the bus. I was lucky to catch another bus (which by the way was 10 cents cheaper) so I arrived at the airport in time. Never again!

No 1, but 0. We had fly at 7.am morning from ciampino, morning buses didnt come and we must took taxi and paid 40 E. I recommend another company, they had buses at the morning. I sent messages to company but 0 refundation.

I want to seriously complain about the Rome Tour we bought from Terravision., First, it was complicated to get the tickets, as it was a Vatican office, without any sign of Terravision. Second, the sound and the audio guide we're not very good. Then, without any previous explanation, the bus stopped for twenty minutes in the middle of the Trip. When we complaint to the driver he told us it was his free time for lunch. That I should complain to the company directly, that he was already losing time giving me explanations...it was outrageous. The buses do not arrive in time - so you risk to miss your flight. Or just do not arrive at all. But the ticket should be bought and printed beforehand. We were waiting for the bus for 40 minutes but there was no one from terravision on the stop, only the people like us who were waiting for the bus. In the end had to take the train not to miss the flight.

I have recently had a very poor experience with Terravision in Rome on the 15th of June. I purchased two tickets from Rome Termini to Ciampino Airport before the trip, allowing more than enough time to get from the train that would be returning to Rome from Florence to the aforementioned bus. However, the train got delayed which caused us to have to run to the bus stop in order to catch the bus. We reached the bus station at 14:20 (the bus was due to leave at 14:25). I showed the ticket to the lady that was at the entrance of the bus and she just replied "You are late, you will take the 3 o'clock bus" to which I was astounded, since we reached the bus before the departure time. We tried to talk to her and understand what was going on, since we had purchased the bus ticket for that specific time slot, and she had sold the tickets at the door for the trip. She continued to sell tickets (for more money) in front of our face and told us the bus was full. What I found astounding is that we paid for the tickets and the seats were not guaranteed. There was no mention of this anywhere during the purchase process, there was the recommendation that we were there 15 minutes before but it was not mentioned that if we were not that we would not have places on the bus. The lady that was there was extremely rude, treating us almost like cattle. The next bus was at 3 o'clock which arrived way too late at Ciampino for our flight so we had to take a taxi and ended up not using the tickets we purchased. I sent two emails to the company's customer service and received no reply whatsoever, just an automated message. Next time I will surely book with another company, one that isn't keen on stealing money from tourists. Avoid this company like the plague, they have poor service, steal your money and then ignore complaints.

It was the most terrible experience ever that made my trip to Rome unforgettable, i bought return ticket and both are the worst experience ever. On arrival, the bus is delayed and I waited at the bus station for 50mins. On the day I have to fly back, i booked my shuttle at 8, i waited 15mins and asked 2 times, no one tell me the bus was cancelled but said the next will come at 9. I have to buy another ticket to catch my flight. My sincere advice is NEVER NEVER NEVER go with Terravision.

It was the worst experience. Never buy tickets from terravision. Our bus should go at 12:45 from termini, they said that we will go at 13:40 and then at 14:20... Great for people who need to be on the airport. Our plane started at 16:20 so we thought that at 12:45 is enough... Unfortunately it wasn't because of this company!

If it was possible to give -1 star I would. Staff on Ciampino airport very unfriendly. A lady couldn't tell us the time of next bus' departure for about 5 minutes, which made us miss the bus. On our way to the airport from Termini, we had even worst adventure. We bought tickets in advance in order not to buy them directly at the bus stop and avoid the fuss. But the very mean man told us we had to had our tickets printed out (which wasn't written on the site we used to buy them). Furthermore, he didn't tell us what to do in such a situation (even though we weren't the only ones with that problem). After I tried to get some info, he started speaking Italian so we couldn't understand him. Suddenly he learned how to speak English in order to tell us that he won't board us, because we allegedly said bad words about him in our very uncommon mother-tongue. So I'd never recommend it and if I ever come back to Rome I will use my own transport, now people who disrespect clients and wheedle the money out.

Some unpresentable ones. Don't trust the schedules because they make the changes as it suits them. They told us that they left every half hour from the Termini station and we arrived at 7 and the next one didn't leave until 8.10. In short, we took an Uber from the station to the Ciampino airport for 55 euros.

Reliable. On time. Fast. Very well located and visible from afar. Easy to find, the location is on the ticket. Arrived early, made no objection to us taking the previous bus. And all quickly and efficiently.

Sunday morning (26.01.2020) 04.20 at Rome Termini. The little fatty indian like guy let inside people with both tickets,online and regular, and after 1 minute he decided to stop people with regular tickets. During this time ,my wife already inside bus ( with regular ticket like me) and me, outside. I told him the situation and he didn't let me go inside bus.At the end, after my insistations, he let me in. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!! Who you think You are?? You should change the job, really. I will definitely never choose this company.

Never ever chose this bus. We had a terrible start of our vacation. The cashier at the Rome airport told us wrong time of departure, higher price than it was written. Then driver didn’t want to allow us get our hand baggage with us inside (standard low-cost size which we could just put under the seats). For him it wasn’t matter if we have here our important expensive stuff. He was very rude and even didn’t try to talk with us. But he allowed other Italian people to take such and even bigger bags inside.

Unfriendly or even unpleasant

We have been lucky, we had no problems. The staff is a bit dry, the driver starts before the traffic lights turn green and drives as if he were driving cattle, dodging cars in Rome ahead and almost running over a couple of pedestrians, at all costs, probably failing to comply at all times speed limits and other traffic regulations. But driving that way we arrived at our destination 20 minutes early, and alive, so perfect. Plus you leave the bus with an adrenaline rush, better than any roller coaster I've ever tried.

Bus had no AC on arrival, on departure not enough room for all passengers who had Tickets on hand not the way to star or end your Italian journey specially with the rudeness of the employees. AVOID not worth your stress

Minutes away from missing the plane!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. They spent 30 minutes solving a massive sale of tickets that they realized when people were left standing on the bus and instead of acknowledging their mistake, 3 members of the company went up to ECHART people who had bought their ticket online the day before !!! And until they got off, the bus wouldn't leave.

Despite the bad reviews, in our case we were lucky and the bus left on time and the journey even took less than estimated.

Really terrible experience. Incredibly rude staff. Definitely just wait to buy your tickets in person & choose one of the other companies, they're much cheaper & kinder, £10 return. Will never choose terravision again.

Was on time too and from Fiumicino airport. The buses operated well. Courteous employees. The Terravison bus stop at Termini was a little tricky to find but not too bad.

Awful client service.......................even we were in time and with the services paid 6 months in advance they denied boarding on the ground that we are only 10 minutes before departure. Good drivers though .

I got ROBBED, stay away from this company!!! I was traveling with 3 other people trough Europe for 6 weeks and we had a flight home to Reykjavik on the 21. of August at 22:30 pm local time. We arrived at 19:15 pm to the Termini train station to take the shuttle bus to Fiumicino airport and had scheduled to take the bus at 19:20 but when we arrived at the bus stop there was an massive line in front of the bus so we figured the 19:20 trip was full booked so we ordered the bus that left at 19:50. We got a strange coupon looking ticket which said nothing about seats or detail about our trip and a plastic laminated carbon car which was our boarding pass so we figured out that there were no booked seats and they really just oversold tickets and there was no way of reserving anything so we got in line early and were among the first people in line. When the bus arrived there was a guy in a vest collecting boarding passes and ripping tickets in the entrance of the bus and then he opened the luggage room in the bus and it was demanded that we left our luggage there but there was no employee of Terrevision how put the bags in we had to do it ourselves which was very strange to me regarding safety of the luggage and peoples belongings. After we had put our luggage in the storage room in the bus we went into the bus, the trip took about 40 min and we arrived two and a half hours before our flight. When we arrived at the airport my friend was among the first people out and went immediately to the luggage and collected our luggage but to our surprise my bag was missing with all my belongings but thankfully not my passport. We immediately started to look around to see if we could spot my bag anywhere and my girlfriend climbed into the bus luggage room to see if it was there somewhere but my bag was nowhere to be found i figured that it had been stolen. I immediately went to talk to the bus driver but in all my 20 years of living on this earth i have never seen a man who could cared less as I explained to him my situation he just shrugged and lit himself a cigarette. Soon afterwords there came a lady in a vest from the company and asked what was the issue I explained to her and she replied that I could leave my number and she would call her colleague and if they would find my bicycle they would call me I kindly corrected that misunderstanding to which she replied the same thing. I pushed that see called her colleague right then and there but she seamed the least interested and I explained that i was missing a flight and she then replied to me " This is not my problem, i was not here" and smiled in my face. I went inside the airport for a brief moment and came back outside to talk to the lady if she had contacted her colleague but she was gone with the bus. I am so speechless to the rudeness and inhumanity this companies showed me, they just did not care at all. They demand you to leave your luggage in the storage room and refuse to put it there for you and when i called their office they said that on my ticket there should say that they don't take any responsibility for your luggage. This is so absurd. Do not do business with this company i have heard of peoples bad experience with this company take a taxi instead. If you choose to take this company your truly doing it at your OWN RISK!! h

Really terrible service and customer care! We bought ticket from the train station to the Rome Fiumiciono airport. The employe from the agency did not tell us that reservation is needed in order to get on the bus. We got early, and waited in the line to get on the bus and than the bus driver told us that if we don't have reservation, we can get on the bus if there is free seats left. If the bus is full, you will wait for the next bus and also you can get on the bus if there is free space. It was very stressful, having in mind that if we do not get on the bus we would miss our flight back! I do not recommend this transportation company!
