    Jan 2022 my first time at this facility in bolingbrook. We took advantage of the buy one get one free on the boneless wings. We tried the dryrub desert and Chipotle BBQ. We also got the traditional wings-parmesan garlic.. all three flavors we're delicious. The diry tatorvtots w brisket.OMG! The flavors were off the charts. The jalapenos were really delicious. Our server was great, friendly. Aug 2022. Ultimate nachos w Chile n guacamole delicious. . I tried the curry flavored boneless wings. Not a flavor I'll order again. We tried the dry rub Chipotle BBQ wings- vgood

    There is clearly a reason for 3.7 stars that this place has & it is sad. I’ve been going here and never had a problem until today. I ordered for pick up. I ordered wings ( which were fine) and a chicken Caesar salad with extra dressing ON the side. There was literally a dot of dressing. But I asked for some on the salad and extra ON THE SIDE. Clearly they did not understand because there was no dressing in the bag, so I go back in and ask for extra. The guy tells me he’ll have to charge me .69 cents. And I said why would I pay when I asked for it and paid for it already and it is not in there? He said sorry for the inconvenience. Yes it is just .69 cents but I already paid for that and still have to pay for it because it wasn’t in my bag. The guy was very rude about it also. I called twice and got hung up on. So I am done with this location ever since they got new employees.

    Speed and taste of the food is 5 stars. Service is 6 stars. Our waitress Terry was super attentive to our needs even with multiple tables in our sections. The refills were timed perfectly and everything was done by the book. The mozzarella sticks were good. The wings as always were magical. Lots of good promotions running this winter at your local Buffalo Wild Wings. Check out my pictures to see what they have going on this winter at this location.

    Not only did we have to wait 50+ minutes for our order but the salad that arrived to our table looked disgusting. The lettuce was old and the person who brought this out to us was the manager. I couldn't believe she thought it would be okay to serve this to a customer. When asked if she would eat this she threw the blame to her staff and took no responsibility for what was served to us. This has been the second time we have been served old lettuce at this location.

    American burger with grilled onions was fantastic. Boneless wings were crispy and delicious Kelly was our bartender at lunch, and she was wonderful. We were short on time she was on top of it. Our food came out quickly. Our drinks were perfect, and she was a pleasure to chat with. I would go back on Mondays just to have her serve us.

    Service is always great! Burgers are surprisingly delicious here. Whatever reason the food (wings, fries, appetizers) tend to arrive warm to cool... And sometimes cold. Just bring out whatever is cooked because it's hot versus waiting for everything to be done... Or at least ask the customers their preference because for does get cold sitting

    So let me start… I would say my server’s name but, he never introduced himself! He had a ponytail and glasses. He took our orders for drinks, appetizers, and meals! We received our drinks and appetizers but no meals. We waited and waited. We waited for about two hours. He didn’t check on us and then when he finally came over, he gave us the check only charging us for the drinks and appetizers. We were all confused as to why he did this, as we didn’t get our food. We assumed they were taking our entrees off because we waited so long. After waiting for another 30 mintes for him to come back…we were about to just walk out. He ended up coming back and asking if we were “ready”. We told him we still hadn’t gotten our entrees… He looked shocked and went to the kitchen. He came back and said that his manager was giving us a “Huge” discount. LOL! We were thinking 50-75% off as we waited and waited with terrible service and no one checking up on us. Nope. We got $20 off. When I tried to ask why we only got $20 off, he got defensive. I’m very familiar with Karen culture and I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt when it comes to restaurants and service. But this really ticked me off. You don’t introduce yourself, you don’t check up on us, and you forget to put in our order?! Whoever this guy is, terrible server. Update: A manager or someone went under this telling me to talk to customer support about it. No one has gotten back to me and it has been over a week! Go to Cheddars, not that far away and the service is great! They took a reasonable amount of time with our appetizers and said it came out “late” and they tried to take it off our bill but, we insisted on paying! Spend your money at Cheddars Scratch Kitchen, you won’t be disappointed and the service is so much better there!!

    Love this place. The food is great and they have all football games televised on Sunday's. The sampler platter is amazing for 15 dollars you can feed 2.

    The servers had a horrible attitude. Even when I asked my server Karoline why her and the other skinny kid were upset she didnt lighten up much. They seemed to be overwhelmed but the place wasnt even full. Adrian and another lady manager were the only ones that seemed happy to see customers. If it wasn't for them I'd give this experience a 1 star review. Aside from the service, food was good and the drinks were good.

    My family and I went to BWW last night for dinner, with this restaurant being so busy we knew we would probably be waiting a little bit . Gary went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our table. Not once did we feel rushed to order or finish eating. He made sure drinks were always refilled without us having to ask. I have a picky eater and Gary was so accommodating to her and how she’d like her food prepared. Food was hot and fresh! I will say, places like these tend to feel like you need to be in and out but Gary was fun to talk too and made us all laugh! Next time you stop in, ask for Gary! 5 stars!

    This Bdubs seems to be run very well. The service has almost always been on point and we've never had an issue with carryout orders. The app sampler (mozza stix, loaded nachos, o-rings, boneless wings) is a great way to get a bit of everything. The jammin' jalapeno, Caribbean jerk, asian zing, and mango habanero are perfect sauces for fans of heat! Come here for a game when they offer specials on food & beer.

    I eat at Buffalo Wild Wings often. This location is the worst of all, very bad customer service, Saturday night around 9:30 pm, only one employee at the bar, very slow service. Not returning to this location ever again. This was my second bad experience at this location this year. Even food tasted bad. Something is wrong here. Corporate needs to look into this location.

    The server was super slow considering there was hardly anyone there. The pregnant waitress moved faster than the one we had. The sampler platter was horrible. The nachos were soggy, the wings were cold as well as the mozzarella sticks. Only good thing was the fried pickles and our cokes.

    Premise: empty tables and now I see why... Today around 5:30pm Waited 10 minutes for a waitress(can’t remember her name) to come by. Got the starter in and got the appetizer pretty quick. Tasted good. Was ready to order main… waitress nowhere to be seen. Had to wave another waiter (nick) over after 15 minutes. Just asked for check, tipped, and left… thanks but no thanks. Gotta try a different location next time!

    Wings were hard as a rock, most of my wings were tough bedding and most of them were over cooked. Very very understaffed. My party of 3 had to wait 30+ mins for refills or any kind of service in between our waiter running around like crazy. I'm not blaming the waiter but they are definitely pushing the employees hard for being short staffed

    Not what it used to be… while the wings were still good, prices have skyrocketed (understandable) but that shouldn’t affect the quality of the food. Cold fries, the ultimate nachos no longer include the chili… just disappointing. Not to mention the service was slow…

    Went with my family, food came out and it was delicious. I like the wings Asian zing is my favorite. Have not mustard the courage to try the Blazing sauce yet. We all enjoyed the food no complaints. Service was pretty good.

    Having worked in the service industry for 12 years, I understand staffing issues and when there is a mass influx of customers these things can cause problems. The first issue was it was a busy weekend night and there was no one controlling the sections with the seat yourself mindset . This causes the staff table hop and not knowing who your server is. I saw the manager taking over tables to make sure people were taken care of and a few comp items because of the lack of service. We never did meet our server till we started asking about our bill. We almost had get our silverware at one of the stations because we were never given any. Would I go back? Maybe in a few years. Again these are the facts I experienced and my own opinions. Others may have different experiences

    Changed up a little since the last time I was there, but was promptly greeted by a server, he got our drinks, and said he would be right back. Some time goes by and he never comes back. A new server came and she took our order. She looked and sounded so dejected and disinterested to either serve us or be at work, but I just felt like I was doing something wrong. Male server popped back and got us another drink. Food was great as always, but I just didn't feel welcome for some reason.

    Ordered wings, fries, and fried pickles to go on December 10th of 2021. Took a bite of a wing and it tasted disgusting so I put the rest away and didn't eat anymore of them. I still ate the fries and fried pickles. That night around 3 am, I woke up with a terrible stomachache and ended up vomitting. The following day I experienced fever, chills, and couldn't eat anything. I contacted this location to let them know what my symptoms were and to inform them that it was possible/likely that I had food poisoning from their wings. A couple days later I received a call from a manager and she asked me questions about my symptoms so that she could fill out a report. Several times during the call she stated "we haven't heard any other complaints about our food around this date" (ok?? What does that have to do with my experience?) and also never acknowledged the possibility that the wings they sold me were contaminated. I get that they're trying to protect themselves, but what bothers me to this day is that I never got a refund for the $10 wings that made me sick. It's not at all about the money, it's about the principle. I have not had a single craving for wings after this experience and will definitely never go back to this location. If you're looking for terrible customer service after possibly eating contaminated wings, this is your place!

    Loved the service our waitress Wednesday 4/20 was super attentive and nice. Food was hot and fresh. If you like your wings well done then perfect for you, I don't tho maybe next time I'll ask if they can not cook them so long. But mango habanero sauce was amazing.i love spicy 🔥🔥🥵

    Went on Valentine’s Day since most of the restaurant were accommodating reservation-only. Food arrived after 45 minutes and the entire serving was cold. Fries were soggy and cold like they have been prepared a while ago in anticipation of a crowd. While the restaurant was pretty empty at 10:00 pm ct, Restaurant is untidy and in dire need of renovation. I was scared of acquiring germs in the age of pandemic.
