I had an appointment today with Dr. Choi, and I cannot express how pleased I am with the experience. I went into the appointment feeling anxious, but as soon as I arrived, Lorena greeted me with a warm smile and engaging conversation that instantly put me at ease. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Choi explained everything clearly, and Lorena’s continuous support and comforting words made the process much smoother than I expected. I truly believe that Lorena’s presence played a crucial role in my comfort and satisfaction. I am extremely happy with the care I received from both Lorena and Dr. Choi. My son and husband went for a 1pm appointment only to be told it would be a 30 minute wait. Not a big deal but over 2 hours later their checkups and cleanings have still not been complete. Obviously a complete lack of regard for patients time and over scheduling of appointments. The office was dirty, hair on the floor, huge clumps of dirt and dust under the chairs, garbage on the floor next to every garbage can I saw, dirty ceiling tiles where the roof looked to have leaked and last but not least… not an air purifier in sight, only little fans. Last I knew we were still in a pandemic and this is a medical office. We have never seen the same dentist twice, seems to be a revolving door of staff. I’ll give them that the dentists do seem knowledgeable and kind… but you will never be able to build a relationship with anyone. Look elsewhere for a dental provider, lots of better ones to choose from.

Came in to get my teeth cleaned. All the staff is very nice and professional. Dr Choi is awesome and was glad to get same day treatment done so I don’t have to come back till my next 6 month appointment. Definitely recommend coming here!

Our dental assistant Lorena did an amazing job with my 3 year old today! She did a great job at making her feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing to her teeth 😊 Now my daughter looks forward to going back! We love shining smiles Plainfield! 😁

Friendly and attentive staff! Appointment was easy to schedule and they were able to fit in all my dental work in one sitting. Dentist was knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the procedure from beginning to end. Had a great first visit!

I had stopped returning to regular appointments here when I had an upsetting experience with my crown cracking only after a few months of having the procedure done here. After a few frustrating weeks I was informed that my insurance will not be covering the crown and the best they can do is half off the procedure. I was disappointed seeing I wasn’t at fault for the crack. I then canceled my next appointment (which was scheduled for a second crown on the right side) given the outcome of my first crown procedure. I recently had the original crown fully crack in half , that is when I returned to see what can possibly be worked out. Dr. Choi was able to find a quick solution and immediately started working on a temporary crown. I am currently awaiting the permanent one. (September) I am impressed and overall thankful For Dr. Choi and team, for living up to their “mission statement” in providing spectacular care. Thank you kindly.

I used to love coming here , the Dr. Is really kind but I have called THREE times to get a quote for my bridge after the Dr. Talked with me about options . Every time they take my cell number and say the office manager will call me within the hour I wait two days or a week and nothing . I even gave permission to leave a message if I miss the call . Still nothing ! I really wanted to use this dentist because he’s so easy to work with but either the front staff is communicating with the office manager or they just maybe really aren’t taking the message . I’m all around really frustrated.

I had a regular checkup and cleaning today. I completed the medical forms on my phone before I arrived. Check-in was so quick. I was called back for an X-ray after just a few minutes. Staff was professional and efficient. I was out in 15 minutes.

Dr. Choi was quick and efficient. Cleaning process took 30 mins if that, informative and to the point on work that needed to be done. Also does dental work for my mother and she has AMAZING teeth. Shoutout to Dr. Choi!

Took my 8yr old daughter and we both loved it! My daughter hasn’t had good experiences in past places, but they definitely won her trust. Lorena was so patient and nice. Dr Choi was so calm and gentle. Definitely recommend!

I loved how clean it was! I love coming here because the environment makes it so comforting and the doctor and the dental assistants here are super friendly! They explained everything they were going to do at my visit and made it super helpful. I came here when I was younger and i definitely recommend coming here

Staff was very nice. Doctor knows what he is doing and shows care for his patients. He is not rushed and will sit down calmly and talk with you as long as you need. We need more doctors and staff like them!

Beware the traveling dentists! You can read Dr. Choi's previous reviews from Station Side Dental in Oswego. Although he maybe a nice guy he doesn't seem like a skilled dentist. My experience matches many others with his work being more aligned to butchery than actual dental practice. Misdiagnosed treatments to failed procedures that will cause you a lot more money and pain in the long run. Beware indeed!

Very very nice Service doctor and all the nurses is really nice and friendly. They take care of my daughter really really good. I really recommend everyone go to them. I have a really good experience. I love it.
