I love Crumbl. The cookies are amazingly delicious. I especially love this location. Theresa and Aimee always greet me as I walk in the door and make me feel welcome (I know my name pops up with my order, but they still make it feel personal ). We chat about what cookie I am most looking forward too that week and which is their favorite cookie that week. I always enjoy seeing them and actually miss it if one or both aren’t working that day. I’m sure the cookies are good at all the locations, but for the kind welcome I definitely recommend this store.

We just visited Crumbl Cookies in Bolingbrook after someone recommended them on Fb and I’m so glad we did!!! We picked 4 cookies and they were all delicious but the chocolate chip was amazing!!! Hands down the best cookie I’ve ever had and it was still warm !!! Kids loved them and so did my husband. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely go back. And everyone was so nice and welcoming.

The most delicious cookies that I've ever eaten. It is a shame that you do not have chairs inside to eat there.

Clean place with friendly staff. However, the cookies were lackluster at best—for the expense, we was really disappointed. Good texture but no flavor. We paid over $25 for 6 cookies and have gotten better cookies from the Jewel-Osco bakery. Not worth the hype.

My order was right on time. The girls who were working were extremely friendly. I will return to the Bolingbrook Crumbl often!

Every time I come, the service is really quick and also great! I enjoy the cookies because I have a sweet tooth I know some people don’t. I definitely can’t eat the cookie in one setting and it takes me a few days but I’m not complaining because then it’s more spread out over a few days :) My favs are the Semi-Sweet chocolate chip cookie, strawberry shortcake, and french silk pie.

First time I had a brownie and loved it. Second time I had a mint chocolate chip icecream and didn't like it. But you ,try and see what you do and don't like. I enjoy having the app. Here you can see what the new flavors will be for the upcoming week. Flavor starts new, Monday thr Saturday. Sunday they are closed. Monday morning, you'll have fresh flavors yay. Also, they go by phone number for points. So even if you don't have the app. If you've ordered and get the app later, your points will be there. Yay.
