Don’t come here if you value your mental health and your loved ones. Dr had the nerve to tell my mom that she was overdue for her follow up when I specifically asked on her last appt when to follow up and they said “just wait for a phone call”.. that never happened and my mom ran out of her refills of course and we had to chase the clinic to set up an appointment and go over her labs. Additionally, the office called me to set up a time for my moms lab results after that appt. We agreed on Thursday between 5-6 pm over a recorded phone call I drove over half an hour to be present for this call to wait long enough before realizing they aren’t going to call me..turns out they also called my dad to set up the same appointment but did not bother to call me to update me or tell me the phone appt with me and my mom was canceled. I called the after hour answering service to confirm what’s going on and were useless did not offer any help. Terribly organized office. Nobody communicates with you but then they’ll blame you for everything 🙃

When I first entered this establishment, one thing was made immediately clear to me - the level of patient service was unlike anything I had ever received before. Even just walking through the doors, I was treated with the utmost respect and made to feel as welcome as I would be in my own home: all of my questions and concerns immediately answered as well as a clear and open line of communication. As an older gentlemen, I sometimes struggle to find great service especially amongst the younger generation, however, have no fear, this establishment has the most phenomenal patient service I have ever received in my entire life and I would highly recommend to anyone interested in coming here.

No wonder this place is so busy! Dr. Sambare is the best doctor I have been to in ages, would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Professional, intelligent and kind is what you will get. 5 stars

I have never felt so rushed to get out of an appointment once the doctor showed up. I spent over an hour waiting to even see dr. Varsha and finally when i did, she spent not even 5 minutes in the "room" with me addressing my concerns. And to call it a room is exaggerating: I was in some back storage room with a curtain while the door was open for the whole waiting room to hear my business. But once the dr decided my visit was over, her and her assistant that came to see me rushed me to leave, telling me where the door was to go. Trying to address any other concerns i had while having a cough was disregarded and my time was truly wasted for my health. Do not come here.

Dr. Varsha is the best. She’s so comforting and always makes visits seamless. Love her
