    I almost always have an issue with the Starbucks besides the fact that their line is always insane. I came in today, and I waited in line for 34 minutes. 34 MINUTES. I was trapped in the drive-through or else I would’ve left. I called the store to see if there was a car stuck in the lane or something and they said that they were just backed up on orders. When I finally got to the window, I honestly thought that they would give me my drink on the house, but they didn’t even have it ready and it wasn’t made correctly. It tasted terrible! The lady at the register kept telling me that it was a very busy day, but I have gone to other locations with longer lines that were by quicker than this. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be returning.

    This Starbucks has drastically reduced in quality over the years. You place an order and it doesn't get fulfilled or you're waiting there for over 40 minutes to come to find out there's 30 people ahead of you.. and you ordered online.. almost an hour before. They don't ever have the ingredients for things. Deliveries if you want uber eats (when im sick) are turned off. It's not the workers fault. I'll say that. This Starbucks though does need to get it together. They are consistently disappointing. :/

    Went in today around 3:30pm and I ordered a iced vanilla latte with chocolate cream cold foam on top and a golden oleato and a ham and Swiss croissant. The lady at the drive thru was an idiot. She took forever to bring out our drinks and kept on smiling after I asked can I used some of my stars before she charged me $19 on my Starbucks card. Then because they were taking forever a guy named AJ who was also working thr drive thru said I wouldn’t be credited the $19 and because of the wait this order was on the house. Still got charged the $19 even though AJ said I wouldn’t be charged it. Don’t think I’ll come to this Starbucks again because you guys are so slow.

    Horrible customer service I went through drive thru ordered a ribbon crunch. I stated that I would like ribbon around the cup the young lady said there’s nothing wrong with your drink. I explained I wanted caramel around the cup. She again said there’s nothing wrong with your drink. I then came inside she said what’s the problem with an attitude at that point another young lady walks up I asked to speak with the manager. She rolled her eyes and said I’m the manager and there’s nothing wrong with your drink. I asked for the store manager she said the store manager was not there. I asked when will she be in and if I could get the young lady’s name because no one is wearing a name tag. She said no I can not have her name I asked for her name she said NO. I then took a photo so I can show the manager tomorrow since they were refusing to give their names. I asked for a refund they refused to give me a refund. And the young lady that stated she was the manager said tomorrow the store manager is going to tell me the same. This is the WORST STARBUCKS I’ve ever been to. Policy and protocol all workers in Starbucks wears a name tag and give there names. If your drink isn’t made right they apologize and ask would you like it remade. But they refused to give me a refund. If there was a negative 10!!!

    This Starbucks used to be good but ever since they got new workers not anymore. They can’t mix the drinks, they give you the wrong cup, no whipped cream on a latte and just the presentation as well. I order a cinnamon dolce latte at another location and it looks great but here you get your cup thinking what is this???

    Placed a mobile order and picked up through drive thru. Only one person in front of us and they took 15+ min. By the time I get to the window, they didn’t have my order ready and said they ran out of a product for one of my drinks so I took the two drinks they had ready and left because they would’ve taken another 15 minutes just for that one.

    This is my first time at this location— Currently waiting for my coffee, it’s been 25 minutes since i ordered. Went to the counter to ask where my order is & they told me it was still going to be an additional 15 minutes. There are people walking in and out with their order after I’ve been waiting here for 25 minutes. This is insane. ALMOST 40 MIN LATER MY ORDER IS WRONG!!!!

    What a total waste of 25 minutes of my life. 25 minute wait for 2 drinks??? Orders weren't taken care of in the order they came in. Just done at random. I had 3 people come in after I already put my order in and paid. All 3 got their coffee and drinks before me. OH THAT'S RIGHT... I don't have breasts or talk to the employees (clearly you know them from school). Also, why the hell would you make my hot sandwich and give it to me 15 minutes before you even made my coffee??? All 8 of the employees working there have no idea what they are doing. Just taking care of random things and orders in no particular order. To top it off, you have over 14 random drinks sitting there for 25+ minutes with no one claiming.

    I’d give them zero stars if possible. Long wait times, out of order filling of orders. Placed an online order and waiting over 15 minutes past the time it should have been ready. I’ve noticed management is copying and pasting responses to negative reviews on the same topic. How about you find a solution instead?

    The service was abysmally slow, turning a simple coffee run into an ordeal. The wait time left me questioning if I had stumbled upon a new dimension where efficiency was nonexistent. Its disheartening to witness such a colossal failure in customer service from a supposedly reputable brand. A serious staff overhaul is needed at this location.

    Get this location a Clover Vertica!!! The brewed coffee, especially Pike, is always lukewarm at best. Upsetting really. $4 for mildly warm coffee is just not worth it…

    Worst Starbucks location. Ordered 2 coffees girl was not pleasant at all, made me feel like a bother. She said it would be a few mins, but they called my name and I received one coffee super quick waited for the other. They were putting coffees all over the counter and not calling out names. I continued to stand there waiting while all the workers saw me standing there. When I went to the counter after waiting 30 mins and asked for my money back they said my coffee was waiting there the whole time and was very rude. Location was not clean, orders sitting all over counter.

    The staff was helpful and inviting, but the selection seemed limited to several varieties of the same five items. We got a few different items, and everything tasted amazing, but I wish there was more variety.

    My order is prepared incorrectly 90% of the time. The sticker is right but the drink is wrong. Example: In order a white mocha. The drink is made with regular mocha. The drive thru is also painfully slow. No service at the window.

    Nice, not overly busy, good music. Staff is quick and responsive. Tables are fairly clean. Food wasn't too hot.

    This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve been too. There was a normal Starbucks line in drive thru, but it took three times as long as anywhere else. Currently on 20 minutes of being in line and maybe only 5 cars ahead of us. Then find out they don’t have lemonade and can’t get the medicine ball tea that was the point of coming here. The lack of lemonade also eliminates many other things on menu, not to mention it’s a Saturday afternoon and there’s a jewel behind this location. Now stuck in the line still and super late for plans bc a 5 min stop here is now on 22 minutes. Starbucks has failed here.

    Order on the mobile app show up 20 mons later and my drink isn't ready but my food is. Drink was made horribly. When I asked where my drink was nobody had a clue about it.

    Totally addicted to Starbucks...favs Matcha Frappuccino. Matta Latte, iced Green Tea, iced Mocha and Mocha Frapp. Most drinks I also say lite ice. If not, ice takes up too much of the cup!
