It did not seem like the employees were motivated to work at all. The two girls were having a personal conversation for at least one full minute before acknowledging us at all. My sandwich had so much Mayo on it that it was unappetizing. My husband did not enjoy his sandwich, so he did not eat the second half. He gets a big Wreck, so it was a pretty big waste plus it is more expensive. The lids that were available were not the correct lids for the cups. Overall, the employees were unfriendly and the food was below average. A waste of $30 :(

Should be zero star. We order online for Delivery waited for an hour and half. We did called the store the Employee pick up the phone and found out we are the deaf family and put us on hold for like 10 minutes . Then my wife call the store with her own phone they did answered saying we don't deal with deaf people and hung up.... Those Employee need to be education seriously... Very rude Employee!!!!

Potbelly's is pretty good, but you can tell it's a chain. They have a wide range of sandwiches that taste different from other delis out there, for better or for worse. I usually come here if I'm in the area and their food is good, and they have some outdoor seating as well. Their app could be better though.

I frequent potbelly’s, usually I order online but today I made an impromptu pickup. It was raining and I had a very anxious puppy in the car. Anyways, it was busy, I placed my order and I spoke with Malik. I asked him if it was ok for me to wait in the car with my pup until my food was ready. He was super accommodating and just very sweet. He said it wasn’t a problem. I waited in the car for the customers in front of me to leave then I was able to go back in and pay. Malik was sincere and helpful. The staff was very nice, food was good. Highly recommend.

Walk in to grab a sandwich today when I noticed a customer ask for a new set of gloves and the female employee started getting extra bass in her voice. The customer maintained their politeness however your employee's cultural unawareness should be taken out on a paying customer. Extremely unprofessional!

So sad my online order was 1/2 an hour late. Even placed it a day ahead. I wasted my entire lunch waiting. None of the employees even looked at me, said hello, or smiled.

Manger is absolutely disrespectful and degrading towards anyone who doesn’t speak English fully. Regularly flirts with younger customers and is insanely rude to customers and her workers. Very rude. All the workers are very sweet and respectful of order unlike the manager. Would rate it well without considering the fact the manager is disrespectful and flat out rude.

We ordered through the app and added all the toppings for pickup. When we got home they only added meat to all the sandwiches. Completely ignored instructions. Poorly managed store location

I really want to go out of my way to give props to someone who gave me great customer service and her name is Ariella. I really hope I spelled her name right. I am really trying to navigate eating out meat and dairy free which is extremely difficult to do. I am always worried about people being difficult with me or rushing me and messing up orders when I am asking for special requests. Let me tell you that she was especially kind and patient with me. Not only that but really helpful to me when I was unsure how to order a certain way. She also was kind to make sure she understood my request. I cannot tell you enough that I wish people double checked their work and took the care that she did with the request. It takes a considerable amount of effort to make me put in the effort of a good review for someone. And she certainly was deserving of that. If only she could take all of my orders!!!!

I ordered Mac and cheese with bacon and a sandwich which I ordered on the app. The good wasn’t ready till 20 min after promised time half way back home I realized the bacon was missing on my Mac and cheese I had to drive back. The cashier al elder lady was rude and upset and put bacon in a cup and said “that’s the bacon you would get on it” as if I was asking for anything free! I paid for the bacon and returned for it but she treated me as if I was asking for charity! Ruined my lunch completely! I will not give this location a second try.

I was overcharged for regular size sandwich , even though I pointed out to cashier, since one sandwich was reg and other larger, and got charged for 2 larger size sandwiches, also not offering me a drink for which I was charged as well!!! Cashier was unfriendly, maybe stressed out, and rushing ppl out.

It would be great if their website or app worked more than once. We have not been able to place another order on either one. It always comes up as "Forbidden."

Great place, great sandwich! Asked the bread be trimmed down like a TKY and it was down just like I like it. Thank you staff. Easy peppers were just right.

This store picks their own times! So go early if you’re hungry because you never know when they will decide to close it although the time says 9pm close !

Food is great always on point!! all the people that works here are super friendly. However, while enjoying my sub outside I see that a customer walks in with no mask and to my surprise they are taking his order he was not sent back to get one. I lost appetite because I see that he is exposing everyone that works there and the food that we buy. I am sure this is not the first time they have done this. Also he was talking next to the soda matching they need to be more careful especially during this pandemic.

I’ve always had problems with this potbelly and they do the bare minimum to make it right. Found an order sticker inside my salad. Grossed out to say the least. How does paper get into the ingredients??

Placed my order and they gave it to someone else. Overcharged the lady they gave my sandwich to. My sandwich was open and I asked for it to be remade. The manager then asks if I want it remade. ?!?! Train your staff and pay attention to your orders

Ordered through Active Menus, when I arrived at the restaurant my order was ready, accurate and delicious. I would definitely use again.

Never had a bad experience with Pot Belly! Great sandwiches and good customer service during my visit. The wreck is awesome!

Loved the subs! Placed online order and all the customizations were as desired :) Was a busy night but the ladies at the station were genuinely trying their best to keep everyone happy.. kudos !
