    Be aware that the staff at this store consistently prioritizes their drive through targets ahead of all other customers. We have consistently waited long times (8 or so minutes this last time) before staff even approached the counter to take in person orders. We did not have our order for over 15 minutes. At that same time, the drive through cranked out about a dozen cars back to back. Very poor way to treat customers. Orders have a 50/50 chance of being completely correct, probably due to a rush to beat the timer. The food quality here is very good.

    This piticular McDonald's store has the absolute worst emplees cooking, everytime you try to order something they find a way to make it disgusting. At the point you can make a cheese burger paper thin and crunchy because you've cooked it for so long, you should probably do something else in the store. That being said, the older gentleman who gave me my receipt and the girl who handed me the food were both very polite and sociable.

    I officially experienced my worst-ever McDonald's trip just a few nights ago. I pulled up into the second drive thru lane with two of my family members around 8 pm, shortly after the dinner rush. We ended up waiting ten minutes before we were finally asked for our order. Then, all three of us were unable to get our first picks because in one way or another, the items were unavailable, even the featured items. While we started looking the menu over again, I made a quiet comment from the backseat about how ridiculous things had been going already up to that point. To my surprise, the employee taking our order snapped very rudely back saying we could leave and did not have to come there anymore if it is so ridiculous... totally un- called for! The woman then went on to complain how there were only two employees working at that time and ended her outburst with "I could care less if y'all come or go... it's too busy to deal with people like you." We finished ordering... in total shock. Our food was basically thrown at us out the window with no thank you or enjoy... no words at all actually. Very very rude service! Fries were cold... burgers had been sitting for awhile so nothing we ordered was fresh. Waste of money and time. For that, I most definitely will not be returning to this restaurant for a long while.

    Came to try the new Grimace Birthday Meal I got the 10pc nuggets which were so good and crispy delicious, Large Fries and the new Large Purple Milkshake. Which I can't describe it but it is refreshing and very good. I recommend you try it before it's gone you won't be disappointed at all just to try the milkshake.

    Although you feel like chef Ramsay or chef Robert Irvine will come out from the back screaming at the owner about the menu pictures or 80s wallpaper decor the place does look outdated next to a mcDs in the mall. BUT, like a Chinese establishment, this Mexican restaurant is open and ready to serve as it was for my out of town Thanksgiving. Kudos. Lots of parking in this mall. Large food portions. And reasonably priced. I ordered las Banderas plate which includes rice beans salad and 4 burritos known as enchiladas for 15$. My only dislike is they use an old I'll scan your credit card at the back and provide me with a signature type of check out which I am always worried about once my credit card leaves my hands. That is something I am no longer comfortable with especially being out of town and this being my own form of payment to get back home with..ie gas, more food hotel etc. otherwise pay cash and you are really good.     This time around wasn't a good one. The 2 big macs we ordered looked thrown together and lettuce and pickle were missing on one layer. This place needs to work on consistency.

    Fairly clean inside. Food like most McDonald's is hit or miss. That is if you receive the correct order. Like most fast food places today, engaging with staff is difficult at best.

    Have been here twice this week one night it was around 9:30 and we had placed a pick up order for the drive through and we waited a good 20 mins before I called into the store to have the girl tell me she was all on her own and she couldn't cook make food and package everything on her own and about 5 mins after that another associate came to each car sitting in the drive through telling everyone that the are closed now. When I asked how to go about getting the money back for the order that had been placed and accepted he said uh idk call customer service. Today my mil and I went in and we were the only ones in there at the time and a gentleman came in stating he was waiting for his food for 15 mins in the drive through for his food and decided to check on why the people inside acted like they had their heads in the sand.

    Worst hamburger I've ever had at McDs. The 'burger' was gray color, looked like it had been boiled! Absolutely disgusting, two bites and threw it out. Fries were bland, not one grain of salt on them. Sticking with their Coke drinks, no more food. Drive through takes FOREVER!

    It's McDonald's, I can say check your food before you pull away. Always a mistake but if you call or go back they will make it right

    It seems like all McDonalds are downsizing their staff or can't get people to work. Long wait our order! Food was still good but customers seemed to wait a long time for their orderto be delivered!

    This McDonalds might be one of the worst ones in the finger lakes region. The fries are usually cold and soggy. Nuggets are gross, and burgers look disgusting most of the time. Drive through usually takes 10-15 minutes to get through and someitmes takes 25+. Avoid at all costs.
