😠 Third world service. Of the last four times that I have gone to the only emergency service in the city center, each time I have had to return home without being attended to because there were no doctors. I have requested a sick leave, they have given me this document with considerable errors, and... People often mention doctors,

The truth is, the attention of this establishment leaves a lot to be desired, it is unfortunate that with 3 doctors attending, they all leave the EMERGENCY, leaving the patients waiting in the Waiting Room. And they will not report the absence of Doctors. I hope that thanks to the fact that I filed a complaint, they will fix the attention better.

Third world service. Of the last four times that I have gone to the only emergency service in the city center, each time I have had to return home without being attended to because there were no doctors. I have requested a sick leave, they have given me this document with considerable errors, and when I called to see if they can do it again, they told me to fix it myself by crossing it out and fixing it with a pen, that they do not fix anything. If you plan to call by phone to solve anything, don't worry, it's no use. Furthermore, they serve you in an unpleasant and rude manner.

Unos genios.

He doesn't even deserve a star, I went to the emergency room with my 11-month-old son who had a fever of 39 and the guard who was on duty who had two TV shows left before he retired told me that there were no doctors and with a smile on his face I He says he's going to the hospital and continued chatting with a nurse, sharing laughter... How little empathy when it's not your son and someone other than you... it's shameful how public health is, but the orderly who treated me was a real scoundrel.

I read the reviews before arriving this morning. And far from reality, at least for me. The attention was perfect from the reception to the doctor. Both are divine. In fifteen minutes I was already leaving the center. A ten.

At reception they attended to me quickly, since there was no one waiting. But then when it came time to be served I had to wait a long time and there was no one there, and then I was not treated correctly or friendly.

I went at 3 in the morning from Saturday to Sunday (it has an emergency service) with my partner, who had horrible abdominal pain that kept him from sleeping. We rang the bell, they opened the door very quickly and attended to us politely and professionally. They gave him medication and prescribed medicines, which allowed him to rest, since the next day we returned to our city. Grateful

"I have to express my deep disappointment with the care I received from the doctor at this hospital. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was disinterested and unprofessional. He showed no empathy or took the time to listen to my concerns. Furthermore , your diagnosis turned out to be incorrect, causing me even more distress and delays in my proper treatment. I hope the hospital takes steps to improve the quality of care from its doctors and ensure a more positive experience for patients.

(Translated by Google) I do not understand how being a place where we go urgently and there is no parking. Other than that, they treated me very well.

(Translated by Google) I arrived at the emergency area, first of all when I was explaining my symptoms to the woman who attended me in triage, she told me an out of place comment that I should have gone to my family doctor (who did not have an appointment until in 8 days) instead of going there. After this, they do not let you wait in the waiting room, and sick people with a fever are made to spend more than an hour outside waiting to be seen. Once in the consultation, the treatment is excellent, but it seems that the only thing that matters is if you have covid or not, they prescribe a PCR and your home. They do not give you medication to fight the disease you have. The only thing obtained from having gone to this center is having got colder while waiting and being sicker. I do not know how proud these people are of their work, but if this is their way of treating patients (especially the triage woman) perhaps they have made a mistake when choosing a profession.

I went to the emergency doctor yesterday and there was no doctor and that is strange for me as long as I have been able to arrive and they take good care of me but I put a star because of the lack of doctors

👍👍 Possibly my favorite spot i visited in Ronda! Our receptionist recommended this spot as his favorite so we thought to try it out. We had the acorn fed pork which was possibly my favorite food of my entire visit to Ronda, so crispy and tender! We also tried the spinach croquettes which were delicious...
