Have extremely mix reviews about this hotel. The room was exquisite as are the grounds and location. Hotel is spotless and the front desk staff are extremely friendly. We were there for anniversary and the front desk recommended getting reservations at the on site restaurant. I won't go into too much detail about our experience since I left a review on the actual restaurant Google but it was a the most horrible service experience that we have had in a very long time The reason why I mentioned it here is because we brought this to the attention of the front desk staff following our horrible restaurant visit and they were unable to help us because no manager was on site. They also indicated that a manger wouldn't be on site for at least 4 days to help us with a resolution. That horrible experience really soured the whole stay. The front desk eventually said they knew there was problems with the service at the restaurant and that many people had complained. At the end of the day I felt like no one really cared or were interested in helping us.

Great view on the gorge from the hotel room. Good sized bedroom, nice bathroom. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were checking out very early in the morning however the member of staff offered us a coffee and bread.

My wife and I stayed two nights in early Sep 2023, in a Double Room with Views (#103). View was stupendous over the ravine and famous bridge. Bed comfort was heavenly. Towels and bed linen were luxurious. Location unbeatable due to view and ease of walking to sights and restaurants. Service was very good. Parking provided at safe site located about a 5 minute walk away. When unloading/loading our vehicle, we did not park directly in front of hotel, but about 20 meters past the hotel at a small intersection (in front of bldg #16) so as not to block the narrow road.

Such a lovely hotel with drop dead views. We ate breakfast there and it was a terrific buffet with delicious, nutritious and decadent options. And the buffet had exquisite views Both people we dealt with at the reception desk provided excellent concierge services. Including getting us tickets, reserving cabs and helping us navigate the area We will upgrade to a room with a view when we visit again - our room was small but well decorated and the linens were excellent!

The staff here are absolutely incredible. They said they wanted it to feel like home and it truly did. Anything I could possibly need they helped me get. Water, a taxi when all were unavailable in all of Ronda, a drink by the pool, anything. The view was amazing from my room. I loved the antique design and old feel of the place. And the location was so great - close to everything yet nice and quiet.

Beautiful historic hotel converted from a mansion from the 17th century! Lobby, hallways, and rooms are decorated with charming antiques that take you back in time! View from hotel restaurant and gorge-facing rooms are breathtaking and probably best in Ronda! If coming by car be aware that parking is limited to a garage with 5 spaces right by hotel for 20 euros/day. Otherwise you have to park the car yourself a couple of blocks away for 15 euros/day which is difficult to find since it doesn't work with GPS. Call in advance to arrange for valet parking or park in the main city garage at Plaza Del Socorro, 5 minute walk away.

It is a perfect experience for us. The suite has excellent views and is romantic. Restaurant downstairs is amazingly good. All the staff are nice and helpful. Would strongly recommend both the Junior Suite and the restaurant.

We will definitely be coming back here. Truly a little taste of heaven. Everything from the helpful and welcoming staff to the views right outside our bedroom window were just absolutely spectacular. Since we chose the parking option when reserving our room, upon our arrival we temporarily parked our car in the proper spot, we gave the nice man at the front desk our keys, and they took our car to the car park! When we needed to leave they brought it back asap. Our room was spotless and even had a bottle of water for us when we arrived. The building itself is beautiful and very well kept. We definitely recommend getting the breakfast in the morning. So many great options and if you have any questions or need help the staff is there for you! Not to mention the amazing view as you sit and eat. We look forward to the day that we step back into your hotel! Thank you very much!

Lovely rooms, slight vertigo on the balcony overlooking the gorge. Very good service and unbeatable location.

My only hesitation in reviewing this hotel is that it will become so popular I won’t be able to book a room for our return. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful. The scenery and views from the room, the patio for dinner and breakfast area were beautiful. On a hot August day, the dipping pool was a nice bonus.

Absolutely stunning views and close to town. Walking distance from restaurants and sites. Not the cheapest but worth every penny for a special treat.

A nice place, but nothing special. I don't know, how they got 4 stars. The room is dark, the toilet is not fixed and the TV is not working. For a price of 320 EUR for two nights I expected more.

The view at their restaurant was phenomenal. The food was good too. I ordered the lamb and it was divine. Take it’s the servings are quite large.

Comfortable and welcoming hotel with stunning views of Ronda's gorge and historic bridge. Dinner in the restaurant was also first rate, also with stunning views, particularly at sunset.
