We got the LOUDEST room ever. Look I am sure there other rooms are great and we wanted the room we were promised, promised one with a patio and not a room down the street not even in the in the hotel…in the heavy rain mind you. But the worst was the front two double doors slamming all night and day. I though the road noise was going to be bad. Then I complained and got yelled at by the host and he called the police after I demanded a refund for the worst hotel room we have ever had in the last few hundred hotel stays. Just for an extra suck fest the room and the hallway smelt like sewage. Unfortunately, the managers of the place got greedy and rented out these rooms not in the main hotel. I wish we got to see the actual hotel. I almost forgot! The host almost struck me. I know, this was insane.

This was a terrible experience ! Despite having a very convenient and beautiful location, we booked a room online and were told that we were getting a room with a balcony and then upon arrival were sent down and alley to the last room available that was on the street with no balcony right next to two main doors that were slamming all night and all morning! There was a terrible smell emanating from the bathroom, which was also in the main hallway. when we walked in I should’ve known that that was already a bad sign. We immediately went back to the check-in desk and told him that the room was terrible and we were told that it was the last room available. This was now 10 PM at night, and we had no other choice but to stay. Even with earplugs and we were up all night due to the noise from the street and then it started very early in the morning that we could hear people coming and going through the two doors that were slamming behind them. When we went to the manager in the morning to request a refund and tell them what a terrible experience it was, we were met with anger and shouting! To say that this hotel is worth it, even for the location would be an overstatement because it is not worth it!!! This city is very walkable, and you could stay anywhere that would be much quieter and nicer and still be able to go and enjoy a beautiful view! Do not get sucked in to the photos that you see on their website the rooms are old and dingy and you will most likely be sent down the alley to another building and not the one you think you’re getting!

The place has a nice view but it's a rip off. The quality of the breakfast is very low (old ham and cheese, juice from the box, hard feuits), also very little choice and costs 16euro. Good place to sit down and have perhaps a coffee, which is mediocre anyhow.

What a jewel!! Took my wife for her birthday weekend and couldn't have been happier. Had a double room with terrace and a view of the bridge. Stunning, I'd do it again in a heart beat. A really special place 😎

I booked a room for one night via Agoda, but I accidentally booked the wrong date, which was exactly one month earlier. I discovered this mistake within hours, and I understood the non-refundable policy so I tried my best to communicate both with Agoda and call the hotel directly as soon as possible so that I could reduce the inconvenience to the hotel as much as possible. I hope I could either reschedule or cancel. Unfortunately, the hotel insists to follow the non-refundable policy and charge me one night without checking in. Yes it was my bad that I didn’t confirm my reservation well, but it was heartless that the hotel insisted the policy without compromise. Anyway it was a terrible experience after spending 2 days for the communication.

If you're staying in Ronda, I highly recommend staying here and getting a terrace suite with a view of the Puente Nuevo bridge. During our stay, we sat on the terrace for hours just watching the sun set. The views were incredible! The room itself was spacious and very clean. Although breakfast is not included, there were many places within walking distance to get a quick bite.

This is NOT a Hotel! It’s a MOTEL for the price of the Hotel! We booked our stay through Booking dot com and paid €200 per day. The experience was awful!!! This motel looks old! You can see that the owner/s tried to do some renovations but it didn’t went well. Service is bad! They are welcoming you during the check out (obviously) and then change their attitude. We hoped to get a nice views for €200 per night but we got street view (photo attached). Front desk told us that nice views were more expensive)) This price didn’t included breakfast. They’ve been asking for €16 per person for some low quality food. Not a lot of options (mostly low quality meet, some bread and cheese ) and you cannot bring your own even if you buy the drinks! I personally had argument with them about that and they told me that this is their policies, however these policies wasn’t posted anywhere. According to them the client is not always right and everything has to be done according to their rules. Rooms are small, outdated and a lot of things are missing or broken (for €200 per night!). No decent tables or chairs or even place to put your belongings (see photos and read other 1-2 star reviews) The only good thing is that it located close to touristic attractions, but without nice views (which might cost you €300-400 per night) it’s not worth it. Everything is walkable and if you choose a nice hotel without the promised views you’ll not regret. Once again…cheap Motel for the price of the nice Hotel! Avoid and read the 1-3 stars reviews before booking!

Dear travelers, I would like to share my experience about staying at this hotel in November 2023: I have went and reserved straight at the check-in counter, paid the price for 1 night stay and parking, but didn’t receive any invoice, though I specifically asked for it and been told that they will send it to me by email, which of course still didn’t happen. I reminded at check out time to the other receptionist about it. But still the same result. Room was not so clean, especially the toilet. We were refused to serve breakfast for 1 person, and have only coffee for the other, and charged another time for the parking fee when we left. I felt very disappointed and disrespected, when I tried saying to the receptionist about our experience he was totally rude. I admit it has an amazing location, you see the puente de la Ronda from the restaurant terrace, but that’s all. Nothing else is worth it. I can say we were simply robbed, because no invoice and charged twice. I don’t recommend this place!

Hotel has a great location, just next to the famous bridge. And it;s about it for the pros. As for the cons - definitely staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Rooms are very noisy and small, with nothing in it beside the bad and tiny bathroom.

Cleanliness: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Comfort: 4.5/5 Noise: 4/5 Would I stay here again: Yes! The extended review... Cleanliness: 4/5 - The linens, towels, and space were clean. Service: 4/5 - Very friendly service. Comfort: 4.5/5 - The bed was fairly comfortable and I had a great view of the bridge! Finally a room with a usb charger near the bed for phone charging! Bathroom could have used a soap dish in the shower to hold the soap and shampoo. Noise: 4/5 - Thankfully not that noisy.

The food in the restaurant was very overcooked and bland, can not recommend. Good views for a cocktail though

For the price, it's a good hotel. It's 2 or 3 star. We've stayed there before and will again. Happy with it. The lady in reception when we checked in needs to take some personality classes. She's not very welcoming. The guy at reception when we were checking out was the total opposite. Very pleasant and friendly.

The location is good, (except if you want to go to go by car to see the tajo from the viewpoint, because of the direction the street were the parking is has, it is way longer to get there, i recommend going before parking). The rooms were very basic, a bed and simple tables as night beds, and 1 table. The bathroom didn’t have a thing to hang the shower so you had to have it in your hand. We didn’t expect much and are not too picky, so we didn’t care too much about the room being simple, and we were sent to a room down the street, not the building right next to the tajo. Not a big problem for us, but can’t give it 5 stars. It worked and had a good price, good enough for us. The breakfast wasn’t generous, but it worked, bread and stuff to put on it, some sweets (from mercadona though), fruits, cereals, coffee, tea… enough. And with a view. The parking was close and they let us keep the car there after check oout for a while.

Best location for a hotel in Ronda. The restaurant has a perfect view of the bridge. Nice staff. Check in was a bit late due to cleaning, but so far the room has what we need for a good night sleep after a day of adventure!

Three star prices at a 5 star quality. Staff are friendly helpful. The rooms are very clean. The air conditioning works very well In the peak of summer. Very conveniently located. I’ll be coming back and recommend it to anyone. It also has probably the best view of the bridge.

No fridge, kettle, coffee or tea in the room. When we went down for coffee we were told it was 16 euros each for a coffee as we had to purchase the entire breakfast. This is a money grab with no regard to the guests needs or hotel service. We also witnessed the front desk staff being rude and condescending to paying guests in front of other paying guests. This is inexcusable and very unprofessional. Only the thing going for it was the view.

We didn't stay, just ate at the restaurant. 12€ for a raw tomato sliced in 3 with goats cheese in between, "Tomato with a goats cheese salad". We were charged 2€ for the complimentary bread (which we never actually asked for). The restaurant was covered in flies and I watched guests arrive and wait for a waiter to seat them, look around for a clean table and then leave because there was neither. Confused as to how somewhere with these prices at this location could be so bad, we looked at the reviews and it seems that it is not a new story. By all means, stay for a drink or 2 (the view of the bridge is unrivalled) but dear God, don't waste your time or money eating here.

We had the only room with a little open balcony (eur125 night). The view on the bridge is the best. You are next to the bridge. The room is nice but a little old. There is a little high table and 2 seats on the balcony, they are old and Almost gone. The wood is all split open and you can not use this anymore for guests. We were afraid to sit on it. The bed was ok. No fridge in the room. The cleaned our room the net day. Thay was nice. The restaurant here is not good. The view is beautiful but the food is very bad. Bad chef. Just take a drink and walk 1 streek for the city centre. Last night we been to Puerta Grande (150 meters), they have the best paella (and a lot more) and the best service. They open 7:30. Go right away or else its full. We had a bottle of wine, pan of paella and 2x a liqeur. Eur56 together. I love Ronda! The best place! There is a hotel on the other side of the bridge (same vieuw and place, only other side and maybe even more beautiful because of the wide scenery. It is called Parador Ronda. We had some drinks and food there. Very good. Cant tell anything about the rooms. You have to read the revieuws. :-) Have fun.

Booked deluxe room with balcony and you couldn't swing a cat in it. Where moved and the room didn't have anywhere to put clothes, ie wardrobe or drawers. Only a small rack on the wall. We checked out a day earlier and they still charged for the room and extra days parking although they said they wouldn't. Wonybe going back.

Great view on the bridge for the money, otherwise cold and a bit wet room. Bathroom is nice, beds are however a bit cheap. Problems with parking - it is very difficult to stop a front of the hotel even for a check-in in a busy day.

Ronda is amazing and we could not want for a better place to stay during our visit. The rooms are clean, bright, and spacious. The hotel has beautiful antique decor and is very stylish. The hotel restaurant and bar is set on the side of the stunning bridge with awesome views. However the best aspect of the hotel is the staff. They really could not be more charming and helpful. This is a wonderful place to stay. We loved it.

This restaurant has the best location to sit and enjoy a meal overlooking the bridge. We ordered a vegan soup that was delicious.

The hotel staff is incredibly rude, the receptionist banged on the window to get my attention as I parked my car; she didn't think I was a guest. When I asked the manager questions about our room, he was aloof and talked down to me. These 2 have no business being in the hotel industry.

Absolutely incredible hotel completely ruined on day two by the staff member. Insanely rude. Shame as the location and rooms were gorgeous, and the gentleman who served us in day one was fantastic. Killed by a rude obnoxious man.

Dropped in for a quick lunch with a beautiful view. Had the tomato salad with goat cheese and mixed salad. Both are good. Authentic taste. The BBQ chicken can be better, but overall it’s good.

The room was really nice. It’s in the building across the street not on the bridge side. Breakfast was I think €15 for two not bad, self service.

Even the views cannot make up for the horrible experience this restaurant offers. The waiter didn’t interact to the point we didn’t know if he noted the order correct, which was true as we got what we didn’t order. The food itself was bland, undercooked and under seasoned. BBQ chicken was whitest of them all, 900g T-Bone steak was raw. The prices were average, but in the end we spent €150 for food we didn’t want to eat.

We initially booked this reservation due to the captivating views depicted in the photos. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that an additional fee would be required if we desired a room with a view. Additionally, the rooms were situated separate from the main building, and the instructions for reaching them were less than ideal. Parking proved to be challenging, with limited options. Among all the hotels we've experienced in Andalucía, this one stood out for having the least satisfactory customer support.
