Both me and my partner are from the luxury hotel industry and wanted a night away to break up our time in Spain. We found the room on booking.com but then booked directly so that the hotel doesn't have to pay the outrageous 20% commission. The hotel is perfectly situated to the town centre, the room was a great size, with huge super king bed, with AC, huge bathroom and 2 small balcony's overlooking the charming streets of Ronda. The windows are double glazed so it's nice and quite even though you are in the hustle and bustle of it all. The staff are super helpful and even helped us get reservations at Tragata one of the best places to dine in the city, a service that's more relatable to a 4/5 star property. Very impressive! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mini city break! Would rate more stars if we could!!

I appreciated this hotel, it was nice. Only a night stay but was good, would stay again. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful as we had a large group. Wish I took some photos but I think most have captured this place well.

Very good value for money; freshly renovated, clean, and functional; perfect location; staff very friendly and attentive; the highlight is the comfortably furnished roof terrace; highly recommended. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for accommodation without frills.

Hotel Polo is situated close to the pedestrianised main street, in the “new” section of Ronda. It is within easy walking distance of all of the main historic sites of Ronda. We found the beds comfortable and room clean. The bathroom was extremely spacious and clean. We did not eat breakfast in house at the hotel. There are some local cafes nearby serving terrific churros and chocolate. (eg Café Dolar).

The room was lovely, the service was great and the wifi was good! Now, the main thing it's the location of the hotel! Absolutely near and Walking distance of everything. We will definitely be back.

Good hotel conveniently located between the main sights and the train station. Rooms are basic but comfortable. We loved the beautiful rooftop terrace and honesty bar. Staff were really friendly and let us check in early. Has a lift!

Great for a short stay close to every thing

Very friendly and helpful staff, parking close by, though the one way system is a bit daunting! Rooms very clean and super comfortable, masses of hot water for baths and showers! The building is old and the rooms reflect that, but the decor is in keeping with the age of the hotel. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night!

Centrally located hotel, next to public underground parking. The hotel have a deal with the car park and it is €15 for 24 hours. Lovely roof terrace with seats and sun loungers for all the guests to use. Next to the terrace is a room with a well stocked fridge, all glasses and crockery and snacks. You write down in a book what you have had and pay at the end of your stay. Staff very friendly. There is an adjoining cake shop, where you go for your breakfast. I don't know if the hotel own this or have an arrangement with them to supply breakfast but the breakfast was very basic and the staff didn't keep the items replenished. They were able to supply a family room for four which is why we chose it. Would stay again if room for four needed.

It’s not a fancy hotel, but accommodations were comfortable and the location was great. They have an agreement with a public covered parking nearby.

Most spacious room we had during our trip, very good value for cost. Only the breakfast options were limited (no fruits, no freshly squeezed orange juice, etc).

Really comfortable hotel in great location

Do not bother booking at this hotel. The Asian lady at the front desk was absolutely disrespectful. She gets angry when you dare ask a question, and if you dare ask her another, she walks away and ignores you. Absolutely, the worst treatment I have ever had from a hotel anywhere. How do they even stay in business?
