The worst hotel I have stayed in Spain. The bald male staff was extremely rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. They refuse to provide hot water to guests, even I told them that I had a cold and need to take medicine that was powdery. The guy even didn’t tell you where the lift is. This horrible hotel literally ruin my good impression of Ronda. Don’t go to this hotel, you can easily find a lot of much better hotels than this one.

I arrived in Ronda by Accident after changing to the wrong train at AntequeraSantaAna. I needed to find a room at 21:30, when datk. This hotel was very welcoming, even though I speak no Spanish. It was super value. Ronda was a super interesting place.

Hôtel near by the bus station, if you are spending a day or two in Ronda, this can be a good choice.

This place is very dated and dark. It's fine if you don't plan on being in the hotel very much. The staff were nice.

The rooms were perfectly clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave me a map and a place to put my luggage when I had to check out. The breakfast is basic but it's very filling at a cheap price which is perfect for if you plan to trek around the city. Great value for money and good location, not far from anything

Good location in Ronda, parking nearby (also available at the hotel). Only a short walk to many of the main attractions. Room was clean and fresh. Excellent breakfast plus friendly and considerate staff. Will use again.

High quality clean rooms at the cheapest of prices. The WIFI was excellent and the private bathroom has a very reliable hot water supply. The staff provided a very efficient service without making you feel as if you owed them anything. I'd certainly stay there again if I to go to Ronda once more

Not very nice staff took passports and said nothing we were only staying 1 night. The beds were lumpy and done. The noise all night long from guests, bins etc ment no possibility of sleep. The only thing is the location is very good close to the bus station and the sights you would want to see.

Surprised that reception ends at 14:00. But they give you a note at the door with the contact telephone number and they explain how to get the keys. There is not too much noise, and very central. With easy access to the bus station 5 minutes away and about 15 minutes to the train station. He completely satisfied.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable and with everything you need. Their complementary snacks are really good and helpful. Very recommended.
