Restaurant „La Verdad“ was recommended to us by our hotel. The restaurant itself is nice and cosy. The food, however, was overpriced and of very poor quality. The fries were squashy supermarket oven fries, the sautéed vegetables were frozen and overcooked instead of freshly-made as well. Very disappointing for such a mid-to-high-end pricing.

We have not stayed at the hotel, however we stopped for food at their restaurant. The food was ok. If you like risotto, try there rabo de toro risotto which is the bull tale risotto and the stew bull tail.

This is the very best tapas bar in Ronda. There is an excellent restaurant next door but the bar with the traditional long counter has a menu of hot and cold tapas which is the best in town - we tried to find better but failed. Really nice people looking after you and a chance to be in a real Spanish bar rather than a tourist cafe.

Rooms are small, no natural light and the pictures on various booking websites are very inaccurate. Very poor WIFI, often no connection at all. Beds are uncomfortable, old and noisy. It's not the worst place I'd ever stayed, but really don't recommend unless there is nowhere else to stay.

Typical restaurant hôtel auberge type of place. It has a the charm of this part of Spain and good cuisine. It hard to get in touch with the staff since they basically are waiters and don't speak much English. Also, WiFi is poor. Go there for the experience.

As a restaurant we never gave it a chance, but as a hotel, this place is terrible. NO WIFI at all, neither in the rooms nor in the lobby. They don't have parking, they have some dela win a public parking nearby which charges 15e each day. You have NO CONTROL over the air conditioner in your room, you can only turn it on or off, with a vey cold preprogrammed temperature. The beds are uncomfortable and noisy and the bathrooms are tiny. It is not bad if you're only looking for a place to crash, but there are some many other and better options around Ronda.

Great stay and experience there. Super welcoming staff and manager Kiko gave us plenty of tips for our holidays. Best oxtail "rabo de toro" we tried in Andalucía!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and visiting all the town. This hotel has an excellent location. Very cheap and cheerful near to the train station and very close to the plaza de toros with very interesting museum and horse riding school. If you have a car it's also worth visiting Setenil de las Bodegas and also Zahara de la Sierra.
