Clean, spacious, fairly new and Great location. But they could use more imaginative decoration and use softener for their towels- sand paper is softer.

The apartment was lovely, clean and as described. However, please note that PARKING IS NOT included. The description is misleading. There are parking garages nearby but they cost 15-20 euros per day — and if you arrive midday on a Saturday, as we did, you might find it very difficult to find a parking garage that is NOT full. We spent 40 minutes driving around and eventually parked in a lot very far from the apartment. Moreover, I emailed and texted the manager in the days leading up to our rental re: where the parking was located and never received a response. And at check-in management took a long time to find the keys to our apartment. Overall, a bad way to start the trip! But the space itself was nice.

I booked this hotel for one night, however, my grandfather passed away unexpectedly and I was unable to make the reservation. I reached out multiple times, starting a week prior to my reservation, asking if it would be possible to receive a refund due to the circumstances and they failed to respond to any of my multiple messages on booking. I also officially requested a refund on Booking, where it says businesses should respond within 48 hours, but absolutely nothing. Very poor communication.

I arrived at the place in the evening around 10:30 I somehow managed to get behind my door with the help of the neighbors but there was no key in the door I call the owner the owner comes knocking on the door and my room has been taken by another couple Well, because of the late time I am put in the couple's room. I had reserved two rooms for myself, the living room and the patio, the one I got had more or less one. He say’s you can stay in this room for the whole 2 days….. It is exactly the same as the one you have paid for, these are completely identical rooms, I tell him how can it be possible because the room I paid for is 90 square meters and this it's maby 60 and I payed for balcony…..but then he say’s there’s no balcony’s in this hotel… but I said I want my own room the next day. The wife looked bored and was looking at her phone and didn't even smile…but that’s not all. I booked the room from booking.com and I wanted a hotel that ALLOWS DOGS AND HAS A PARKING. Then the owner says we only allowe 1 dog ( I had 3). under the notice of the hotel it says in the plural that animals are allowed in both English and Spanish, and as I understand it, if the hotel has a parking lot, it is attached to the hotel and not like you have to look for Parking a kilometer from the hotel and I needed to walk from there with three dogs and luggage…..but he ”kindly” says I don’t have to pay the extra for the dogs and I can have all them 3( small dogs and had no one to take care of them ) Next day I can chance the room …TG because the room I was In had 3 Windows but when you open them you only can see the wall . Felt like a prison…(never been but felt like that) Finally in my own room that had livingroom 2 bedrooms ,kitchen and A PATIO.😏🤔 ………the only good thing about this hotel for me was the cleaning lady’s . They were nice and kept the hotel clean…(except the toilet seats…😏) The whole Ronda experience was for me thank you but no thank you.
