Good tapas restaurant with fast service and good quality food. The waiters are friendlier than one would expect in such a touristy area, but don’t expect anything special - this is Ronda, which is overrun by tourists ten months of the year. We came relatively early for lunch and got the last bar stool table by the window. Very quickly there was a wait list and some people, depending on the size of the party, had to wait quite long. We aren’t sure if they take reservations, so we recommend being there early if you don’t want to wait. We visited in January towards the end of the pandemic, so Ronda was unusually slow. In a normal year we would definitely recommend reserving a table. We tried several different tapas and found them tasty and filling. The prices are quite reasonable too. If we visit Ronda again, we will come back.

Dishes (Tapas) is extremely sophisticated and delicious. The salmon with ice cream (top right) feels like a Michelin star dish, with an excellent blend of flavours and texture. The potato wedges from the 120 soft boiled egg (top left) is exceptional, despite being a side for the egg. The tuna is also a very special experience where you make your own sushi (kind of). I can't imagine how this restaurant make a profit by presenting such delicate dishes but with such price. Eat as much as you can before it go bankrupt

Really liked this place! Stopped in for dinner and ended up coming back for lunch the next day. You have some really tasty tapas and we found the service to be fast and efficient. Nice selection of wines and beers made this an enjoyable time. Definitely recommend!

Amazing place amazing food. Try various dishes, all were tasty and big portion. The grilled vegetables was the best I've ever tried. Totally blew my mind. No more complements for this place. The service was very quick and professional.

Had the chicken satay as a tapas while waiting on the paella - wow very taste and spicy. And the paella was amazing - one of the best I’ve had in spain …. Although it was vegetarian (usually go with the chicken)…. It was really tasty. 10 out of 10. Plus waiter gave me a free coffee. Super service and highly rated !

An amazing experience. Great food, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. A good value for money. Recommended if in Ronda, just note that there's a queue, not that long like 30 minutes but worth it

Amazing Tapas! The burger was to die for, as was the Tuna. That wasabi was so hot…but perfect. We only had 30 min and we had wine and Tapas and out in record time. I would return for sure!

Very good food. We had burgers and steak and everything was to our complete satisfaction. There seemed to be only two waiters working which is why the wait times were a bit longer.

Both the food and the sangria were delicious. Also I like that the drink and small dishes are inexpensive. I'm solo traveler but could taste three dishes include Timbal de paella. It is almost impossible for solo travelers to try local paella unless you eat the amount of 2, but here I finally could taste it!

Let me tell you about my favorite restaurant in Spain. The menu boasted unique dishes. The standout favorite was the chorizo al vino tinto. Oh my goodness, it was beyond amazing! The combination of the tender chorizo and rich red wine sauce was simply irresistible. In fact, it was so good that we couldn't resist going back the next day to try more dishes. Each dish we tried was extremely good, showcasing the best of Spanish cuisine. From the tapas to the main courses, every bite was a delight for the senses. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

Tasty Tapas. At Peak time pretty noisy. Waiters are doing good Business though. Had to wait 5-10 minutes outside before getting a table. High Chair seating available for us. We can recommend Tataki and secreto iberico amongst Others. Wine is o.k., Vermut is a good choice too. Quality was good as expected. Thumbs Up.

We were out in the covered terrace. The menu has some interesting twists. My layered sweet potato cake for starters was enjoyable. My partner liked his bream while I had the cod, which was a large fillet. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

    ## A Delightful Surtido at Las Maravillas: A Vegetarian Feast in Ronda I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a "surtido" of vegetarian delights at Las Maravillas in Ronda, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the flavorful patatas bravas to the creamy and satisfying croquetas, every dish was a testament to the restaurant's dedication to delicious and creative vegetarian cuisine. **Spicy Delight:** My journey began with the classic **patatas bravas**. The potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and bathed in a vibrant sauce that packed a satisfying punch of spice. The accompanying aioli provided a smooth, creamy counterpoint, making for a delightful textural and flavor contrast. **Creamy Comfort:** Next up were the **croquetas**, and they did not disappoint. These golden orbs were filled with a rich and creamy vegetarian filling, offering a comforting warmth and depth of flavor. The crispy exteriors provided a satisfying crunch, making each bite a joy. **A Symphony of Vegetables:** While the patatas bravas and croquetas were certainly highlights, the true star of the show was the **vegetarian paella**. Packed with fresh seasonal vegetables like peppers, zucchini, peas, and artichokes, it was a symphony of color and flavor. The rice was cooked perfectly, offering a firm yet slightly yielding texture that complemented the al dente vegetables beautifully. The paella was seasoned expertly, showcasing the natural sweetness of the ingredients without overwhelming them. **Warm & Inviting Atmosphere:** Beyond the delicious food, Las Maravillas boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy interior with exposed brick walls and warm lighting created a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the meal. The outdoor terrace, overlooking the bustling Plaza del Socorro, offered a lovely setting for people-watching and soaking up the Spanish sunshine. **Friendly Service:** The staff at Las Maravillas were attentive and friendly, ensuring I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience. They were knowledgeable about the vegetarian options and happy to answer any questions I had. **In Conclusion:** My "surtido" experience at Las Maravillas was a delight in every way. The delicious food, charming atmosphere, and friendly service made it a truly memorable visit. Whether you're a vegetarian traveler seeking flavorful options or simply looking for a delicious and enjoyable meal in Ronda, Las Maravillas is a must-visit. Just be sure to come hungry, as the portions are generous and the food is so good, you'll want to try it all!

A wonderful place! We came in with a group of 15, but we were received very friendly and helpful. The food was great! We had a selection of tapas and the different varieties of paella that they offer. One dish after the other was delicious! The service was very friendly throughout the entire meal we were well taken care of.

We ordered tuna tataki, seafood paella and desserts. Everything was very tasty. Also the local wine was great. The place is quite expensive though.

Dishes were mediocre. Boloñesa tasted like a pasta with ketchup, no meat whatsoever. Sangria was awful: just soda with some fruits However paella and apple strudel were okay. As for the staff, the lovely lady was very friendly

Good sangria and tapas. But paella is not up to mark. Very average.

The food was okay. Nothing to bee excited about. Ordered paella and duck. Paella was about average, very few seefood in it, lacked taste. As for the duck - it was interesting and tasty but served almost cold. Also no one warned that it is going to be without side dishes, not mentioned in menu either. Sangria is made by using canned fruit as base but tasted actually pretty good. Based on reviews waited for something a lot of more.

Amazing food and service. Great price at an iconic location. And they’re pet friendly! Even brought a bowl of water for my pup.

I was impressed by the food, everything was delicious! We were also lucky to sit outside on a sunny day so another plus. The sweet potato millefeuille was the best dish, must try!!!

Loved the food. Had an early dinner here, got a table without any issues and the service was quick. The food was delicious and it was reasonably priced.

For Ronda, quick but tasty experience it is great! The stuff was very friendly and helpful, we had very limited time and got Cesar salad and a mini burger beef. The beef was great and the salad was very tasty as well. Also on a great location!

Love the delicious oxtail stew. I can even taste the liquor in the stew. The fries were crispy. The accompanied beverages - bottle of peach and pineapple were great. The service was excellent and the waiters were smiling. The ambience was also great. Highly recommended 👍👏👏👏

The place is very central and nicely decorated. At the summer heat it was cool and well kept to seat relaxed. Not super busy Also providing various food, drinks etc. The price were high But the staff mind and nice Also I could charge my mobile and they provided me with wlan

The stewed rice has a strong cheese taste, which is quite suitable for a less seasoned meat. The Iberian grilled pork chops are a bit overcooked, but the Mexican chili sauce on the side can help improve the taste and is delicious. The beef burger itself is juicy, but not too salty. For many people, it may taste bland, but it is just right for me. After all, I have eaten heavy food in Spain for several days. The interior decoration is also quite unique and warm. If you eat too much traditional Spanish food, this restaurant is a good choice.

Exceeded expectations…. In such a tourist area it could easily have been average. Tapas was good as were the burgers. However, the oxtail stew was fantastic - unctuous and full of flavour! I can understand why there was such a queue!

Great little place, great and friendly service, wonderful food. Must try the tuna appetizer and oxtail á la Ronda (it was very tender and delicious). The carrot cake for desert was an absolute delight!

Very busy place, were lucky to get a table. Food is good here, salmorejo did not have a lot of garlic (which is a plus), tomato salad superb and everything else definitely good.

Everything was delicious! Got the spinach salad with goat cheese - loved it. The goat cheese looked like it was fried in a crepe and was served with walnuts, pine nuts and cherry tomatoes over spinach in a beautiful presentation. Also got the mini burger and vegetarian risotto. So much flavor in the risotto! Had the best Tinto de Verano cocktails here with lemon. I think they were even better than sangria. Nice, refreshing drink.

Highly recommend: delicious food and very good local Ronda wines. I came here twice since majority of the restaurants were still closed around 6-7pm, my usual dinner time :) and I wasn't disappointed.

28.12.2021. Nice place, good people, however their english is 6/10. Bought Secret Iberico and Hamburger, both around 14-15 EUR. The beef in the burger was medium rare, IMO "well done" was better. 4 stars because: a bit expensive, tasty food however not so well cooked, toilet is for only 1 person at time.

Got Caesar salad but had no Caesar dressing! The chicken looks like the frozen kind and they only give you a few small pieces. Also got the steak, which was bland. We ate around 9:30-10pm and the waiter was not friendly! I understand he must’ve been tired but no need to take it out on the customers.

👍👍 Possibly my favorite spot i visited in Ronda! Our receptionist recommended this spot as his favorite so we thought to try it out. We had the acorn fed pork which was possibly my favorite food of my entire visit to Ronda, so crispy and tender! We also tried the spinach croquettes which were delicious...
