Fantastic tapas. Best to book!! The service was excellent, simple chic interior, great tapas and fantastic selection of wines. We had the smoked sardine, ensalada rusa, the mushroom omelette, the artichokes, the salmon +kimchi, the crispy pigs ears, mussels (would have been nice to have lemon wipes for our fingers😀) and to finish it all off the melon mojito. We will be back

We've been to Seville and Ronda on our trip and by far this is the best restaurant we have been to in both areas. The food, the service, the wine was just incredible. Big thank you to our waitress we had on both nights, Houda, who recommended all the dishes and advised us on the wine.

A disappointment! Mixed strange decor with no clear theme, uncomfortable seats, cafeteria cheap napkins paired with ridiculous prices. We waited an hour for expensive tiny plates with no sides and a lack of eye contact and service. €120 for 4 people for 4 tiny mains and water to drink. The pork main was a slab of meat with no accompanying sides for €36. Avoid!!! We left hungry and disappointed.

The food was absolutely excellent and so tasty! Especially the tuna tartar, chocolate cake and the tataki was awesome. The waitress gave very good suggestions and was super helpful, and she paired the wines with the food great!

What an evening. This little restaurant is a gem and is worth a detour. Excellent produce, great dishes, a wonderful selection of local wines, and attentive friendly service

The food was mediocre and the service was terrible. We walked in and were told very rudely to stand by the bar until we were put on a waiting list. When we reached the bar we were told we could not stand by the bar. The staff were stressed and rude — the restaurant was full though. The beef steak was extremely chewy and overpriced. The squid rolls were very nice to be honest. We also ordered Jamón serrano croquetas and the brought us 4 tiny croquets and charged us €11.50 — ridiculous. Unfortunately this is what happens when the owner is not present at the restaurant…

The Bollito Calamar could have had more Calamar and less of the sauce on top (killing main flavor by too much sauce is kind of suspicious), the Ensaladilla Rusa didn't wow us (why did it get the price again?) and the Artichokes were OK. When ordering a Vermouth I've received a Vermouth-Cocktail. They've added sparkling water and Gin. After asking what they've done to the drink the said, that they always serve Vermouth this way, unless the customers explicitly says that they want a "regular" Vermouth. Well, shouldn't it be the other way around? It's like ordering Vino Tinto and you get a Tinto de Verano only because you didn't say that you want "only" a Vino Tinto. The stars are for the super Bomba de Salmorejo and the tasty Tuétano. Also for the very friendly service and nice atmosphere.

Absolutely delicious and unique food. We had tuna tacos, oyster with aioli sauce, bone marrow, hamburger and flan. Everything was quite tasteful.

Excellent menu, very creative seafood tapas, wonderful meats, super tasty gourmet food, and the service is perfect. The flan is a must try for dessert! It would even deserve a sixth star. Excellent experience.

This was tapas of a different order, wonderful food eaten at the kerbside, each taste an experience in itself. The starters were marvels, each an explosion of flavours and textures. I had the Roast Marrow Bone with Steak Tartare. It was to die for. My friends had Grilled Sea Bream and Fried Sea Bass. Par excellence! We were wonderfully served by the delightful Moroccan waitress whose name I forgot to ask. Mea culpa. But if you go to La Tragata, you will know who I mean. A lunch to remember....and to be repeated!

One of the most creative restaurants I’ve been in Spain, the food is surprisingly good, always served with a modern twist and a smile. Thank you chef Daniel! Definitely we will come back next time in Ronda.

The food is super tasty and they are very creative with the dishes. We had a lot of good and the beef tartare in bone marrow was the absolute winner, do not go there without ordering that. There was also an amazing snout and chickpea stew that super tasty and worth a try.

You are in Ronda and you love food! Be sure to visit this place, and don't forget to make a reservation. The dishes are complex and layered, the ingredients are top quality and the flavors that are created are perfect. My favorite is Andalusian bread with pork pancetta cabbage, chipotle mayo and coriander. Top!

Very bad experience! We waited one and half hour for the meal. The waiter recommended an expensive steak, but very disappointed!Half of the steak was overcooked and very hard to eat. 2/3 of the grilled artichokes were inedible! Very expensive, poor food and service! The customers at the table behind us have been complaining about the long waiting time for the whole meal, it is not recommended at all!

Good ambiance. Pretend fusion cuisine but not surprising or good, just too much maionese... Order the basics, the chulleton (grilled stake).

We had a marvellous time, although we arrived late in the evening, the team was helpful and found as a table. Food wise, banging - amazing local wine, knowledgeable stuff and amazing desserts. And dog friendly! Highly recommended.

THE BEST TUNA! The tuna starter was the best I have ever had!!!! I have a thing for fish and good food and I can honestly say that this place surpassed all my expectations. My girlfriend had to laugh at me at how happy I was while I was eating this magnificent starter!! I then went onto the local specialty of the baby goat leg. Really good and the meat was surprisingly light in colour. It was tender, tasty and had some really great flavours! I would recommend! All round very nice experience and would go back

Outstanding! Place was completely full but the friendly waiter offered us a few seats at the bar. This turned out to be the best place to be with an instant drink service and able to soak in the busy atmosphere. Recommend the pigs ears, tuna tacos, burger and roasted bone marrow with beef tartar (mind blowing!)

We loved every aspect of Targata, so glad that we had a reservation. Friendly, efficient, and unobtrusive service. Tasty sardine, awesome fried pig ears and tomato with mint salad (why aren't all tomatoes this good)? Then opted for Marrow, Beef Tartar and Padron peppers - nothing better! Flan was decadent for dessert! Delicious wines! Very thrilled to visit here!

Delicious food and great service. We went with a buggy and he had lunch inside. It's recommended to book ahead but we didn't. The salmorejo bomb and the tuna pancake were superb and also the rest of the food. We also got croquetas, asparagus and beef tataki. Portions are not big so you'll have to spend 35€ at least per head to have a decent meal. The bartender's were recommending how to eat some of the tapas. Great food experience!

👍👍 Possibly my favorite spot i visited in Ronda! Our receptionist recommended this spot as his favorite so we thought to try it out. We had the acorn fed pork which was possibly my favorite food of my entire visit to Ronda, so crispy and tender! We also tried the spinach croquettes which were delicious...
