One of the best lunches we’ve had. Sat outside in a nice square next to a large church. Beautiful salad of tomatoes and avocado, sautéed mushrooms, artichokes with ham and onions, and baby goat ribs. Was really nice seeing all the locals/families in their Palm Sunday best reservations a must—they turned a lot of people away.

I could not recommend this place enough! Located on a picturesque square and having beautiful interior this place is a winner by looks alone. Where it really shines, though, is the food. Quality and flavour are just heavenly. I ordered caramelised pig cheeks with chestnut mash and a sweet sauce. It sounded intriguing enough on paper and turned out to be so good I'd actually call it an experience, not simply a meal. Everyone in my party of four ordered different things, but we all left the restaurant very happy. They serve local wines made in Ronda and I'd strongly advise to choose one of these, really good! Last, but not least, a special and well deserved mention to the staff. Very friendly, very helpful - ready to explain anything on the menu and crack a joke or two!

Hidden gem. The salads and starters were beautiful, the entrees delicious, servers fun and kind with my poor Spanish, we could easily get by with their English. Enjoy! Tomato salad with avocado and artichokes with jamón are recommended.

We had high hopes for this highly rated restaurant in Ronda. Unfortunately, the dishes we were served lacked seasoning and including the final dish, which was a scrambled egg dish with mushrooms, ham, and shrimp. The shrimp were severely overcooked to the point of stiffness and they were also not deveined. Such a disappointment and can’t in good conscious recommend it.

We had a great experience here. We ordered the fried cheese balls with raspberry jam and the oxtail which melted in your mouth. I would have liked to try more meats but we were restaurant hopping. The only downside is that it took over 15 minutes to get our check and pay when we were finished eating. We told multiple people and I think they were too busy and forgot. Otherwise it was great.

Absolutely excellent restaurant located a little off the beaten path. Tasting Menu 1 was delicious, our waiter was funny and charming, and the wood-fired oven lends an extra flavor to every item. Extremely reasonable prices. Highly recommend! Will be returning again tonight!

Next to La Colegiata de Ronda, there is no way you would miss the venue in this picturesque town. Fascinating personality of the Chief Cook. He is there to make your dining experience just unforgettable. And if anything needs improvement, you may openly communicate that. Top service oriented, the guy deserves all the splendor and thankfulness of the clients. We did have salads for starters, then fish and grilled octopus. A local rose wine to accompany the food. Worth every recommendation. Muchos gracias, Senor Chief Cook! And the entire crew as well.

Spanish cuisine and regional wines with friendly, professional service. Located in a lovely Plaza near Sta. Maria Mayor church.

They really should have a better desert cook - the deserts were frankly not good, the tiramisu is made from whipped cream instead of eggs, with a subtle amount of mascarpone - I could eat only 2 spoons from it. Also the other deserts were frankly not good (arroz con leche and torrija). On the positive side, the gambas on salt were excellent and there was one lady who was friendly and offered great service. The other waiters were not very professional, and the boss is quite arrogant, especially when we confronted him with our bad experience. It started very well, but our experience ended with a bitter a very bitter taste unfortunately.

I loved the food but they messed up my order and my main came 40 minutes after the rest of the table, got theirs, meaning everyone had finished by the time I was just starting my main. And this was despite the waiter repeatedly assuring me that it would be 5 more minutes, every 5 minutes until it came.

The service staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good, and the ox tail was incredibly tender!

My family and I have been eating here today. Highly recommended if you are visiting Ronda. Local food made with very good quality products. And excellent service. You can enjoy even wagyu meat.

One of the best restaurant I've visited in Spain for a week! Tomato with salt and olive oil was a new finding of how to eat Tomaro. Ox tail was amazing. It just melted in my mouth. Grilled iberiam pork steak was also very delicious and went perfectly with shangria. Must visit place!

By far the best food we’ve had in Andalusia this trip. Firstly, our waiter was excellent in providing suggestions and super friendly. I had Migas Rondeńas to start - a hash type dish with chorizo, garlic, bread and I think mushrooms - so good! My main was Bellota - an acorn fed pig that tastes like steak - again, so so good! My husband had the assortment starter and grilled octopus- he raves about both. To end, the Tarta de Queso was so different from american cheesecake, and so much better!! Definitely make this a stop on your trip to Ronda.

The food was great and went above expectation. The mixed salad was unexpectedly tasty with the local olive oil. The oven roasted meat is a must-try; it is juicy and smells divine.

Fabulous lunch! Super friendly service in a lovely location right near the church on a lovely square off the main road. Can’t wait to come back

👍👍 Possibly my favorite spot i visited in Ronda! Our receptionist recommended this spot as his favorite so we thought to try it out. We had the acorn fed pork which was possibly my favorite food of my entire visit to Ronda, so crispy and tender! We also tried the spinach croquettes which were delicious...
