We love eating here. The food is good quality and very well cooked. The prices are very reasonable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you Liam and Juan for a wonderful dining experience.

Here's one of those very very rare finds: a top rate restaurant with zero attitude and very reasonable prices. Juan is in the kitchen, doing his magic to local delicacies with the help of his mother, Liam is the perfect host, all the way from Dublin which means you can also get a perfect glass of Guinness and his special Irish bread. Get a good seat on the terrace and enjoy a lovely view of the castle to go with a meal you will not forget. Quickly before they get that michelin star and the glitterati start coming in.

Absolutely stunning views over here in the middle of nowhere. Really enjoyed the food and the service too. One of the best places to eat for sure!

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Carpe Diem this evening. I never write reviews but couldn’t not. The setting on the terrace was beautiful. The food excellent and the service attentive and friendly. A real treat. Liam and Juan introduced themselves and clearly love what they do and revel in offering a fresh and interesting menu. We will definitely return next on our visit to the area.

Superb food, a real hidden gem. Michelin star quality food at more than affordable prices. The owners are a delight and so nice to chat with Can not recommend this place enough. AND GOOD GUINNESS!

Decided on a walk in the mountains and had reserved to have lunch. Food was excellent. The carrillada de ternera was delicious as was the ham hock. Both meats perfectly done. Dessert was also excellent . Food is of high quality and scenery helps top it off. Guiness not in pints but perfect!!

The food is absolutely delicious and the views and service make the experience complete. Price-quality is a bargain.

Prefect food, Spanish with some Irish blend. The service is very good. In the weekend you need a reservation. You can sit outside and inside.
