If
you
want
a
really
fresh/new
and
amazing
culinary
experience,
look
no
further.
This
is
probably
one
of
the
best
restaurants
I
have
tried
in
southern
Spain
-
they
have
fresh
and
innovative
takes
on
traditional
dishes.
Everything
from
the
classic
“tinto
de
verano”
drink,
which
came
to
us
with
a
finely
whipped
lemon
foam
on
top,
to
the
exquisite
ham
croquettes
with
béchamel
that
just
melt
in
your
mouth.
We
were
pleasantly
surprised
by
the
quality
and
innovative
culinary
technique
of
this
restaurant
-
the
chef
Antonio
knows
what
he
is
doing.
This
restaurant
could
compete
with
the
hottest
restaurant
of
Miami
or
San
Francisco.
The
interior
design
is
well
thought
out
with
a
really
cool
mid-century
modern
aesthetic.
I
think
the
only
criticism
that
I
could
give
this
place
is
the
lighting,
albeit
nice
in
design,
I
would
dim
them
more
to
give
the
place
more
atmosphere,
and
I
would
play
more
loungy
/
modern
music
to
fit
the
theme,
rather
than
the
“Spanish
hits
of
the
90s”
that
they
were
playing
:).
Amazing
service
too
-
we
felt
right
at
home
and
well
taken
care
of.
